Good location in a quiet side street, not far from the centre. Friendly stuff at the reception but be prepared for a long wait as there is only one person at the desk. The hotel has a main building and another building (a bit grim and without a lift) at the back, where you get by crossing the car park. The single room I got was clean but very basic, with an old bathroom and the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. .The springs were literally digging into my body and I didn't sleep a wink. The next day I asked to be moved to another room and was put in a room in the main building: the bathroom was nicer but the mattress only marginally better... The hotel is relatively inexpensive but not cheap enough to justify terrible mattresses and even worse pillows. I don't think I will be staying there again.…
Warsaw stay Hotel is on quiet street, with good public transportation to city center. We had so called Superior room, it was very clean, with fairly comfortable bed and fairly good bathroom. Soap and shampoo in refillable bottles, towels little frayed/well worn (should be nicer). No soap bars or lotions. Little fridge (ours barely worked), microwave, tea kettle, no coffee maker. Tea bags and instant coffee in the room as well as basic dishes. Water bottles in the room as well. AC works great. Very good breakfast, staff overseeing breakfast room cleans tables efficiently and quickly. We wish there was access to NETFLIX (using our own account), TV service is very poor, only TVP channels, Polsat, basic TVN - No TVN 24. BBC works at times. Missed watching international and polish station news from various sources (TVN24, CNN) Nothing to do in hotel at night since there is no restaurant or bar and again TV programing is poor.…
Nice and quiet hotel in a not so busy neighborhood with good access to the airport and city. Very friendly staff who goes extra mile for your continent stay. Clean rooms with comfortable ferniture and beds. They can work on their breakfast menu though.
Staff weren't as friendly previous travellers have stated..room was clean had te and coffee facilities however when I asked for extra tea and sugar was told no...there was no bar or restaurant we could use at hotel only breakfast, not sure why...
A spotlessly clean hotel, close to tram stops. The staff are helpful and kind. Breakfast is well cooked, adequate and healthy. Our room was cleaned daily, the bathroom was shining! Having visited many other cities, this hotel gained my attention because we paid for something that was even better than we thought! It is very important to respect what the travellers save for and how much they try to travel despite the crisis etc.
There is nothing I didn’t like in this hotel! Room and toillet were clean and tidy and there is excellent noise isolation. Every day you get free bottle of carbonated and noncarbonated water, coffe, tea.. breakfast starts at 6.30am and there is a lot of various and delicious meals. Stuff is really helpful and patient, ready to solve every (possible) problem and answer every question. Location is close to a few bus and tram lines so for me, it was easy to get to the city centre. One of the best hotels I’ve been to.
Very comfortable hotel with great value for that sort of money. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast was extra paid. It wasn't cheap, but tasty and varied.
We stayed at Hotel Reytan for two nights, arriving late afternoon after a long day travelling. Our room that was allocated originally was a twin in the opposite building (no lift), a mistake made buy our travel agent. I called reception and the lovely lady found us an alternative room in the main building that had a double. For a 'budget' hotel, the room was exceptionally clean and beds comfortable. The shower was small but amazing. Fresh bottled water was provided and the reception staff kindly gave us extra. In terms of travelling round the city, it was closely linked via multiple transport options - taking roughly 25 minutes to get into the centre. Much quicker to walk to the tram stop and catch one of the trams as opposed to the 15 minute walk to the metro station.
We stayed 3 nights as part of a Krakow/Warsaw package trip. The hotel itself is a good way from the Central Station (tram no 4 or no,10) and from the Old Town (tram no. 4) - however, it was clean, modern and the staff were so helpful. The rooms are in 2 buildings: one with superior rooms and the other with standard rooms. Ours was a standard room - in the building across the courtyard - but it was comfortable, quiet, had and en-suite and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was served in the main building and was adequate and fresh. There was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel: however, if we were to visit Warsaw again, we'd try to stay in a hotel a little nearer the centre.
Stayed at the Hotel Reytan in Warsaw from Sept 1st for 12 nights. This is a wonderful hotel- clean and modern but the staff is what sets it apart from the others. Very gracious and welcoming- it felt like a home away from home. The courtyard is a very nice place to relax after a long day. If you are looking for a comfortable place in a great neighborhood - choose the Hotel Reytan - you won’t go wrong!
