Very good small boutique hotel in a good position to explore the delights of Budapest. The rooms are small but comfortable and are kept very clean. Very good breakfast. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I left a couple of items in our room upon departure and when I contacted the hotel, they kindly arranged to forward them on...

Stayed here for a long weekend at the beginning of December, this is not a four star hotel more like a two star, the rooms are very small, peeling paint and grubby walls and mouldy in the shower, there is no kettle in the room and the bar closes at 10 pm so no hot drinks after 10 pm, as...

The location is great, near metro line 2. A lot of shops near by. The hotel room is clean and staffs are polite. The design is fashionable. Strong wifi. However the reasons why I rated this 3 stars are: - The view of the room from window is poor (I stayed in B part) - The receptionist took 50 euro...

Soho Hotel is a typical budget boutique. The rooms are small, neat, clean and relatively comfortable. Breakfast buffet is offered for low price but the restaurant is very small and there are many eateries near the hotel. The hotel is located in a good central location for walking and site-seeing, but it's an even better area for partying. My room...

Small modern and colourful room. Dark cupboards hard to find anything. Tasteful breakfast and very good location, nearby M-line 2. Jumbo mistake when I went to the receptionist to borrow bottle opener, he asked me to bring bear bottle down for opening. No opener in the room. No buying from mini bar.

Stayed in Budapest for 3 nights last week on a city break. Hotel Soho was very clean and comfortable. Location was very good as near to bars and restaurants and around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the main sightseeing areas. Staff were very welcoming, knowledgable and friendly. Would recommend.

I stayed in the Soho Boutique Hotel in October 2016 for three nights for a short city break with my sister. The hotel was ideal - good location, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed - on the small side, although this was clear on other reviews, and not an issue for us...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Soho Hotel is located in a wonderful area of the city, with lots of pubs and bars. We booked a double room, which was very clean when we arrived and also well cleaned during our stay. The room is well-furnished and in a modern style, but it...

My wife and I have just returned from a short break at this location, from arriving until departure. we could not have been looked after better by such a dedicated and hardworking, professional team. The room was spotless very comfortable and serviced daily by two dedicated ladies. Breakfast was a treat to awaken to, such an array of food, something...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
