Hilton Warsaw City is an excellent value, modern and central hotel. The staff at Reception are extremely helpful and friendly and the large breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel is beside the famous Warsaw Spire and is a very short taxi ride from the Central Station.

Given our around 200 nights per year of hotel stays, this and last year being covid reduced, we are practical in what to expect and appreciative of hotels that go even beyond those. As usual good to be back to the Hilton familiarity. Sylwia, the front office manager, who we had spoken to earlier had everything ready before hand. A lovely suite, unrestricted view. Could not ask for more. Property is around 20 mts walk from old town. Understand in another few days, one can experience the hotel with minimal restrictions and looking forward to it.

My family stayed in this hotel for 5 days. We had an issue on our first day with a duty manager who abruptly wanted us to make our son quiet or to leave the lobby while we were having lunch. According to him, our son was disturbing other guests in a bar which was almost empty. My son is severely speech delayed and on a spectrum. He was loudly saying mama a number of times. I understand some guests did not appreciate that, but our problem was the way how we have been approached by a duty manager and then how the General Manager has accused us of lying and was not understanding or helpful in this matter. This GM does not know what customer service is and unfortunately other managers follow his poor leadership. There was no apology and lack of trying to solve this issue. Overall, the management is unprofessional, unfriendly and discriminates children with disabilities or at least has done this to our son. They do not understand what hospitality is. Unsurprisingly, I have seen other reviews highlighting other management issues. This experience was very upsetting as it was the first time we have experienced a negative attitude towards our son’s disability. The Hilton supposed to be family friendly but this was not a case in this hotel under current management. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, because in Hilton Warsaw City, the guest is always wrong.

Unfortunately, this review is not accurate. I never accused the guest of lying, but numerous parts of his original complaint were not accurate, just like here. The child was screaming at the top of his lungs and running around the lobby and lobby bar area, whereby three guests complained to reception and one guest actually left the bar due to the very severe disturbance. At no point did our Duty Manager threaten these guests, kids will be kids, but it is the responsibility of parents to control their children when they are misbehaving or causing a disturbance. This has been a long story, whereby this guest has continual raised other issues and accuses the hotel of discrimination which is simply not true. Deflecting their responsibilities and constantly blaming us. This guest is actually an employee of Hilton, and should know better, or at a minimum, understand that other guests do not deserve to be disturbed in such a manner. This has nothing to do with his son, but more to do with the parents not handling the situation. Using the term 'discrimination' shows they simply don't want to take responsibility as any child behaving in such a way would result in their parents being asked to please control their child. At no point did this guest ever mention their child had autism or speech delayed, but uses his disability here to try to make the hotel and my team out to dislike children, which again is simply not the case. The guest is obviously not happy that we just didn't just accept such behaviour, and has tried to make it out that it was just a little noise which I can assure you it wasn't. Their sons screams could be heard throughout our atrium. It is unfortunate that this guest takes to every possible forum to try to demonize our hotel, but this noise would not have been tolerated in any hotel, not even the one he works in.

The hotel is very centrally located with all the facilities you might need during your stay. Service is well balanced with the restriction you may expect these days. We loved having the possibility to conveniently park our car walk to the old town. Rooms are well furnished and super comfy talking about sleeping quality. In particular worth mentioning the super breakfast, which was impressive by its variety, quality, and freshness. Thanks to F&B Director Andrzej for the warm personalized welcome and pleasing surprise sent to our room. We will surely come back and strongly recommend this property for everyone visiting Warsaw.

The hotel is a little bit remote and maybe not optimal if you want to explore the city, but taxi rides are cheap in Poland and you have tram/bus stops nearby. Hotel rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is good with a lot of cold and hot choices and the best omelet in Warsaw (earlier Marriott’s was best). We had issues with the air conditioning in our room that was very loud, so we were offered to change room (from floor 16 to 24). Although the change was made in the evening and we had to wait quite long for the new room it was not properly prepared, there were glass missing and coffee mugs were dirty. In the hallway on the 24 floor there were dirty dishes outside some rooms and the dishes were still there next day around 16 o’clock when we made the check out, that didn’t impress me at all! But it was big plus that we could keep our room until 16! I will probably not stay here again as there are far better options in Warsaw such as Westin, Intercontinental or Radisson.
