I came to Warsaw in the morning. I, of course, knew that Checkin is in the afternoon but was hoping to leave my luggage since i had a conference to attend. In the information they send, it says to make a call one hour before the arrival which I did. Firstly, i spoke with a man, connection was very poor but he simply told me that they open in the afternoon. Then i spoke to the lady, we agreed that somebody will pick my luggage in one hour and put it in the office. It was not so easy though. After an hour i again had to make around 5 calls, was waiting for 40minutes, when on the phone, lady kept repeating “ohh my God” and guy “i told you were are not open”. So i followed their rules but employees were very rude, not professional and never apologised for inconveniences.
Very good apartments. Not centrally located but well connected with lots of shops, restaurants and attractions (Uprising Museum, Palace of Science and Culture) very near. Metro and the largest mall in Warsaw - Zlote Tarasy - within walking distance.
I've stayed here for a long term trip and it's absolutely perfect for business travellers. Close to everything with brilliant transport links in every direction. Apartments are clean and beds are really comfortable. Rooms are modern and they have nearly all modern amenities (no oven, but everything else). Staff are very nice and helpful. There's quite a few places to eat downstairs, a gym (including the separate Holmes place gym and pool next door which you can buy vouchers/membership for) and there's a supermarket in the building. The queues in the supermarket are always ridiculously long so it's better to just go across the road to the small shops (it's nothing to do with the apartments residence though, just a tip!). Definitely recommended!
Booked it last minute, needed to stay overnight only. Fair price. Apartment in the centre of Warsaw. Secure. No restaurant but there are some shops and restaurants at the ground level. Fair conditions. Clean. What else do you need for an inexpensive overnight stay?
Hotel is all in all is fancy and big city style. Location is in a business center and hotel is surrounded with high tower buildings. Our room was at 12th floor which gave us splendid view over the area. Especially at night time the lights of other tall buildings were romantic. There is parking place right in front of the hotel entrance.
This hotel was best I've been to in Poland, very helpful reception fast check in. Room was great had everything we needed for daily use. Not far for a walk to shoppingmall. Worth every penny! Great placement, beneath is daily shop, restaurants, casino and even fitness Senter close.
The flat was nice as pictured. The balcony door would not close properly but the staff came and fixed the lock the day after arrival. The extractor fan in the hood did not work all week as staff were unable to repair. The skirting board was off in the lounge but otherwise very happy with the room. There was room cleaning once during the week and the lady brought new soap and shower gel and towels. The apartment is under different management from the rest of the Platinum Appartments building therefore reception staff are limited with their assistance but if you call Chopin Apartments staff on their +48 number they will help with any issues eg. baggage storage after checkout or room maintenance. Tatiana and Dorota very helpful with Wi-Fi connectivity etc. Great location for central and tourist attractions such as Uprising and Polin museums. Supermarket and restaurants downstairs I gallery between the apartments and the Hinton. One complaint noisy work going on upstairs directly above drilling etc only stopped at evenings and weekend. Good stay. Thanks.…
The apartment is in a good location of Warsaw, it is clean, modern and located in a modern block of apartments with a 24 reception. The staff speak both Polish and English. The apartment itself is a good size much better than just a hotel bedroom, you have a well fitted kitchen, separate bedroom and a bathroom with a nice deep bath as well as a washing machine if needed. Downstairs is a selection of shops and eateries ....The bed was a little hard for my liking but that was not a big issue the wifi was great but could do with a few more English speaking channels...Some of the reviews I read prior to booking complained that were not meet by anyone (WHO CARES)..the company leave the keys at the reception for you and you return them to reception when leaving it is not complicated, additionally there is a telephone contact number if needed but I did not....All in all it think it was good value for money and will stay again if the rates remain the same.…
oh what a lovely view from the room, the people were so friendly, and the food was so god at the local restaurants and the near by shops. The weather was also good with little rain, the transport system was good and near by the metro bus and tram, all within walking distance, also easy check in
Very disappointing stay. We stayed here for 3 nights. We spent quite a lot of money but the place was not worth the price we paid. Very tired decor, old damaged sofa, dirty walls, awful view of grey flats across the road. We paid extra for the breakfast included. We went first morning to the cafe downstairs and there was no vegan options for us at all and the staff were not even willing to try and make something for us. We will get a refund for breakfast to be fair but still the whole place is below average. Go somewhere else.
