The staff was friendly. Our room quite small and was on the ground floor right under the stairway. It had one window and the ventilation was poor, especially since we didn't open it too wide due to privacy reasons. I think we may have been given this room due to booking it on Hotels.com. We did ask for a change to an upper floor for our second night and they moved us to another ground floor, again quite small. The property will bring you a breakfast basket for $13US or you can eat breakfast at a property nearby for $17US but they don't even provide real coffee in the morning- you have to heat water in your room and take it to the main floor for instant packets. We met friends at this property and were looking forward to having appetizers and wine on the lovely front deck but the sun was so hot, the deck was unusable. I highly recommend they get some umbrellas for their deck so guests can use it in the warmer months. The room was clean but the overall experience was disappointing.…
Me and my partner had the best trip staying at this place. Not only were the beds comfy, the rooms fitted with air-con and a mini fridge, the staff here were the best! So helpful with everything from what restaurants to eat at, to what to do in rainy days. Couldn’t of asked for better help from someone who knows the area well. 10/10 rating, recommend to anyone who enjoys comforting, homely hotel rooms!
My daughter, granddaughter and myself spent 4 nights at Vila Alpina, ( originally booking for 2 nights but staying 2 extra). It's in a beautiful location a minute or two's walk from the lake. Peter the manager couldn't be more helpful with maps, ideas and recommendations of places to visit and things to do. The rooms at the vila are modern, clean, spacious with lovely bathrooms. They also have fridges and kettles. There is also a breakfast area where you can eat your own food. An altogether great place.
First of all. The host gave us a really nice and warm welcome. Hè gave us directly the feeling that we came home. Secondly, the rooms are very clean, cozy and Nice. The room is not as big as It looks but still warm and romantic. The walk in shower is very authentic and gorgeous. I would definately recommend this place to everyone who wants to take a look at lake bled. The location is perfect and Just a few minutes walk away. For this price. You would not Find a better hotel to Stay at. Thankyou Peter for our conversations and for the Stay.
We absolutely loved it! The place is very clean and modern. It has a huge, spacious bathroom with nice modern walk in shower. The staff is so friendly and they helped us a lot with so many things - from wine opener and wine glasses to where to eat and what to see. We can’t wait to go back!
The stood here for two days, but it was really sweet experience. The rooms are beautiful and tidy. The receptionist who greeted us was the one of the nicest guys who I ever met. He also gave us advices on where to eat and what to visit. The breakfast what they offer was the best buffet breakfast which I ever ate.
We loved our stay here! The host/ receptionist was very helpful and super friendly. The rooms are clean, new and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend staying here once you’re in Bled. Only a few minutes walk to the lake ❤️
This accomodation is new. The rooms are nice with huge bathroom. Problem in this room is that is missing incest net so you can´t have open windows. The vila is close to lake bled. The staff is nice but you need to wait for him when you check in to the vila.
We spent two nights in this nice chalet in June 2020. The manager was very helpful before arriving and during our stay. The rooms are lovely, comfortable beds, windows with shutter. The bathroom is nice, clean. There is a fridge in the room, water heater, and hairdryer. You can order breakfast in the nearby restaurant at Garden Village. It is very close to the lake. Great stay to enjoy Bled lake.
We spent three nights here and loved our stay. The hotel is a very new looking wooden chalet with only a few rooms, a shared seating area for coffee and an outdoor balcony. On arrival the receptionist (not sure of his name) was brilliant and gave us loads of tips for what to see. Our room was the only one with a balcony which was great, and it was a very comfortable stay. It was also cleaned daily so it was spotless. The only negatives were that the hairdryer often cut out, and on the last morning we had no heating or hot water so couldn’t shower before our flight. The location was also great. It’s a short hilly walk from the lake, and was much nicer than staying in the town in my opinion. There is a great restaurant called Sova nearby, plus a supermarket and a bus stop. Overall we loved our stay. They even put a flower on everyone’s door on International Women’s Day! It’s the little things that make you remember a place.…
