The hotel was as good as ever, with the friendly reception staff and nice, spacious rooms. The big difference was the breakfast - no longer buffet style but everything already on a plate and covered with clingfilm. The same foods were available as we've had in previous years but they were just presented differently. Dining tables in the breakfast room were more widely spaced this year and tables were disinfected between each guest using them. We enjoyed our stay in the Hetman, it really is our favourite hotel in Warsaw and we will definitely return.Dear Guest, it`s a pleasure to see that you already stayed with us for the third time, this means a lot for us and that we are doing it well. You have public transportation just outside the hotel (tram + metro) and you can also enjoy some shopping or grocery nearby. The hotel has a dated feel about it, but everything was in good order. Staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fine, same as so many places. It was good to have secure underground parking, but you had to pay extra for it. Location was good since it was on a relatively quiet side road yet very close to a major metro/tram/bus interchange making it easy to get anywhere quickly. A bonus for us was over70s travel for free! We were happy with our stay.

Just back from a great 3 night stay. No noise can be heard from outside which is great to get a good night's sleep. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location,approx 25 min walk to the Old Town, straight along the river. Couldn't fault this hotel, clean, spacious, breakfast great. Definetly recommend. Large reception area, no bar but great hotel

Nice Hotel. Clean and spacious room. Decent bathroom. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. The check in was easy and quick. The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of food choices. Trams and buses nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Stated here for 3 nights in late September, the hotel is great for the price, the room was very spacious and clean, the staff helpful. The hotel is approximately 25 mins walk to the old town, there is a metro station and tram stop less than 3 minutes away.

Large room and bathroom. No complaints on the accommodation side. Was lacking a bar and food service outside of breakfast. Excellent transport links to the city centre with two tram stations either side of you and the Metro. Overall really good value for money.

I stay with friend 4 days in twin premium room (big, classical nice view) Hotel Hetman is a classical hotel with good atmospheare and efficient staff. Breakfast is the better , lot of variety, salad, hot, cold , fresh fruit etc.;the best i find in Europe and i m french (totally different from standard industrial hotels accord etc) i recommande this place in Praga very practical from airport (bus 175 and tram 25 from centrum) it's only 5 mn from old town and nice waliking on the bridge.

We recently spent a week in Hotel Hetman, our second visit to this hotel. This time we were in room 314, a room with a bath and a shower. The bath was very deep but the shower was a good, powerful one. The rooms at the Hetman are spacious, with high ceilings adding to the sense of space. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and topped up each day. This is something we really appreciate on holiday - alot of hotels we've stayed in when visiting the Continent don't have tea and coffee making facilities. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts every day, I particularly loved the crusty bread rolls and the blue cheese, and also the different cakes on offer each day. The hotel is very handy for public transport. We used the laundry service, which is very efficient and a good price. The Hetman is fantastic value for money and is always my first choice of hotel when visiting Warsaw. We will definitely be back.…
