Warm hospitality, comfortable B&B accommodation and expert advice in a lovely old 4th floor apartment with elevator, conveniently near to the Lizst Ferenc Academy where we were performing with the European Doctors Orchestra. Thanks Ron and Ryan. Recommended.

Stayed four nights in Budabab and have absolutely nothing but the very best to say about the place. Location is very central on the Pest side. The room was large and very comfortable. The hosts were the best. Very friendly and helpful in all the ways a traveler might appreciate. Rather than going on and on, I would say just... More

Very clean nice room and bathroom. Wonderful hosts. Good breakfast that comes with helpful planning for your day. Great location. Walk to many sites or take public transit which is easy and nearby. We bought the 3 day transit pass for unlimited rides. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The location is in the Jewish area of Budapest. A number of inexpensive places to eat are nearby. The metro is only a few blocks away. We came by train from Vienna and then took the metro. Ryan and Ron are very helpful as soon as you send the first e-mail to helping you get a ride to the airport... More

We have just returned from a wonderful week-end in Budapest. The city itself is very interesting but what made our trip so special was because we stayed in BudaBaB. Ryan and Ron could not have been more helpful. The B and B is in a fantastic location, really clean and interesting. We were travelling with our 15 year old son... More

We were fortunate to land here on our first visit to Budapest. Ryan and Ron were ideal hosts; they were gracious and very helpful when we had questions, but were not intrusive in the least. Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
