I arrived at the Hilton at 3:00pm to check in. I was told my room was not ready. Front desk person tried to contact Housekeeping, no one answered, he told me it would be 15-20 minutes. I sit in the lobby drinking a $4 mini bottle of coke, go back up to the desk at 25 minutes, room not ready, I go back up at 1 hour not ready. I come back at 2 hours finally ready, now the guy is confused as to whether or not the room is paid for or not. Get your act together and if your not going to have rooms ready, then a discount should be automatically offered and taken care of. Service sucks!
The hotel is very centrally located with all the facilities you might need during your stay. Service is well balanced with the restriction you may expect these days. We loved having the possibility to conveniently park our car walk to the old town. Rooms are well furnished and super comfy talking about sleeping quality. In particular worth mentioning the super breakfast, which was impressive by its variety, quality, and freshness. Thanks to F&B Director Andrzej for the warm personalized welcome and pleasing surprise sent to our room. We will surely come back and strongly recommend this property for everyone visiting Warsaw.
On my previous visit i stayd at the Novotel, for this journey it was fully booked so i booked into the Hilton. The location is a bit further out of the city centre, checkin was ok but i didnt like that the mandatory requirement to place a hold of £40 on your bank card even if you are not using any facilities in the hotel. My room was on the 9th floor, it had a bit of a dated feel, but was clean and tidy. Sleep was good , nice and quiet and the air con was working so as to keep the room cool. Breakfast was ok, big selection, on comment was the bacon was cold and no option for hash browns or saute potatoes. The room service menus is bigger then the menu offered at the bar, which was disappointing. I dont think id stay again based on the location and dinning options within the hotel.…
Very nice property, bright and modern rooms. Location is really good, hotel is central to a lot of attractions and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The only complaint I have is the extra charge for ice bucket and two (empty) wine glasses… we stayed at many hotels all over the world (cheaper and very pricey ones) and this is the first place that we got charged (25zl) for ice and glasses. It’s not about the amount, this type of service is gratuity based. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!
The Hilton Warsaw City premises equates an excellent Hilton domicile, which you expect when you looking for the top Hilton standard worldwide. It is located at a superb position in the city centre. The Hotel provides an abundant range of amenities and facilities to enrich every stay. The exceutive lounge, the bar, the SPA and pool world, there is nothing more you can which for. All is been provided at a reasonable price level. My personal recommendation is the Executive Panoramic Suite with a stunning, breathtaking view upon the Warsaw skyline and really spacious rooms.
We were accommodated in an executive floor and had access to the executive lounge. Very clean room, convenient location, great breakfast in the executive lounge. Sauna facilities were nice even though they were popular. Ivan Veronin in the executive lounge was fantastic. Extremely helpful.
This is my fifth stay at this hotel and I keep coming back because the service is outstanding and the rooms spacious and with great views. I've been lucky to have gotten upgraded to a corner suite (I have Diamond status with Hilton) and it is a fantastic room. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed (from front desk to bellboy to waiters) and the facilities are fantastic, including a two level executive lounge. Great breakfast and an amazing gym with full facilities. The hotel is in an area of Warsaw that is developing quite rapidly and there are great restaurants and bars nearby but it's not close to the old town. However taxis are cheap and can get you there in 10 or 15 min (or is a 40 min walk). The plus is that is very quick to get to the airport, 15 to 20 mins by taxi. I will definitely come back here next time I'm I'm Warsaw. …
great place, great people, amazing service, big thanks for help with accommodation for Mikołaj.W, Sylwia, Anastacja, for such people it is a pleasure to come back to such a place as Hilton Warsaw, greetings Filip
Very nice hotel located close to town centre, close to underground and a Warsaw Central Station. Very nice panoramic suite with amazing view on Warsaw Skyline. Staff nice and professional. The only issue is tht executive lounge could be opened 24h as some guest staying in suites arriving latter and cannot benfit from it.
Can recommend this hotel- nice staff- good rooms The executive lounge is now reopened after the pandemic. The balance of the universe is now restored. All- in all a good hotel - with good value for the monet
