Stayed here for couple of nights on business in October 2016. It is situated near the Mamut shopping centre and tram station on the Buda side of the river. Although, not that close to the river or the downtown area of the city on the other side of the river. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by, as well as...

I have left the Belvedere hotel more than satisfied. Summarising all the experiences it was my best place in the year 2016 - so far of course. I have only missed a safety box in the room, but it was easy to live without it. Friendly personnel, a clean and spacious room. A good breakfast. Great parking and fast wi-fi.

Really enjoyed staying here. It was not really in the center of activity but it was easy to reach other points in town using public transportation that was available a block or so from the hotel. The breakfast that was served was not really to my taste but it was fresh and nicely presented.

Very clean, quiet, and well designed hotel. We had a great time staying there. Service was wonderful, the hotel staff was patient and nice. The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel is 7 minutes walking from the metro, bus and tram stations, so you can easily get to the central and historical places in Budapest. Highly recommended!

Roomy rooms, well furnished , breakfast available. The hotel is near by historical center of Buda, about 30 min by walk, also well communicated by public transport, however taxi there is not that expensive and payment cards are accepted widely, so it may not be that important. Good place for both, business and as a base for a sightseeing.

Clean rooms, very decent buffet breakfast with big selection of cold meats, teas, juice, bread as well as cooked food. Staff were quiet but helpful. Temperature in hotel was very hot. Ideal location for public transport - train & bus, but an easy 20 minutes walk into centre of town. Very handy for lots of good "local" shops, bars &...

My wife and I were in Budapest and were placed into this hotel by TripMasters, after our choice of hotel, which was confirmed, was "UN-confirmed" by the hotel due to overbooking. The rooms were okay, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms adequate. It was very clean. Now for the not so good points: When we arrived at the train station,...

It was very easy to travel around Budapest using bus and subway transportation, due to the location of this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and attentive to special requests. A defective floor lamp was replaced immediately. However, they had difficulty repairing a toilet seat that kept falling off the toilet. Except for that, it was a relaxing hotel.

Stayed here for 8 nights at the end of September. On arrival I was given a high floor,5th, and a room with a balcony both of which were requested by e-mail before I travelled. The room was at the front of the hotel which was quite noisy until I found the outside motorised venetian blinds. All the staff were very...
