I have been already being staying at this hotel twice this year. Once in April and once in June 2019. Each visit I stayed two nights , visiting friends. Very efficient front office staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. All basic amenities are provided in the room. WiFi connection was good. The breakfast spread was good and adequate. Highly recommend a stay during any season at the this hotel. Thanks and warm regards, Randolph Perera

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are well equipped. The breakfast is very good. Only one repair for the air conditioner was very cold and not controllable by the guest: they gave us a hot air fan to heat the room ...

Good was: - great location, near center - room was big and bathroom also Poor was: - morose service in reception - in first evening electric went broker from all rooms in floor 23. They gave us candles and matchsticks so we could get light in our room!! Noboby didin´t come to tell us, when electric is going to fix. When we went in reception in the morning to ask again, when electric is going to fix, receptionist was very unfriendly. He said that repairman comes but didint´t say in what time. I asked and he said repairman is coming in 20 minutes. It didin´t go that way, repairman came after an hour. Noboby in the reception didin´t regret to us this situation, nobody didin´t say we are sorry. We were out of lights and electric all night and early morning. For example it was very difficult to go toilet and bathroom. Thank God, we all are healthy persons (what if we would have been blind or disable...). - Second evening started fire alarm in all over the hotel. First announcement came by English and Polish. Announcement said that "wait further instructions". Second announcement came only by Polish!!! We call to the reception two times. In both times they cut off and didin´t answer!!! We didin´t understand anything about second announcement and wait severar hours waiting, is hotel on fire or not! The hotel staff has a lot of room for improvement in customer service skills. And don´t buy hotel´s breakfast. It's very much overpriced. We didin´t eat breakfast in hotel. Warsaw is quite budget town. Go to local cafe, there you can buy very good and budget breakfast about 25-30 Sloty. Hotels breakfast costs 16 euros!!! This is a price for a 3-meal dinner and bottle of wine in downtown.

Dear W130, First of all I would like to thank you for choosing our hotel and time spent to share your opinion. I truly apologize for the inconveniences which you have suffered during your stay with us and I agree that my front desk team should try to stay polity in this uncomfortable situation. Please trust us we do our best. We couldn't find the reason why there was all power cut off only on one floor so we had to call outside specialist on day after to support us. Regarding fire alarm, we rent part of the building and we do not manage the system. I marked imidiately all my comments to building owner to avoid similar mistakes for future. Anyway Fire Brigade arrived just to double check and be sure we are safety, we were. After all investigation it is was cigarette used by one of the guest:-(

We stayed here for the one night and was given a room on the 27th floor. Great views from the window. Check in was good and fast. Staff were friendly and will to help, assisted in paying for the meter parking across the road as was nearly 6pm on a Friday and was free on the weekends. The room was large and clean with plenty of space for laptop and bags. The bed was comfortable and pillows were ok. The bathroom was large and clean with every thing that you needed. Breakfast was ok with a good variety of choices. Would stay here again.

Location Located in the main street near to the tram and metro stations (5 to 10 minutes’ walk). Moving around would be easy. There are some convenient stores nearby. Arrival We arrive around noon slight over 12PM. The lobby is small; but they do have some seating area. Staff were OK. Check-in was fast. They even have the room ready and thank you for the early check-in. The Room Room were located on higher floor; so it is cool as you can get some view of the city. Room is decent in size; so for 2 person it would be good. Everything seems to be in order; the TV, aircondition and internet. Furniture and fittings seems to be ok. Lighting was good. Decent size bath room with standing shower. Our room doesnt comes with the breakfast; so cant comment on the food. Overall we had a decent short stay.
