We stayed at the Hotel Palazzo Zichy from 24th to 28th Feb, to celebrate my Birthday a bowl of fruit on our arrival in the room was a lovely touch. It is a lovely hotel and as mentioned many times the staff are excellent and very helpful, the girls on reception helped us every morning on directions to get to...

The staff (beginning with Judit before arrival) are the most attentive and welcoming that I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Nothing is too much trouble and they look after your every wish and need. The room was lovely with a comfy bed and fantastic shower room. The location is great, in a nice area just a few mins...

We were three lads spending a weekend in budapest, booked a double, the staff were fantastic and immediately offered us another bed while we waited at the bar! The room was modern, clean and luxurious! Fantastic location, safe neighbourhood- everything in budapest is walkable from here (although we used taxis which the friendly staff booked for us!) 24 hour reception,...

Well where do I start when reviewing and rating this hotel. It is without doubt one of the best hotels I've stayed in! From before we arrived to checking out we were treated extremely well!! We arranged a taxi transfer direct with the hotel, I would definitely recommend doing this as you know the price before you arrive and won't...

The hotel was beautiful, service amazing and clean, clean, clean!!! The spa area was brilliant, the gym slightly limited but you never use that on a holiday anyway! The staff were friendly and so helpful to us, the receptionist Catherine and barman Goran (I think that was his name) were particularly good. If I were to go to Budapest again...

The best choice I could have made! First off, I made a mistake in my online reservation. I emailed the manager and she very quickly corrected everything with no problem! When I arrived, the room was spotless, modern and very elegant. It is in an old building but the rooms are spectacular! I loved coming to this room after my...

**Listen to this for service!, my girlfriend realised she had left her swimsuit in the bathroom after we left the Hotel, and while we were on the plane back to the UK, they had e-mailed her to say that they had found it, and not to worry as they were posting it back to us F.O.C that day!!** The Hotel...

I was swayed between 4 and 5 stars for this hotel. 5 stars for the beautiful hotel with excellent service and 4 because it doesn't have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. However I decided on 5 because we could live without the T & C facilities just for once and the breakfast was one of the best...
