What can i say. This place is a DREAM! Modern amenities,GREAT breakfast in the Jazz Bar,INCREDIBLE STAFF,so central to shopping, restaurants, public transit and only a 15 minute taxi ride to Beautiful Old Town! I was there in January of 2018 (cold as hell!),but SO beautiful! The rooms are comfy and cozy and modern.Warsaw should be seen by EVERYONE! i truly love this hotel! Great prices, great location, and it was a joy to stay there. Definitely this is my place whenever I stay in Warsaw!

Firstly, Warsaw is an amazing place. Go!! The hotel is a few metres walk from the Palace of Culture and Science, this is really handy for the bus from Modlin Airport as it stops almost outside. The main drag into the old town is half a mile away. Hotel itself was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was ok, bathroom clean and function properly. Breakfast was good, and the eating area (unlike many) allowed enough space to move around, get your food and eat it. Absolutely no problems.

This hotel's location is its main advantage; right opposite is the metro station and very close to the train station. There is a big shopping complex diagonally opposite the hotel across the road-cross section which could be accessed using a sub-way. Behind the shopping complex there are a number of restaurants offering a choice of cuisine. The hotel itself has the aura of old Soviet style hotel with cheap laminated furniture and small rooms. The rooms facing the main road; lime the one we got are noisy. They provided an iron and iron board upon request. Breakfast is good and so is the food inhouse restaurant.

This would have been the perfect hotel for me, but I really suffered without AC. There was just a small fan in my room, so it was SO warm I could hardly sleep. I honestly don't remember if I checked this when I did the booking. Apart from that, it' a good hotel. Good price and I loved that I could walk anywhere: old town is about 30 mins and the train station is just a couple of blocks away. I joined a couple of walking tours and meeting point was very close, so it was very convenient for me. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. But it should REALLY have AC.

We had asked for a high room after reading other reviews but didn't realise that this would come without air conditioning! I had no idea that in this day and age such hotels would not have air conditioning in every room but that is the case here so be aware. However we managed to upgrade to a room with a/c which was also much larger. originally the hotel wanted the equivalent of £25 a night for this but we got them down to half of that! The woman at check in seemed rather distant and uninterested which was a pity especially after the excellent staff that we had experienced in Krakov. The hotel is situated a brisk 20 minute walk from the old town but that was no problem for us and very close to the Central Railway Station. Room cleaning was basic with dirty glasses and crockery left unwashed which was somewhat disappointing.
