District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.

Ryan and Ron were amazing hosts. The house was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The apartment is very close to public transportation and it only takes a few minutes to get to just about anywhere in Budapest. They helped us with planning some of the sites

Dear Elle and Doug, We totally enjoyed having you both as guests. It was fun chatting with you over breakfast; you are well informed and good conservationists. We were more than happy to give you insights, but good grief, you two are the energizer bunnies, spending so many hours touring around each day. Great energy. We do hope to share our place with you again in the future. Maybe we will get to meet some of you family and friends in the meantime. Ryan and Ron

Budabab was a very charming place with host that really enhanced the stay. The location was superb in that it allowed easy transportation to anywhere in the city. The breakfast was delicious and Ryan even made special oatmeal for my wife. However, during our stay it was in the

Thank you for the review. Your wife was the very first guest in our 10+ years to get anything cooked for breakfast. Though we have no control over the summer temperatures or the lift malfunctioning, I do want to point out that we do not advertise having air conditioning. Only the much higher priced accommodations offer A/C, which is how we keep our rates at a budget level.

We had a truly wonderful stay at R&R 's. The flat is very centrally located and calm. We slept very well. R&R prepared a lovely breakfast for us each day and gave us loads of tips on where to go and what to see. They travelled all over so they can also give you advice on other

My partner and I stayed in their “big room” for 4 nights during the second week of July as a part of our first-time trip to Budapest. Before arriving, Ryan very thoughtfully answered the many email questions I asked about the general area, transport and the accommodation

Dear cjkfung.... Thank you so much for your review. It was such a pleasure to get to know you and your partner, and to share so many stories about life in so many cultures. We're so glad you felt at home and shared poetic moments of 'gazing at the blue sky and wispy clouds'. And enjoying your tuk tuk Budapest tour, the Danube ferry boat, and the musical Billy Elliott. Just what we hope for in our guests- you two were ideal. We wish you many find future adventures.
