The hostel is near the Bazilika and about 15 mins walk from the bust stop Deak Ferenc ter (the airport bus 100E terminates here). We had a very spacious room on the first floor with 2 bed tables and wardrobe. The bathroom and two toilets (gents and ladies separately) are on each floor. The stains on the bed sheets were raffish, the toilets should have paper towels not hand towels to share with others. The bathroom was clean but old. The problem was the heating as we couldn't regulate it in our room and it was very hot during the evening and night so we had to keep the window opened. There is not light on the staircase so if you come after darkness, make sure you have a torch app in your phone. :-( The breakfast was fine, free coffee, tea, cereals, milk, bread, butter, 2 types of marmelade and cheese. Our return flight was later in the afternoon so we could keep our bags in the locker. We got the key so we had the locker just for ourselves, nobody had an access to our bags.

This hostel might be difficult to find as there is only one small sign by the door. When you enter, you have to get up several floors (although they tell you it is on the second floor) to get to the reception. The hostel is big, they have approx. 50 beds, but divided into 4 different floors. And there are other things as well in this building. However, rooms are quite spaceous, nice and clean. Service is good. Breakfast is nothing to bribe about. The kitchen only has place for 12 people who can eat at the same time, and all the guests have to do their own dishes. It is also lack of heated water, so you never know how clean the dishes actually are... However, in my opinion - location is everything and this hostel has a great location - walking distance to all the main attractions in this city.

Decent low-cost accommodation with central location. We stayed at a double room. The accommodation was very simple but comfortable. It was what pretty much as expected. The location is very good, signage of the hostel is a bit hard to notice. It took us a while to find it.

We stayed here in one of the apartments for 3 nights, Sunday - Wednesday. And athough at first glance the hostel doesn’t look much from outside, when shown our apartment, we couldn’t fault it, very clean and spacious. In addition to this, we found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful which only added to making our trip more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!
