I stayed here for 3 nights and every night was wonderful. First impressions were great. Great interior. Very clean. The staff are all really helpful, smiley and friendly so kudos to them. Even prior to my arrival, through emails, they were so helpful and they even arranged a fruit and chocolate plate and a bottle of wine in my room...

Initial issues with booking through travel company left us without a room and having to double pay for the room. On day 2 of stay the management sorted it out for us and managed to get us a full refund on the second payment, which we did not expect at all. Fabulous Manager (cannot remember his name). Great room, breakfast...

We have just returned from a three day break. Great hotel! Lovely staff and spotlessly clean. There is plenty of choice at breakfast time and a glass of fizz should you so wish to start your day! We walked to all the attractions as you see so much more of the cities hidden gems. Make sure you visit the pubs...

We stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but short walk to everything. We really appreciated being in a neighborhood without the traffic and noise. We walked everywhere in the city from here but also tram stops very close by. Rooms are decent-sized, smaller bathrooms. Great breakfast and the staff was really helpful with restaurant recommendations...

Lovely smart hotel. Upgraded room on arrival free of charge. Great decor and attentive staff. Nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent - huge variety and top quality. We travelled with infants- not much for them to do but welcomed, all the same.

Spending 5 days in Budapest with 3 others we found this hotel perfect for our needs. From its convenient location - walking distance to many restaurants, the synagogue, Christmas markets, to the warm welcome from the receptionists. Our room was spotless and all we needed - (although a kettle would have been most welcome). Free cold drinks and tea were...

I suppose once you've given some places a 5 you are a bit stuck when you hit something better. Well if 6 were an option this Hotel would be receiving it. Having stayed last year we had no hesitation in booking again. Asked in our booking if we could have the same room and got an e-mail saying they would...

The Hotel Palazzo Zichy is an excellent hotel at a reasonable price. It is located on a quiet street that is convenient to all the sights and transportation. It is in a renovated palace and the interior is modern but very comfortable. We paid 170 euro/night ($190 USD) for a junior suite (smallish but comfortable), Good bed, great bathroom, not...

We stayed here for 4 nights to explore Budapest. The hotel was perfect. Staff very helpful & friendly. Great breakfast. Short walk (10-15 mins) to sights and bars. Good little bar opposite for food & drinks if you want to stay local.

On first impression from the outside the hotel does not look too inspiring but once you walk inside the difference is startling. The reception area is warm and welcoming along with the reception staff. Very friendly and obliging with nothing being too much trouble. We were given a room on the 5th floor which was really great. The only snag...
