I started at a 2 room suite. A very spacious and comfortable accommodation. The hotel amenities and appointments are rather limited but the service and the location is great. The rooms in the original buildings don't have central air-conditioning but overall it's definitely worth the price.

Pros: location Cons: interior design (late '80s), loudly air conditioner, although you have a kettle and cups in your room, forget about coffee (tea and sugar available), average breakfast (don't expect too much), parking spaces really narrow, connection between reception building and rooms in a second part is really inconvenient. Suming up: 1-3 night you will survive, if you spend a days visiting Warsaw (but having as many options to stay in a Polans's capital, consider if it worth actual prices)

The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location. It was close to the meetings' venues as well as to other things usually of interest for a business tourist. My room had a TV with foreign news channels that did not work, and a girl at the reception told me that they had never worked. I did not go for their 12 euro breakfast, as there were a number of cafes and bakeries with early working hours that offered good breakfast for 5-7 euros.

Room Tip: The lift works annoyingly slow, therefore, choose a room on level 1 to use less stairs.

This hotel is 3 star with 5-star treatment. The Hotel is close to everywhere, within walking distance to the Centrum, main station Trains, Metro, Trams, and buses. The hotel itself is comfortable, has restaurants, coffee shop, and the things you find in most 5 star hotels. The staff is without a doubt the best. Old fashioned values with the modern take on things. If I went on about the breakfast, I wouldn't end this review. Just wonderful.

Booked a stay for one night as I had a layover in Warsaw. I figured for the price €75 and location of the hotel I was getting a good deal. When I arrived they gave me a key and told me my room was on the other side of the street. ok whatever. I had booked a king bed because I was traveling solo but when I got to my room there were two very small twin beds and the room was the filthiest room I have ever been in. There were blood and bodily fluid stains everywhere. There was pubic hair and graffiti in the restroom. Just disgusting! I went and complained and the girl at the counter gave me an attitude as if it was my problem. I told her I’m not leaving until I get what I paid for which is a king bed and upgraded room. Moreover, she wanted to charge me extra for what I already paid for!! after 20 minutes of arguing back-and-forth she gave in and finally I got my king bed. However that room was also equally as disgusting and dirty but it was already 3 AM and I just decided to go to bed. this place looks like it was last remodeled when Stalin was still in rule! Absolutely vile place and horrible service! Stay away at all costs!!
