We were in room 121 and walking in, we were really wowed by it. It was huge, modern, had a small kitchen and dining area, and a nice bathroom. A big tv, fridge and safe. So we were ready to love it.

It was only later that we found a couple of problems. Firstly, the sound insulation in this room was awful. We think it was because of the door to the adjoining room. We could hear everything in the corridor and in the next room. We could hear loud snoring as if our neighbour was in the same room as us! Luckily they went to bed and got up at much the same time as we did. My husband had earplugs too. Also, it was a good thing that we had eyeshades with us as there was no curtain for the window in the kitchenette area, directly across from the bed.

The kitchenette was great but it didn’t have any pots or pans and no kettle so there was no way of making tea or coffee (although there were teabags). There was crockery and cutlery though.

When we were checking out, the gentleman on reception asked if everything was okay with our stay so we mentioned the sound problem and the missing curtain. He apologised and said that a curtain was on order for the room and that they would look into the noise issue. So perhaps by the time you read this, it may not be an issue any more.

It’s not the prettiest part of town but is right next to an Aldi supermarket (which is handy if you’re making use of the kitchenette) and our room looked out on to a hospital emergency department.

About 15 minutes walk to town and same to train and bus stations.

We didn’t try the breakfast.

New hotel inside a big building. Pro: not expensive, good service. Contra: far from the historic center, breakfast so-so, very expensive ( even with a discount) parking, not simple to understand how to enter parking and the hotel when you arrive with a car

I was here for a 1 night stay. Upon arrival, there was no receptionist available, and the main door was closed. I called, and I was told to wait for another 40 minutes. As I booked the room only 1 hour prior to arrival through an external website, they told me that that was the problem, and I have been able to book though that site for the same night. Anyway, the receptionist was very apologetic and friendly. He upgraded my room to a double room, as compensation for the wait.
The assigned room was not cleaned. I was appointed another room (this happened within a minute): it turned out that there was trash in one of the closets. Subsequently I was offered another room (also this went super fast). That final room was very hot (26,7 °C/80 °F). Turning down the heat didn't change anything, so I slept with the window open (i didn't feel like complaining anymore, to move to a 4th room). There were also some ants walking around the bathroom.

All in all, with all the aforementioned issues, the stay was ok. Very silent, comfortable bed, the final room was clean (except for the ants), and they had super friendly and helpful staff. If it wasn't for the confusion of which rooms were cleaned and which ones not, I would have graded one point higher.

Even having gone through all the issues, I would use the hotel again. Partially because they are very fairly priced.

Stayed here with a friend in September. We were visiting Ljubljana for the Northern Ireland v Slovenia football match. We stayed for 3 nights. The price was reasonable. The room, while small, was very clean and comfortable. A mini fridge was included which was handy for storing water. Our room was on the second floor and looked out on to a concrete wall but the view did not matter. We had breakfast one morning which cost €8 each. It was basic but perfectly edible and suitable for travellers on a budget. The hotel is approximately a 10 minute walk from the Three Bridges area where all the bars, cafes and nightlife is. It’s also about a 10 minute from walk the bus station. The hotel is adjacent to a large hospital so there are always people in the area. Any staff we encountered were very helpful. The reception is not 24/7. It closes at night and you have an access code to get inside. Would happily recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Ljubljana. There is a pharmacy and a supermarket also on the block for supplies.

On the plus side, the staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean, modern and very comfortable. I didn’t try the breakfast but there were vending machines on the ground floor with snacks, hot drinks, which was welcome. The hotel is not as central as might appear; it’s within a hospital complex which was fine and quiet enough. The walk from the bus/train station was not very well lit. The hotel could provide a safe etc. and coffee making facilities in the rooms to improve even further.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff and airy, spacious rooms. Really efficient air con for a hot summer too. Clean, modern, really nice breakfast and only a short walk to the centre along the river whilst being located out of the immediate city bustle. Been twice already and will be staying for sure next time I'm in Ljubljana. Great value for your money (beds and pillows really fresh and comfortable too)

This is an affordable and new hotel within a 10-15 minute from the train and bus station, and the same distance again to the old town. It is next to a hospital and I was thinking the ambulance sirens would wake us at night, but the room seemed sound proof. It loses a star as the housekeeping didn't empty a half full bin in our room from the previous occupants, which makes me question the thoroughness of the cleaning.
Aircon worked great and bed was soft and constable. There is three restaurants and a supermarket (Hoffer) up the road from the hotel.

The reception at this hotel is small lobby to the rear of the building. Taxi drivers will leave you 50 metres from this entrance as it is set in between shop fronts which they cannot reach. This seems strange but is not a problem.
The rooms are small, modern and clean. It is like a Travel-lodge or Premier Inn. The breakfasts are served in the adjacent cafe/restaurant which is open to the public. It serves the usual continental fare of cereals, bread, fruit, cold meats and cheeses. The coffee comes via machine.
The facilities in the room are perfectly adequate with powerful showers in a small but well designed bathroom. Room service is proficient.
The rooms at the back face out onto a building site which could be noisy. The parking is close-by and underground. It costs 12 euros for 12 hours for hotel guests. This is a considerable saving on their normal charges.
This establishment is a 15 minute stroll from the city centre. It is not top quality hotel but represents very good value for money.

Clean modern spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom with great water pressure, and a solid breakfast with a good selection that ensures there's something for everyone and plenty for some. Reception is friendly and efficient. No lobby (just a couch). Hotel is located near the hospital where there is construction going on at the moment, which unfortunately starts at 7am... My room was located on the side of the construction site so I could hear it in the morning. Otherwise very quiet. Friends on the other side of the hotel mentioned they didn't hear the construction at all. Fast WiFi. It is an easy ten minute walk to the old Town. Great hotel.
