The H15 Boutique Hotel garners high praise for its immaculate and spacious rooms, where meticulousness in detail is evident. While housekeeping has had its lapses, the overall cleanliness earns rave reviews. Guests have called out the plush amenities and the serene, elegant ambiance that defines the hotel's atmosphere.
Service at H15 Boutique is generally lauded for its professionalism and personal touch, although a rare grievance about service does surface. The location is celebrated for its proximity to central attractions, despite being a stretch from the old town, and while the breakfast may be on the pricier side, many travelers feel the hotel's offerings provide good value.

Detailed Reviews
Stayed 2 nights in a Suite room but wished we’d stayed longer.
The apartment was large & luxurious. It consisted of seperate lounge/dining, king bedroom & bathroom with large shower. It didn’t have a kitchen as such but who wants to cook on holidays. Very quite at night with 24 hr front desk & on a quite street. The restaurant was being renovated (no noise though) so we didn’t get to eat at the hotel. Breakfast is available in the foyer.
Location was easy to find from central train station & we were able to walk with luggage comfortably in around 10 mins. Takes approx 20-25mins to walk to Old Town but is an easy pace & flat.
Can highly recommend the fabulous restaurant across the road called “Pierogowo Zapraszana” for dining options especially the lamb shanks.
Wouldn’t hesitate to return & highly recommend for romantic stays.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights whilst visiting Warsaw. We’d travelled from Krakow, where we’d stayed in their sister hotel, H15 Palace, and we found both hotels to be of similarly high quality.
We had booked a Superior Room at this hotel, and it was much bigger than the standard room we’d had at H15 Palace. The suite was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with a nice bathroom, lovely toiletries and good-quality towels. There was a also a good amount of storage space for our clothing, something we’d struggled with at the H15 Palace. Our room had a kettle and a coffee pod machine, and the supplies for these were replenished daily.
The hotel itself is located on a nice street in central Warsaw, within easy walking distance of the main station, and It’s not far to the nearest tram stops. There are plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops nearby.
We really enjoyed our stay at H15 Boutique, and would certainly stay here again if we returned to Warsaw.

H15 is in a great location, not too far from Central Station, with lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel itself has a unique design with big rooms with very nice and modern design and great soundproofing. And they have a pillow menu 😊
At check in we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine (with you also could have for breakfast) and we managed to negotiate a later check out.
Breakfast is served in a spacious and nice lobby/atrium and with a selection of cold food on display and hot food that you can order (delicious omelet and egg Benedicts). Although a big minus for not having freshly squeezed juices and that the staff is not attentive. We had to ask staff to clean up the table after the previous guests or to order hot food.

We stayed for two nights here and chose it because of its central location and also because we didn’t want a bland, generic hotel chain.
It was a good decision.
With an interesting history as a soviet embassy, the hotel has a central atrium which is sunny and bright and very well styled with edgy furnishings.
The bar area is really nice.
Bedrooms are large with nice features but small bathrooms that were functional but plain and lacked the eye for design that was in other areas of the hotel.
All up, I would recommend.

This is the best accommodation I’ve had in Warsaw. Check in was met with warm hospitality from reception and I was upgraded from the junior superior suite to the luxury suite which is stunning.
The suite is well spaced, has everything you need and has a very chic design.
The bath tub is really deep and the sofa was also super comfy so it made the place feel really homely. The bathroom is immaculate and I was also impressed with the generous storage space for suitcases and clothes.
Breakfast choices are from a set menu and tastes divine. The hot chocolate is especially delicious in the colder months.
Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room were really easy to connect to phone which personalised the experience further.

Arriving guest are greeted with “Passport and Credit Card, please”. Not the standard in any Polish hotel, there the staff demands your passport, checks you in and THEN sometimes ask for your credit card. So does the H15 Palace in Krakow, which is excellent, very friendly staff allover and they do know how to make clients feel welcome. The breakfast buffet in H15 Warszow is set up in the atrium, no service at all, you have to get your coffee by yourself ut of a very slow coffee maker. When my client, an 80 year old lady, returned to the table (tables are not set up at all, no tablecloth or runners, o cutlery, looks like a youth hostel and not like a 5 star restaurant) she asked the waitress for cutlery. Answer was “They are on the buffet”. So I asked her if she could bring them for this elder lady. Answer was “No, they are on the buffet, you can get them yourself.” Then I just asked her why she bothered at all working at a hotel in the section SERVICE and why she was not able to fulfill the wish of an elderly guest. Answer was “We have a lot of thigs to do”. In the time of the conversation she could have brought the cutlery already for three times. The shocking thing is, that Polish people are the most polite in Europe and never ever had I faced such experience ever. This girl shamed her profession, her people and her attitude was just ridiculous. So for me that hotel is a total no go!

Dear IbnBatutta, Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion about H15 Boutique. We really appreciate our guests taking the time to leave us feedback, as it is the only way we can truly improve our services. I feel very sorry to read that your stay was disappointing and the way of welcome you at our hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Your opinion is very precious for us and we will spend next moths on improving front office services. The reason for lack of tablecloths, runners, cutlery as well as self-making coffee machine or fact that waiter does not bringing cutleries and setting up the table are COVID-19 regulations set up by government in official decree. Respecting this rules is obligatory for all the hotels in order to limit the spread of coronavirus. Please believe us we are also very unhappy to provide our services this way, which is definitely not our standard. However safety or our guests as well as employees is our utmost priority. Anyway, we are not looking for excuses and you completely right that waiters way of acting was unacceptable and it should never happen in this standard hotel. I am saddened that you left us with such an bad impression and I would like highly apologize that you did not find your experience at H15 Boutique as enjoyable as it should be. I do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to H15 in person at some point in the future and to restore your faith in the hotel and us. Best regards, Przemysław Kot Guest Relations Manager,

Recommended by a friend in Warsaw this interesting building was previously the Soviet embassy and has been tastefully and very artfully converted into a super hotel. I loved the decor and furniture which was interesting and fun. I had a suite on the 4th floor with a large balcony, huge sitting room with kitchenette and big bedroom and spacious white bathroom. Very comfortable room, and an excellent restaurant and bar. Staff were passionate about their jobs in Signature and a pleasure to talk to

My husband is originally from Warsaw and whenever we go back to visit his family, we stay at H15 - it's the best! This funky (in a great way!), modern boutique hotel is in a super cute neighborhood with easy walking access to Old Town and to the train that takes you to/from the airport. The staff is super helpful/friendly and the rooms are AWESOME - luxurious and clean, decorated with fun, bright art, and lots of amenities. It's definitely worth spending a little extra to have the living space that comes with a suite. They serve a delicious/diverse breakfast in a bright space and it's fun to cap off the night in their bar. HIGHLY recommend staying at H15!!

An excellent hotel where we spent one night.
A very elegant boutique hotel located in the very center of the city and perfectly connected that it is close to everywhere from the hotel and you can walk everywhere.
Very nice rooms and helpful staff.
Quite expensive, but we knew it was a very exclusive hotel.

I selected this hotel as it had very positive reviews for a stay in Warsaw. Firstly, this rating is not a bad review but just that it fell short of my expectations.
The check in wasn’t very smooth and took longer than usual. I would have hoped for more than one reception person to be available during peak check in period to help with the ease of checking people in.
We had two rooms on the ground (1st) and first (2nd) floor, both were the junior suites. The rooms were very large, with a small kitchenette, dining area and living room. Sadly, for such a large room there was only a queen sized bed, which was a little disappointing but also strange as the room was so large. The bed was comfy enough though.
Interestingly, the bathroom was not proportional to the room size. It wasn’t a tiny bathroom but much smaller than we had expected. A big suggestion to the hotel though is to provide more space to hang towels as there simply wasn’t enough space to hang two towels.
We opted not to have breakfast as the cost was a bit more than we had expected - even with checkin special discount. However, surrounding the area of the hotel are a multitude of different breakfast options that were more cost effective than the hotel, from local bakeries to cafes etc.
The hotel is located on a quiet street that transforms into a fantastic alfresco dining and drinking street at tonight, with everything from Polish to international cuisine all within a few mins walk. It is a brisk 8 minute walk to Central station area to catch the Metro to places around the city. The old town is a little far but if you’re ok with a 35 min walk then this still is ok.
Overall it was a comfortable stay but not an amazing one that I was hoping for.

It’s about a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town and the main museums (POLIN and the Warsaw Uprising) are even farther. My wife and I like to walk so we did walk everywhere, except the museums, but you should know that the hotel is not located in a tourist area.
That depends on the room, since the Superior Suites is different from each other. My Superior Suite had only a glass wall/door, but my colleague had the bathtub in a bathroom separated from the bedroom. If you request a SUperior Suite with privacy in the bathroom it should be possible to get.
The rooms are very spacious with kitchenette.
