We were 5 families and enjoyed so much that we would go again this year. The rooms are big and with a huge balcony. The restaurant staff is amazing only one of the managers was very rude. The reception at hotel was great, price is affordable and right across you have the sea. The food in evening was ok but... More

I stayed in Grand Hotel Portoroz with my family and we had a great time there. The staff is nice and frendly, the food is tasty and lots of selection, the salty pool is nice and sauna park also. We had a big room, it was clean, towels were changed every day. We are going back definitely :)

Very attractive luxury hotel, with all facilities you need for rest and pleasure. It has beautiful view from the balconies, tasty food and wonderful spa. It is located near the coast in the centre of Portoroz, so everything you need you can find around it. Great place to stay for vacation or business.

Not much on the outside but interior is modern and breathtaking. Sea and walking district across the road. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Staff looks relaxed yet focused on work and guests. Normally I wouldnt pay that much just to sleep in a place but if you are demanding customer this is a place for ya.

Friendly and professional staff, especially in the restaurant with a very good cuisine. A lot of free services for really resonable roomrates. Last year we had here our best new years eve ever with a perfect gourmet diner! The best place for long weekends not only in summer!

Really fancy hotel, with comfy rooms, good wi fi connection and helpful staff. Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. Had a room with with view to the sea& small marina. Mostly I have enjoyed their inner swimming pool with warm salt water. Quite a good place to relax. The breakfast was good with various types... More

The room was nice. Not really modern but spacious with sofa, wide beds and there was also separate room for the luggage so that was perfect. The outside pool of the hotel was closed at this time of year but the inside pools were nice. We also had treatments from the beauty salon and they were good. The sauna world... More

We stayed here with friends and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great location..walking distance to Piran and a short drive to Isola, both quaint small towns with lots of restaurants. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our room, which was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and breakfast was very good. The open air bar is a nice... More

Ok, so it says 5 star, but don't expect UK standards. That being said the hotel is centrally located, comfortable, with nice facilities; the main draw being the (salty) pool areas and the sauna. The sauna costs €16, but it is lovely, the pools are free, as is the gym. There is a great selection at breakfast and the dining... More

My family and I loved our stay at this hotel. The location was great, breakfast was excellent, parking free, fast and free wifi. This hotel has a private beach by the sea, but the public beach is also very close to the hotel. We used it because our little boy loves to play in the sand. The staff was friendly... More
