I’ve been asked to leave a review of this hotel, one word for it, HORRIBLE! Its a bad dream, bad joke! I paid nearly £120 per night for a superior room and the only superior things were complete lack of customer service and understanding of basic hospitality standards. Tiny, airless, badly designed, decorated room, one flat pillow per person, almost nonexistent blanket, this room was not cleaned for 6 days. Housekeeping was changing towels, but not cleaning, no toiletries have been replaced for the duration of our stay, kettle didn’t work and after I complained to the receptionist it was replaced with another horrendous looking appliance, which I didn’t dare to use for the fear of getting food poisoning. Reception personnel needs to be mentioned separately; unhelpful, rude, even aggressive, as though they couldn’t hear or understand me. This is international hotel where they suppose to speak and understand English. I am a well travelled person and have never come across such appalling attitude to customers. Breakfast very simple with horrible bakery, no choice of bread and smoking margarine instead of butter. I feel I have been robbed! Found fantastic, spacious ,clean hotel in the centre of city for the same price. Will I recommend this hotel? A definite NO, avoid at all costs!! Shame on you!!!…
I am here with my mum, who evacuated from Kyiv, waiting for UK visa to be granted. 5 days ago standard room for 2 people cost 280 zlotys, from 9th March it cost 550 zlotys. Hotel is full and people have no other choice but to pay increased price. This is absolutely disgraceful to make money on people's misery. Hotel management should be ashamed of this.
Really nice modern hotel, great and friendly environment The apartment we had was amazing So much great space and room to move around A toilet and a separate bathroom was great Close to the airport, only 10zl with Uber or 20zl with the taxi drivers waiting outside
If you need just a small room by the airport, this hotel is for you. The whole room including bathroom is about 8 ft by 13 ft. The room has a big bed, TV, table stand, little closet, mirror, shower , toilet and sink. The bathroom has irredescent blue Sicis tiled...which I love since I have them in my bathroom. Very efficient and compact room. The food is average at breakfast and dinner. It served my purposes when my flight was canceled until the next day.
Well located near the airport and you don’t notice any airplanes. Modern, clean and in good condition. Rooms minimal and small but good enough. Breakfast buffet surprisingly good with a large choice. Bar restaurant below average, service patchy, choice limited.
Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Reasonable price. Close to airport. Good communication by bus with Central train station. Conference room is also ok but sound system there is not properly adjusted. There were problems with microphones.
i am Yosef a Traveler from ethiopia. I truly enjoyed my stay in Sound garden hotel from the first day i checked in. The hotel offers excellent service. Room is Digital and clean. You will get good breakfast offers you also can get coffee or cappuccino any time you want with no additional fees. Service is generously priced compared to other hotels around. The people working in the reception are very friendly and nice. The hotel deserve more than 5 stars!
A very stylish, modern hotel, currently undergoing renovation. A better deal than older Novotel across the road. Special thanks to Piotr Pontus, Front Desk and Conference manager, for his kind and prompt service.
I stayed in this hotel as I was on a company conference, so the hotel wasn't chosen by myself. My room was extremely small - as wide as the bed. Ensuite was a good size, but no chair or desk. A table swung over the bed like a hospital table and had buttons to control everything. Some storage under the bed and a small wardrobe. Couldn't get the aircon to work. The eating areas are very large. I only ever had breakfast here and drinks in the evening. No atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent. Clean.
I was to Soundgarden Hotel on occasion of a friend applying for UK visa (the British are too poor apparently to do it like civilised countries in the embassy). The hotel is nice and modern, lots of space and light which makes pleasant impression. But what I want to stress most is how much the hotel personnel is helpful and nice. We had a problem because the company taking the visa application requested a printout or something they did not indicate in checklist. The event host Michał, who was at a desk serving inquiries about the visa thing, was extremely helpful and nice, he immediately found a solution and printed the required paper for my friend. And his English (my friend does not speak Polish) was flawless too. I definitely would recommend the hotel even just for how helpful and nice its personnel is, if not for any other reason (have not stayed there, so can’t comment from a hotel guest perspective).…
