Conveniently located in Buda, just a couple of streets down from the Matthiaskirche and a short walk from the Batthyány tér metro station this hotel offers a very friendly and quiet accommodation. Staff is absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is included and though it is a cold breakfast, it is a lot and variety is great. Separate lounge room/kitchen and separate bedroom, ftat-screen TV, large bathroom with a washing machine. Kitchen has a cook top, kettle, and a dishwasher. The only critical comments are about the bathroom (and we have been told that this will be fixed soon) - convex mirror that is not good for someone 6'3" tall, shower is fixed in the corner, not in the middle (and it is not the most convenient for anyone) and shower cabin needs new silicon - it leaks (we have been provided with additional towels to deal with this). Great place to stay and next time in Budapest we will definitely stay there again!

Milford Suites is close to the famous World Heritage site of Buda Caste, looking down onto the Danube, and across the river to the majestic Houses of Parliament. The Matthias Church, the Trinity Statue, and Fisherman’s Bastion, the Military Museum, the Mary Magdalene Church Tower, the Arthur Gorgey statue, the Buda: National Gallery, National Library, History Museum, the Matthias Fountain, and the Royal Palace, with the Turul bird sculpture are all within walking distance, as is the archives of the Institute for Musicology of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, containing the Bartók Archives, and the Folk Music archive which includes recordings of the music, games and dance traditions of almost fifty cultures, chiefly those of Europe, Asia, Oceania, Africa and South America,

Nice, well equipped, huge apartments, kitchen, and perfect situated for sightseeing .Friendly staff at the reception desk, very helpful. An elevator would have been nice, for , as in our case, a 3rd floor apartment. Breakfast is really not satisfying: a much to small 12 (!) seat breakfast room for a four floor apartment hotel (and branded as four star). Guests want to enjoy their breakfast, not search for seats and space - and finally take their coffee & breakfast standing, improvised, like on the street. Good for an "apartment alone" stay, enjoyable morning start: no!

Hubby, Mother-in-law and myself just returned from a lovely 7 night stay in Budapest's Milford Suites. Perfect top floor apartment that was more than enough room for the 3 of us. Can't recommend this Buda side hotel enough! The reception staff (Daniel/Lazslo/Atilla) were more than accommodating! Please note they do not have an elevator which was the only downfall of this quaint hotel! If ever we find ourselves in Budapest again, this is where we will stay!
