For the last few years I am visiting Sofitel Victoria in Warsaw almost every month on average, for a few days. Sometimes on business, sometimes personally. From my perspective, the location is one of the best there is in Warsaw, and it's worth mentioning that their beds are the most comfortable ones I have ever slept on in my life. Seriously, with some magic, after even just 6 hours of sleep it's enough to wake up well rested and ready to take on another day, but they're also good for taking shorter naps. In addition, the staff is preparing my rooms according to my (even not standard) requests, which is really great. Standard rooms in this hotel might not be considered as luxurious in comparison to some other in the world, but in general it surely is very decent and worth visiting.…
My room in the Sofitel Warsaw was beautiful, comfortable and clean. I slept like a baby! It was near everything so I could step outside and walk. The best feature was the staff. I had a bad experience with delayed flights so I missed my dinner. I went to the breakfast buffet in the morning and, after explaining about my 48 hour flight nightmare (should have been 18 hours), the breakfast staff, Greg and Emily, brought me coffee to go and made sure I was treated like the only customer there. It continued like this each day. My suitcase was lost for 2 days so, Andrew, at the concierge's desk, being bilingual Polish/English made calls and took the calls for me at the airport lost and found to assure that the urgency of the situation was known. My suitcase was found and brought directly to my room by the staff. What a dream, what a luxury. I would definitely recommend this hotel…
I remember Hotel Victoria form Intercontinental times. It was amazing property. Everything was truly 5 stars and oversized. Of course 30 years ago design standards were different, but the upscale decor matched the standard of time. Today, Sofitel is just another hotel with poor and outdated internal design, worn and neglected rooms, providing just basic satisfaction. It is hard to accept today, that in the same premium room I have found ripped and loose towel holders, broken hair dryer and leaking toilet flush. Really disappointing. The only fantastic thing in both rooms were incredibly comfortable beds. That has not changed since Intercontinental times. I will rather not come back.
Location was great and hotel staff very kind and helpful. Room was ecxellent, clean, luxury feel, bed was totally dream. Breakfest was stunning, fresh fruits, juices, and many other delights. I havent never been such a sassy and classy hotel.
We loved the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria. The location is excellent. The rooms are lovely - with the most comfortable bed ever! The food is top notch and the staff are friendly, helpful and delightful to deal with. Looking forward to our next visit already.
connecting rooms makes perfect stays for family like mine with 3 children. Great breakfast and nice dinner restaurant with an interesting "a la carte" menu. Position of the hotel perfect to visit "old town" center with a relaxing promenade
Everything was fine, from the Check in over to the room, friendly Personal, good and big breakfast, nice Pool and fitness. The Hotel has a very good location do you can leave your car there and go to a lot of places by foot because everything is nearby.
Excellent upper-range hotel, representative of the Sofitel chain: cosy, comfortable with a French touch. Rooms are spacious, restaurant is excellent, location is outstanding. Staff is genuinely nice and helpful. Highly recommended.
I stayed at the Sofitel during a recent business trip to Warsaw. The hotel was well appointed, well maintained and has a quality feel. Bedrooms were well appointed, however lighting was typically Sofitel and over complicated. Bar, restaurant and breakfast room were all very pleasant and the staff very attentive and friendly. Very good quality hotel for a reasonable price. Will return in 2023 during my next visit to Warsaw.
My family and I come to Sofitel Warsaw almost every year. We love this hotel! The location is perfect; it is a walking distance to the old city. The staff at the hotel is always pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Considering the location the hotel has great amenities: pool, spa, great restaurant, and a parking. They are also pet friendly. We love this hotel for its quality and convenience.
