PROS. Beautiful newly renovated hotel. Rooms are clean. Comfy beds. Breakfast buffet is good with nice variety of local food. Perfect location right in the middle of Piran and Portoroz. CONS. Most horrible pillows in the world. You have to pay for outside pool access, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.
Very nice hotel, with nice beds and excellent location. You can have meals or you can eat at street fods in the alley . Aleey is in the middle of theirs location. Nice pool and very nice location. I love it and recvomend it
Extremely rude and unpleasant attitude towards the clients!!!!!!! We had paid full package with drinks included, they never wanted to serve us, we had to stand up from the dinner and repeatedly ask to get our paid drinks and the guys were making faces as if they were bothered to do so. It took them ages to bring us the drinks (bottle of water and wine) The last night they wanted even to charge us for the dinner and drinks, they came with some excuse that the last night does not include the meal and beverage, which was nonsense, and when they got clear proof, nobody came to apologize to us!!! They also took away our 2 glasses of wine with words we do not deserve that quality of wine and they replaced it for a worse one. Ridiculous. In the morning we were waiting about an hour for a previously booked luggage pick up service until we were told that we have legs to walk so we had to bring the bags up to the hill to the car parking by ourselves!!!! This hotel makes the clients feel pretty uncomfortable, almost like hated, with such an attitude I would really advise them to close it. …
We spent 5 nights in this hotel. Excellent location, very lovely place. Really near the sea. All hotel renovated, clean, very good pools, peacefool seaside. Gratis shuttle bus to Piran. Many various foods. Parking a little bit far from the reception. We got harbor view room instead of seaside room, but when I said they quickly changed it. The staff can speak english, germany, italian also. Beach is also near but we didnt use it. We used inside pools and the seaside front of sunterace. The arrengment of foods is perfect dont need to wait one line. Coming from Hungary better than croatia because no gate and no passport checking. It was our excellent summer holiday.
It doesn't worth the price. Personnel incompetent at the desk, we had an issue with the booking and told the staff just when we arrived. We checked it the next day and we were told the problem was fixed and were given a paper with the bill, then on the last day they said it was a mistake and we were to pay much more. Food like in a canteen, "superior" room very cheap, parking lot always full you have to park very far on a steep hill. You can find much better for the price. Never again.
It's not hotel it's a barraks, solely because of the staff They want to fight with you I strongly do not recommend They don't know when their spa works when they don't, they don't know anyting and they are not interesred in the gest
The staff is friendly. The hotel is renovated and has modern style. The rooms are a bit small. The food is average, but you can have many possibilities. The pools are clean and they have many different also for babies and kinds. They only need to buy new hairdryers.
We been here last year same time. At it was one of the best since we got the best room in hotel, totally random. This year however Im very disappointed. Room is okay same as last year, food as well. But what is shocking to me is that they CHARGE you for sun umbrella AT THE POOL. What the actual ****?? I have been to hotels all over the world and I understand to charge it on the beach, totally understandable, but at the pool? I guess I wouldn’t notice that if last year they didn’t charge. That is so weird. And when I thought okay that’s probably the only negative thing, then i wanted to go to the sea and steps to get to the water all totally ruined. They closed it with chains and there is a sign they are not in use. All good but come on, they literally need to put two extra stones at the bottom to finish stairs and everything would be okay. During our 1 week stay people were climing over chains and broken rocks.. it was really sad to see this. All in all hotel is okay for 4* but charging for sun umbrellas at POOL and this hard excess to the sea is just a big minus. Hope you fix this as soon as possible.…
Modernized rooms, everything is clean... very big hotel with lot of rooms Between Piran (30 min by walk) and Portoroz (40 min by walk), and you can walk allong the sea. Very good breakfast in hotel, and many-many good restaurants in Piran and Portoroz. 2 critical comments: 1. for check-in 80 minutes is too much, I think 2. in such high qualitiy furnitured/designed rooms how can come so bad pillows...?
Summer 2020 was first difficult Summer cause of Covid, we made decision to travel to Slovenia by car and get full pension (fullest they offered in that time) in this hotel. When arriving we didn't get any valuable and necessary information about anything. After that we were shocked in restaurant by welcoming us in way, you don't belong here, as they didn't have all information on our arrival. Than we found out that food was in quality of school kitchen, ...again no information on beverages and after while we found out we have to pay for everything, even for water... again, no info👎 And than the manager of this restaurant got crazy on us when sipping our own water when coming in. All there was so unpleasant we decided not to go there for dinners ...we changed those for lunches, ...but those lunches were not very good as well, chosing from 2 foods, that's it ...and waiting for Bill to pay for long time all the time (for beverages) in my opinion , horrible service experience! On the other hand, plus was that part of the hotel was renovated, nice rooms, nice sea view ...and in the end we got some slight apology from management for the whole service failure. We paid full pension but at the start the wellness was closed, than they opened it. It was nice new wellness are. We enjoyed for 1 day. It was ok. We can only say we hope the personal service around hotel gets better as it was a pitty for theme.in the end of a day it is about communicating with guests and we didn't get that. Therefore we had bad experience and wouldn't choose this hotel anymore. …
