Due to my profession in tourism spectre, I can guarantee you the best experience. No matter "only" 3*, food and politeness from hosts are for 5*. I was amazed by free bike rental. I am one of those who don't eat everything but I was still satisfied every morning, because breakfast was nothing else but amazing. Oh and the outdoor pool vibe...Priceless. I come from Slovenia and I don't travel much inside our country, but I would definitely return back someday.

There is an amazing experience restaurant COB in front of it. The view from the room is amazing. Free private parking. We had a nicely decorated room on first floor. We will be back

Hotel Tomi is a smaller family run hotel in Portoroz, where the staff makes you feel like at home. They have a very nice pool and free private parking just in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel is also very nice, since it is just outside the main promenade and away from the tourist hustle but stil just a mere 5 minute walk from the sea and city centre.

Had a lovely 1 week stay here. The breakfast as previously mentioned is very good each morning. Pool area very relaxing. Can walk down into Portoroz about 5-10 minute walk. Uphill coming back but not a problem! Take advantage of free electric bike hire at the hotel. We used them to ride into Piran which is lovely, especially on an evening and lots of places to eat.
