Love this hotel! Been a guest since 2015 and I’m never disappointed when travelling here. Love the atmosphere, the pool, the garden, very calming. It’s also very close to ATM STUDIO so as last years The Voice of Poland contestant I was pleased being so close and not having to worry about travelling far especially early in the morning. This year I decided to have breakfasts and really enjoyed them. There is a nice variety and the children section is tasty as well! Loved the wafers.

The hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars. The speed of the Internet is terrible, it seemed to me that such problems were in the past, but no, they still exist. The room is cold, the TV does not work. My wife and I celebrated Valentine's Day and a birthday, from the side of the hotel attention is completely zero. Spa is very small. Be careful as the stated time of work does not correspond to reality. The breakfast is really good

Hotel located in quite part of Warsaw. Very nice hotel. All needed facilities available. Perfect location for business trip as well as for family stay. Spacious rooms, very good breakfast. Great Spa and swimming pool.

The Hotel & rooms were outstanding. The included pool & spa facilities were a little busy but still nice to use. The only thing letting this hotel down is the extremely rude restaurant staff, several hotel guests walked out on dinner due to the waitresses. It was not busy but we stuck out the 2 hour wait for food, which was very good itself. My room was on floor 2 & could hear the base line of music until midnight. Luckily I was not trying to sleep.

This hotel is one of the best Hilton I stayed. The food is to die for the service is not that great but they do try their hardest. The breakfast is super tasty. My room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature. The spa facilities are also great. Fell in love with this hotel. I also stayed last year in Hilton Warsaw city the double tree is 100 times better in every department. Thank you all.

I was recently visiting this hotel. I called before arrival to check if the executive lounge was open - not yet they informed - but i would as ususal be given a voucher for refreshments (coffee, tea. etc) and dinner in the restaurant - as in the past. However when i arrived - no voucher no nothing- but i was ofcourse welcome to buy dinner - thank s - scammers. SO promises before arrival - and then we rip the credit card once you arrive. PONZI type of people in this hotel - really im an Hilton Honors Fiamond memeber. BTW - on the website they state that the lounge is temporarily closed - WRONG - it is reopened now as SKY LOUNGE - bet it cost a pretty penny now: Seems like the cancelled all Hilton Honors service - but wont tell - until you arrive. A bunch of pro scammers in this hotel - Hilton Honors member do stay away…

Location in the middle of nowthere, far away from the city center. Customer service is horrible. Rude and unfriendly staff. Breakfast is quite ok, but when I asked the cook to make scrambled eggs instead of omlelette he just roller his eyes and said NO!. The face of the lady at the front desk was so bored that I had an impression that I was disturbing her. I stayed at many Hilton hotels before but I have nevr been treated that way.

The stay was perfect. The stuff was friendly and the room looked great and felt convenient. The SPA and Fitness zone is a good addition to the overall relaxation. It was an awesome feeling, to wake up in such a lovely room, then swim a bit in the pool, take some time in the sauna and end it with a warm herbal tee. I didn’t felt that relaxed for a long time. Thank you for your service :)
