Great location with a cafe Nero underneath and plenty of restaurants around. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room very spacious. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good enough but never really changed the 5 days we were there. The MDM was excellent quality for the price.

Absolutely stunning hotel with impeccable service and feeling that you’re welcomed here. From the very first moment - every single detail was great. Room is spacious and clean neat and with an amazing view. Amenities in a room were just perfect. Helpful front desk and well as the maids. I have only compliments to give bravo for you all.

This was a decent 3 star hotel. Nice and central. Room was in working order. We took the bigger room (221). The breakfast had plenty of options however they were not tasty or warm. They had waffles and pancakes and it was not edible at all. Wonder if the owner of the hotel would eat them? Anyway the reception staff were OK. They agreed to late checkout at 2pm. Restaurant staff spoke 0 English. So asking for something simple like "can I have a spoon" was extremely hard. The shower was the best. Better than the one at the InterContinental Hotel. Polish people in general are the least friendliest from my visits to 30 countries. Looks like they still haven't come out of the Soviet era...getting someone to smile back at you is so cumbersome for them. Not sure if they refused to smile because we were from Sri Lanka, so not sure if they were colour contious…

Great place to stay. Comfortable and very light room, with table, kettle set and additional sofa. Great for one or for two. Everything is really new and pleasant to use. A lot of hots on breakfast as eggs, sausages etc as well as a lot of vegetables. Was positively surprised Location is above all expectations, the center and close to shops/fashionable places to dine

Of the three hotels I stayed at during my 9 day stay in Poland, this was the best by far. The room was sizable with daily cleaning service and water. It even had a mini fridge to cool items. Spacious with decent furniture for relaxing, the air conditioning worked along with all basic facilities, including hot water for showering and shaving. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide range of choices, all well prepared. And even the coffee is decent. Service is very good. They give excellent advice for tourists. The only downside to the hotel I found was that they offer no laundry service. But this is a great hotel at a reasonable rate.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was really nice and the hotel was in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants and shops near by and the tram stopped right in front of the hotel. There was no hot water in the basin, the room was small and the lifts were so slow.

The room and the bathroom are modern and spacious, the breakfast was very good, the location is very convenient for exploring the city - tram station right in front of the hotel. Good value for money. You can also find many restaurants around the area, including one in the same building as the hotel. Could not say there was anything to dislike.

I visited this hotel with my mom and brother while we were on vacation in Warsaw. The hotel was wonderful, so clean and pretty. Our room had fantastic view to the square and staff was sooo nice it was ridiculous. Breakfast was amazing! Overall something that I highly recommend and would do all over again.

The view from our room over plac Konstytucji was amazing. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to all the museums and sights in Warsaw very quickly. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. There are also many good restaurants within a few minutes walk, including just next door (U Szwejka). Our room was very clean and with the windows closed, not at all noisy.

Spent one night at the hotel and it was a great stay. The room was quiet, spacious and really comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows provided which were too flat four is. Breakfast was tasty but the room where it was served, was a bit too cold.
