Arrived here for a conference and I'd chosen the Vile Park as the cheapest hotel in the local Bernardin offerings (Grand Hotel, Histrion, and this). My wife traveled with me. Our room was nice and big with a poolside view in a resort area that felt very slightly run down but seemed otherwise decent. In our bathroom was a standalone...

Nice, decent rooms. Not to big or too small. Lur room has frwnce balcony and overview main outdoor staircases. I guess it can be vety loud there during the season. The most complicated thing is that you have to go outside, walk few minutes and then reach breakfast area as well as the pool. It is very unpleasant to walk...

I stayed here for 5 nights with my family on the tail end of a business trip. I was quite nervous about this hotel having read other reviews on trip advisor but got a very pleasant surprise. We had two interconnecting rooms in a refurbished part of the hotel. Rooms were nicely done, quiet and clean...decent size (the twin was...

I had a two-week business stay at the Vile Park, a section of the Bernardin hotel complex and likely the cheapest option it offers. My room was well-sized and functional, the free wi-fi is excellent and the only really crappy thing in the room were the thin pillows. Also, bring your own soap if like me you hate paper-thin courtesy...

Room was ok, nature is beautiful , staff fairly ok. However one big minus is safety. I got stranger entering my room trough back staff door that were supposed to be locked by staff on 5am. I was shocked as I did not expect such a thing when having doors and windows closed.Luckily it was an accident that did not...

Husband and I visited Portorose and occasionally stayed in this place. What can I say...sleap and run. The rooms were dated and it is need refurbisment. We had hb in the Histrion hotel and the variety and quality of food is more than average. You will certainly find sth to eat. If you have opportunity, stay in other hotel's chain.

We stayed 2 nights in pink building and I recommend to change the room if you get this one. Room was stinky, dirty and wet. Old fashioned furniture and small tv. Missing mini fridge. We also cannot regulate air con, just turn on/off. Mattress too soft and instead of blanket there was only sheet. No balcony. Wifi not working in...

The hotel is one of three in the complex, the vile park being the much lower decks ( think Titanic). Rooms basic and a bit shabby but ok. No lift to rooms so a bit of a struggle with the luggage. There is a good indoor swimming facility but limited and crowed out side space. The breakfasts are all you...

Having just left the hotel today, I can only say how disappointing it is. Not only will you be stung for a minimum of €5 for a plastic sunbed per day,(with our family of 4 that's €200 for a fortnight)You also need to pay €1 if you want a shower near the sea after swimming. When we took a plastic...

Hotel is at the excellent location - close both to Portorož and Piran (less than 15 minutes walking). There is even free shuttle connecting St. Bernardin resort to Piran and going every few minutes. Thanks to good position, it has more pleasant micro climate than both Portorož and Piran. Parking was free and there was enough of free parking places....
