Brilliant rooms, great service, so comfy beds. It's a great option for tourists, for a romantic weekend in Warsaw (Rooms are so stylish), good even for nice content pics. Strongly recommend it for wedding guests.

Very clean, comfortable, stylish small hotel. Rooms not really soundproof as it's an old house but it was fine. My room wasn't cleaned one day but the housekeeper soon put everything right. Nice breakfast, helpful staff.

While the hotel facilities and rooms are to a pleasant standard, the front of house receptionist and staff mannerisms were appalling. We parked opposite their hotel, which was muddy on the night we arrived. They complained grumbled, passed angry remarks in our presence with the dirt that came off my young son's shoes. They lifted the door mat in disgust, with angry muttering and stomping and hard stares at the children. They then proceeded to blame my 1.7 kg dog saying it was dog mess, that was in my arms. Despite correcting them, they continued to blame the dog over the next 2 days and rolled their eyes every time we walked past. Never greeted or smiled our way. We were made to feel very uneasy and unwelcome through our entire stay. I felt the need to take pictures of the room condition so I would not be needlessly charged, and found myself cleaning the floor for fear of complaints. They skirted the area the children were sat in at the reception, while we waited for our room, looking in disgust. When I spoke of their manners, the receptionist remarked " because the guests complained of the smell of the mud". The guests were cheerful and even greeted our little dog, this was certainly not the case. And it would absolutely not warrant their rude manners. They may allow pets, but they most certainly are not pet friendly ..let alone child friendly. This is not a family stay hotel. My son asked for salt "Yes, you already made me so much cleaning work with your dog poo".

I was in Warsaw for a very specific purpose which was to travel from England to enjoy a concert at Praga Centrum/Lato na Pradze 2020. With the Covid crisis, it was very important to me to book a hotel that had a good cancellation policy and that was very close to the venue. Arthotel Stalowa 52 ticked every box, as I did not need to pay until I arrived and the venue was less than a 5 minute walk from the concert venue. Although I would not normally pay this much for a hotel in Warsaw (I will normally choose an Ibis Budget or something in that price range or below), I was happy to pay the 489.60 zly/£102.22 ( no breakfast) for my two night stay because of the convenience mentioned above. Check in was great and the slim, blonde receptionist was wearing a mask and there was disinfectant spray on the reception desk which was really reassuring. I stayed in the Cappuccino room and the receptionist walked me to the lift and called it for me which was very kind. I was very happy with my room. It was very hot in Warsaw during my stay (31C) and the windows were open, complimentary bottled water was available for me, tea/coffee making facilities, amazing air conditioning system, huge comfortable bed, large bathroom with high quality toiletries and I loved the open brickwork walls. The only disappointment were the bath towels which were stained with what looked like make up/fake tan. For the price paid and during the Covid pandemic, I would expect and insist upon spotless white towels washed to a high standard. I was entitled to a complimentary glass of wine when I checked in but the receptionist forgot to mention this. However, she did go out of her way to give me my voucher when I left the hotel that afternoon which was great. The hotel perfectly served my needs. I redeemed my free glass of cold white wine the next day and a different receptionist went out of her way to open the back patio doors for me so I could sit outside alone in the courtyard after a very hot day walking around Praga and relax. I felt very safe in the hotel and despite my room facing a main road which was loud at times, I felt really relaxed and comfortable and had a great sleep for the two nights I was there. There is an excellent pub/restaurant within 200 metres called "Restauracja Szynk Praski" which you must visit if you want to try traditional Polish food. The hotel is easily connected with the City Centre. I used the 160 bus which goes to the central railway station. There are plenty of trams nearby, too. I was very happy with my stay, very pleased with the kind and friendly staff who spoke great English, I would be so happy to stay here again. Hopefully I can try a meal in your restaurant next time if I have a bit more time :) Thank you!

Room good and clean, bed is ok, staff very helpful. It's difficult to find a Restaurant nearby because the hotel Restaurant is close. The hotel does not reimburse accommodation costs if you check out earlier.

The Prague district itself is worth to visit. Old buildings, fantastic restaurants and bars (Szynk Prasski, Zaklad Miesny, W Oparach Absurdu), and almost no tourists. The hotel itself- demonstrates fantastic development within last 5 years. But not loosing any thing of it's primary charm from times when it was called as hostel. Excellent and very tasty Polish breakfast. The French-style restaurant in the hotel. Also a very good choice. My 4th lucky stay here. But not the last. No way!
