We were very happy with the Westin Warsaw. It is centrally located with ease to public transportation. The rooms were large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, lots of choices and delicious.

A perfekt hotel with everything you can desire. A good restaurant with tasteful food and great service. A nice breakfast buffet and something for everyone. The rooms are great and lots of space. All the things you need, such as a mirror for makeup, iron and minibar and both shower and bathtub. You feel like you are in heaven here And the greatest staff also and a special thanks to Dawid Latala for your excellent service and providing comfort and the feeling of being taken good care of.

Spent a night here on a group tour. The hotel is in a good location, walkable to the old town. There are convenient and decent eating places around the hotel. The room we had was large by European standards, clean and comfortable . Bathroom was decent size and stocked with amenities . The shower over a bathtub is not the most convenient but common in European hotels. The drawback is the lack electrical outlets for charging , especially around the bed. WiFi login was a bit convoluted - especially the silly Apple website page which was hard to navigate !

I arrived early so my room was not ready. The reception said I could check in at 12 noon at the earliest. I waited 5 hours at the lobby and nobody made an effort to alert me when a room was ready. When I approached the reception, I was told,"Our official check in time is 2 pm." It was the same guy who said I could check in at noon at the earliest. I was not impressed. I informed him I could not control the arrival time of my flight to Warsaw. I was happy to wait but it had been 5 hours. I asked him to check for a room availability and he managed to find me one. The room was decadent, very comfortable and it was what I would expect from Westin. I spent 4 days there. I ordered room service and I was certainly enjoyed the sushi. The breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, many of the staff did not seem to understand English. The housekeeping did an excellent job. I always keep my room tidy so I do not need the housekeeper to spend a lot of time cleaning. However, she insisted,"It is my job so please let me do it." I was so impressed with her attitude that I rang the Duty Manager, Agnieszka Manterys, to inform her how happy I was with her team. The next day, another housekeeper also showed the same enthusiasm in cleaning the room thoroughly. I already returned to my room in the afternoon after touring the city. She knocked on my door and wanted to scrub the bathtub which I thought was spotless. I did not want to argue so I let her be. I also gave Ms Manterys constructive feedback regarding the reception. Ms Mantery was very appreciative of my feedback. As I was celebrating my 56th birthday traveling round the world, she arranged for a birthday cake with a nice bottle of shiraz to be sent to my room. I was deeply touched by the kind hospitality offered to me at Westin Warsaw

Always the same at the Westin, booked onto the Club Floor fantastic as usual, great breakfast with individual attention good selection of food and any eggs to order. The outside lift is fantastic great views on the way up to the 19th floor. Well designed bathroom two small split doors open out, separate shower etc. only criticism the bathroom a little small. The hotel is 20min walk to the old town cutting through the park, other attractions an easy walk
