Detailed Reviews
This is a hard review to write, because although the apartment was warm and spacious, it was hard to tell what to expect for the price and what is actually received. Is it a complete self-service apartment? Or is it a guesthouse? It tries to be both and struggles to do so, in my opinion.
There was no one at reception during our stay, only security guards to assist with very limited English.
Even though this is a residential apartment, breakfast is included at the adjacent cafe. It was adequate but with the food prices in Poland there are nicer dining options in the immediate area and certainly not worth paying additional for when budgeting for accommodations.
While appliances are present, there is no detergent for the dishwasher, no salt and pepper, and no coffee/tea for the kettle. I operate a US Airbnb and if I include cooking utensils and appliances then I also include soaps and accompaniments for guest convenience. To me these are basic amenities that should be included in the cost of the apartment.
Likewise, the bathroom toiletries consist only of liquid all-purpose shampoo, but there is a hair dryer for guest use. With regard to amenities I would rather it be all or nothing but I like to know exactly what to expect.
Other minor issues: the TV was difficult to operate and the sponge provided with dishsoap (again, why these are included but not other kitchen essentials is confusing) was old and used. I didn't want to touch it to clean our dishes.
On that note, we did not expect any housekeeping at all but during our stay the room was turned over once, which was nice for a longer reservation.
The bathroom facilities were adequate but the shower pressure was slightly low (fortunately there was an adjustable showerhead).
I still gave this property 4-stars because the refrigerator and washer/dryer were most helpful during our stay, and management was very responsive to the few issues that cropped up, despite not being on the premises.

Visiting Warsaw (and Poland) for the first time we stayed on recommendation in a lovely centrally located residence hotel.
We deliberately picked one of the smaller suites as there were only two of us traveling, but it was already large enough for us.
Our room backed on to the courtyard and we had to close the window to keep the noise out which was not too loud, but enough to disturb a couple of tired travelers. Also, the window to the balcony was security locked so we could not go outside if we wanted.
We did also need to ask for extra toilet roll (no one was ill, no icky details ;)) as there was no spare in place.
A minor source of irritation would be the reception operating hours where a little limited and sometimes getting access to the security or hotel porter through a telephone line was a little challenging, but help when it was accessed was always friendly and prompt
When all said and done, it was a reasonably priced, well appointed residence hotel with a great location and plenty of space. We would come again

Comfortable apartments. Not near old town though. Only downside states no reception staff at weekends but there were none there during week either. Cafe/restaurant in courtyard but would go further afield as plenty of restaurants located adjacent with more choice and better value. Would recommend apartments for comfort though

The location of this apartment is excellent, not far from the main transportation hub and downtown area. Going to the old town area is a pleasantly 15 minutes' walk. The street is full of activities, restaurants and shops, and the residence is located inside a courtyard which cut out most of the noise. According to the booking confirmation, front desk is closed at 10 PM. However, our flight was delayed and we called ahead. A staff waited for us even we arrived well past midnight. The unit we had was VERY spacious, and came with a bottle of red wine. I could've given it a 5-star rating, if not because of the age of the building (but quite well kept) and the quality of towels, shampoo, bedding, etc.

I do not recommend this hotel at all.
When we arrived, the lady at the reception was not welcoming at all. She was very rude, unhelpful, and had such an attitude. We ordered two rooms. The first room's A/C did not work, and there were two ventilators. Clearly, she knew the A/C was not working but did not warn us about it; that's why she provided the ventilators. When we discovered this and informed her, she did not act surprised and acknowledged the issue but offered no solution.
The second room had only one A/C in the living room, with none in the bedrooms, making it very hot and unlivable. When we reported this problem, she did not care and offered no solutions. We requested at least a ventilator for the other room, but she said there were no more available. She raised her voice, being rude and unhelpful.
The rooms also lacked toilet paper, plates, or cups. She said we should get them ourselves. When we asked for a refund to go to another hotel, she did not care and responded "yeah okay" with an attitude. We requested her to wait 10 minutes for us to check for other rooms availabilities in another hotel, but while we were searching, we received an email that our reservation had been cancelled. She left us with no reservations, and we could have ended up on the streets with our luggage and nowhere to go if we didn't find miraculously a hotel nearby. When we told her about this she said "Oh it's a mistake".
The rooms are also very old, the furniture and maintenance of the hotel is weak.
I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel. The staff's attitude is horrible, rude, and unhelpful. Don't make the same mistake; you will regret it. Instead of exploring Warsaw and having a good time, we are now searching for another room in a respectful residence. Shame on St. Andrew's Residence Palace!

Do not believe the 'hotel' in the name, this place is like renting a soviet era apartment. I regretted my decision immediately - from the noise from the apartments directly below and above you (I could literally hear everything that what was going on in both their bedrooms and toilets), to the constant street noise outside (located on a busy pedestrian street where there are constant voices shouting and street musicians playing until the early hours), to the loud bar and restaurant located on the ground floor, I honestly would not wish my worst enemy to stay at this 'hotel'. The apartments are not 'luxurious' as described, they are old and dated with appliances from the cold war. I had to take photos so my friends would believe me. Despite claiming there is security after hours, I did not see them once when I came back - which is extremely unsafe given how much foot traffic is on this street. It actually became comical how bad this place is.
If your time in Warsaw is important and you want to be able to sleep and function the next day, stay somewhere else. Do not fall for the low price. This is false advertising at its worst - there is nothing regal about St. Andrews Palace. Literally the worst place I have ever stayed and completely ruined my time in Warsaw.

Don’t be fooled by these photos. This place has nothing to offer except its location.
Dirty walls, old furniture with torn upholstery. You won’t see it on pictures.
Breakfast is served in a bistro nearby, so if you leaving before 10:00 AM - no breakfast for you.
My advise- go elsewhere. Pick a nearby Novotel. Similar price - waaay better experience.

We stayed in Junior Suite in this property and found it very comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. It's situated very centrally with access to shops, restaurants etc. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful with particular mentions for Justina in reception and Cesar in the cafe/bar who were brilliant all throughout our stay.
There is an issue at the moment with access to taxis, due partly to COVID and also due to roadworks in the area which are restricting the drivers access to the hotel so this was a hassle when trying to go places.

I arrived at the hotel late at night, the reception was already closed. I was checked in by a guy from another hotel and the room just shocked me... It's totally out of step with the photos and opulence shown on Buking. The sofas are dirty, stained, the bathroom tiles are all broken, the windows are taped, the mold, the hole in the sheets is right in the middle of the bed, everything is awfully old and scary. There was strangers' hair in the bathroom on the floor and near the sink, flowers can be planted on carpets, all in the sand and with strangers' hair and gnawed nails. Divorces and spots are everywhere on the parquet. I don't understand how this hotel gets such reviews... Or was I just unlucky enough to get the most disgusting number? People, stay alert. Ask for REAL photos of your room.
The girl at the front desk smiled cheekily in my face, she was amused. I openly stated that they were blatantly deceiving people and that the conditions did not match the photos claimed.

Well located hotel near the main WAW station as well as shopping and restaurants. Helpful and accommodating staff, but a terrible choice for travelers requiring wi-fi. The hotel's wi-fi was UNFUNCTIONAL for the entire length of our stay and I notified the hotelier daily of the situation. No change.
If you need the internet in your room, do NOT choose this hotel. I either worked in a noisy nearby cafe with uncomfortable chairs, sat outside or used the wi-fi in my friend's hotel lobby. Not ideal for working whilst traveling.

Sorry “satchets” I meant !!!
Hello,
It all depends on our availability upon your arrival.
The way it looks now, there shouldn't be any problem.
It might change though.
Worst-case you can leave your luggage with us until the apartment is ready.
Looking forward to seeing you in September!
Best regards,
Justyna Fojcik
Dear Pauline, our room had a proper double bed. Our impression is that all rooms are quiet We stayed at the second floor and didn't hear any noise.. so we really slept comfortably. The residence is located at a pedestrian area so there is no noice of any traffic. Kind regards
Henk
This place is really nice and well located. The restaurant is in the back of the courtyard, but we went to a nice place - when you go on the walking street to your left - call Vincent. They have the best croissant, american breakfast also. The lady is very nice, but I can't answer for her, they have a guard on service during the weekend also, this is where you get your keys.
Hello again,
The 175 bus runs every day.
