Welcome to the world of glamping tents and tree houses! The Garden Village Bled eco glamping resort is designed to bring people and nature together in harmonious living. Every single thing at the resort grows, lives and breathes with this purpose. We set all five types of accommodation among the trees to let you stay as close to nature as possible. We grow our herbs, fruits and veggies in our gardens to offer authentic flavours in our restaurant. Oh, and we let the stream that is flowing through the resort continue its path right through the restaurant! You can relax in our idyllic spa, set underneath the canopy of trees and above the murmuring stream. So many things to see and experience! This is simply paradise for nature lovers and beauty seekers.

Detailed Reviews
What a fantastic time we had at Garden Village. We stayed in the tree tent number 1. There was plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. The place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. There are no bugs or mosquitos in the tent. The accommodations are set amongst the trees so they are always cool which is a lovely relief if you've been out in the sun all day. We loved the streams and little waterfalls and biotape pool. We also had a Finnish sauna which was fun especially as there was a little bit of the stream just for our use so we could get in and out to cool down. It was really invigorating. The people that work there are lovely and helpful they welcomed us to the site with lavender infused water and a savoury cake, they organised 2 paddle boards for us for the whole day for 30 euros. The tents and beds are really comfortable, hearing the waterfall under our tent is really great to get you to sleep. Toilets and showers are spotless and close by. Breakfast is awesome with a large selection. The kids loved the cakes and pastries. There are options if you have special diets or vegan/vegetarian and the staff are always happy to organise anything different for you. The site is literally 5-10 minute walk to the edge of the swimming part of lake Bled, which is where we spent most of our time because its divine! There really aren't many negatives for this place. We had a bbq one night at the restaurant and we thought it was a bit over priced for what it was... but we had live music and a lovely surrounding so this is not too much of a complaint. I also think it would've been nice to have 4 comfy smaller outside chairs, outside of the tent rather than one large chair and a bench... but again this is a small thing and I'm sure if we'd said to reception they would've organized that for us as they were so helpful. 100% We will stay here again.

+1
This is a glamping village near lake Bled (300m) situated in a small forest. Very nice buildings, they have also a pool if you want to swim with ducks and frogs. Inside is also a sauna, rent a bike and an expensive restaurant. The tree house's are very nice buld, inside is a bathroom, fridge and TV (tents have a shared bathroom). In my opinion the price is too expensive, the same range like a 5 star hotel.

We only stayed one night in the treehouse. Although quite pricey, we wanted to experience a unique night in nature, but with comfort and it didn't disappoint.
The bed downstairs is rather small and awkward to get out of but that's to be expected. However, upstairs where our son stayed, is very spacious. We needed to sleep downstairs so we could be in easy access to the bathroom!
The whole resort is lovely and the staff at reception very friendly and helpful.
The accommodation is well thought out and definately recommended, especially if you have kids. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful too.

Wonderful place fully immersed in the nature and very close to the lake of Bled. We spent one night in a tree house which works for 4 persons and provides a private bathroom. The honeymoon house also includes a fully electric movable bridge to enter the house

Fabulous location, 5 min walk from the lake (swimming area), free bikes to hire, 3+ good restaurants nearby (& the onsite restaurant )
It’s a VERY beautiful setting - and the concept of garden camping was very very well done. Fruit to pick all around you, a lovely natural pool next to the restaurant and small kids play area + a fabulous stream (down several flights of steps) with mini waterfall for the kids to play in.
Streams also meander through the “village” and the glamping tents looked very cool with wooden hot tubs!
We stayed in a “luxury” apartment- it was pretty rustic tbh. It has a mini fridge, basic kitchenette, a whirlpool bath, and just about fitted 5 of us with the 2 older kids (7,9) on the canopy bed. I was glad they wanted to be up there as it would have been a squeeze for 2 adults IMO! Air con was pretty decent (and needed!).
Bled itself (5-30 min drive depending on the sometimes awful traffic!!) had lots of amenities and restaurants, and the lake is beautiful - if busy - in peak season.
We went rafting on River Sava, hot air ballooning, SUP and swimming in the lake and biking - fab location for active holiday.
Breakfast was good - in the “garden restaurant” theme, dinner was nice but expensive (220E + tip for 2 adults and 3 kids - 2 courses).
Overall we would recommend for 2-4 nights for a different holiday, and of the 6 stops on our trip, the kids favourite!

Everything is well designed and engineered. Stayed in a glamping tent ⛺️ with private hot tub and just loved it. There is a cute garden where you can find all the goods that are served in the morning for the breakfast. I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed one night at the Treehouse.
Overall a interesting stay at a beautiful town.
The hotel cares about sustainability and it shows throughout the place. The restaurant serves great food for dinner. The hotel itself is within a short walk to the lake. There is also parking available at the hotel.
Kids will like to play at the 2nd floor of the treehouse.
Definitely a place to try out a glamping experience.

Stayed in one of their glamping tents. The tent was fantastic and had an amazing hot tub. These tents are huge and can easily accommodate a family of four. There is a small private garden and patio for each of these tents. Not sure about other room categories though. Staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast is delicious too. There is free parking on site and electric car charging points too (although didn't use one). Location is good, short pleasant walk to the lake. The common areas of the resort are beautiful. Pathways are lined with fruit and other trees. There is a small stream flowing through the property. Overall a good stay!

The receptionist and staff are full of life and gave a very warm welcome. The hotel itself feels hidden in nature and the natural pool makes what is a fantastically located property feel like it's an isolated oasis. We stayed in the riverfront tents and were delighted by the sounds of the river flowing at night. Grab a bike and go for a quick ride down to the lake.

I loved this glamping accommodation. I stayed in one of the tents, Plenty of room in them, bed was super comfy. Heater available as it was cold at first. Lots of blankets. I had the added bonus of the river next to me. Facilities really good, nice bar and restaurant which I wasn't able to use as it was closed the day I was there. The bar was nice although it closed at 8pm. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff so friendly, the man on reception helped me on my last day as I was un-sure which bus would take me to the airport - he looked online for me and rang the bus company. Fabulous customer service.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for messaging! 😊
In the Pier Tents there is no integrated heating system, where as there is floor heating in Glamping Tents and heaters in Tree Houses.
The tents hold the temperature very well, but if needed, please ask for portable heaters at the reception.
We're very excited to having you with us so soon!
Katja Rogelj from Garden Village Bled marketing team
There will be some mosquitos because there is lots of water around, but it's manageable. Taking a repellent is advised, but no additional measures are required.
You can also ask the reception desk for a repellent that you can plug in an electric outlet.
Dear Paul,
The basic pier tents are not available in April due to low temperatures (they have no heating).
The units we have available are tree houses, glamping tents and lux apartments.
These are luxury units, so not a budget accommodation.
Please visit our website GardenVillageBled for some more information, you can also make a reservation there.
Kind regards,
Uros Zalokar
