This hotel is very centrally located - right opposite the main train station and with multiple buses and trains passing by. I was very pleased that I could check in early, which I was told is quite usual as the hotel has so many rooms... The rooms are on the higher floors of the building so have cool city views... The one thing I didn't like was that on at least two nights my room was not cleaned until after 5pm (when exactly I am not sure I was out in the evening)...

Extremely poor experience, despite a good location and rooms looking nice, probably remade less than 5 years ago... explained me at 01h20 that he couldn't do much as they were "guests too", just nicely ask them to kindly stop the noise, which they "promised to do in few mns...." At 01h30 am I was changed room to the 35th floor where I could eventually sleep for 4 hours before having to leave... This hotel attracts a cheap crowd that use it as a party ground, several rooms on 25th floor seemed used for that purpose that night, and the main issue is that management put the issue on other guests shoulders...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights this summer and found nothing to complain about in terms of facilities and services. The one area Warsaw Marriott Hotel really distinguishes itself from other 5-star hotels in a similar price range is its breakfast, excelling in both variety and quality... The chefs at the hotel presumably bake their croissant every morning because it is so soft and flaky – better than the croissant that I’ve had at many European bakeries that claim to bake their bread fresh every day...

Beautiful Hotel that offers true service, located in the center of Warsaw with nice area around to walk and 2 malls nearby and old city is only 10 minutes away. The service is 10/10 every where in the Hotel and you feel a warm welcome from the moment you step in... Look for Ella, she will give you all info about the city and what you can do... Thank you for for all the Team in Warsaw Marriott, you made us feel home although it was a short stay of only 3 nights...

...Early check in and room upgrade much appreciated. During first time the front desk agent who checked us in was polite and informative... Second check in was just really bad... No welcome back, no notes on the reservation that we left luggages, woman who checked us in didn’t even say a word to me for the first 5 mins... I get it it’s a Polish thing but they work in hotels world... Also, It’s impossible to get in touch with front desk... On multiple occasions we have called and no one answered... Happy hour / snacks / light dinner for Marriott members is fantastic...

PGE stadium is about 6 stations away via the Tram which you can take at the tram station in front of the hotel... Very easy to access to public transportation or to get a taxi... You can add the breakfast package ahead or you can purchase it daily for 120.00 zlt per person... Post office at the main train station if you’re needing to send a postcard...

Reception team Yulia and Olivia helped us with super fast and convenient registration, Reception supervisor (woman sorry could not remember her name) helped us always and really made us feel like in our home away from home... ...At the reception desk, the staff and the manager Ksenia are curt, unfliendly, unorganized (cannot even find a map of the city to give you! ), and cannot even honor what's written on your reservation (in our case, where it said that we had breakfast "up to 2 guests", they said that there was a misunderstanding on the website and that it was paid only for one person!)... Breakfast is rich, but spread out in 4 rooms and the many waiters that are standing idly only take away and put dishes/cutleries -- they don't take orders... To make it short, if you want to have tea with a croissant it takes you 3 trips (unless you are a trained waiter, of course!... ): one for the teapot plus a cup and spoon; one for honey and milk (that's how I take it); one for the croissant!... Waiters don't even speak English and if talked to in Russian prefer not to answer...

This is my second time staying at warsaw marriott. I arrived very late after midnight and the reception was obviously not busy and I got a room on the 27th floor... This hotel has a lot of business travellers and the restaurant during breakfast was very busy... The buffet breakfast was good with a good selection of food and has enough seats for everyone...

My husband and I visited this hotel while on vacation. It was very conveniently located with lots of things to do within walking distance... The staff was helpful and professional and the room was very clean... We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant and it was beautifully displayed with lots of options...

...Reception team Yulia and Olivia helped us with super fast and convenient registration, Reception supervisor (woman sorry could not remember her name) helped us always and really made us feel like in our home away from home. I strongly recommend everyone to stay and enjoy from their stay here... In room dining team, thanks for caring us whenever we wanted a service from you... The hotel has a lovely hall with fake cherry trees, but here end the positive things about this hotel... Breakfast is rich, but spread out in 4 rooms and the many waiters that are standing idly only take away and put dishes/cutleries -- they don't take orders... ): one for the teapot plus a cup and spoon; one for honey and milk (that's how I take it); one for the croissant!...

...From check in to check out everything was great. Our suite, the kids 2 double rooms, M Lounge access, service from Goscia at check in to the bellman... Everyone was kind, professional and classy... The food in the M lounge at 5:30 was excellent as we planned to go out but found enough to satiate our need for more food... The view from the bathroom was awesome as well... Perfect location as well in the heart of Warsaw and right by everything you need...

Stayed here five nights in December for a work trip. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly centrally located... Shopping, groceries/supplied, ATM, entertainment all within walking distance... Old Town Warsaw is also only about a twenty minute walk... Everyone was very nice and spoke English very well... The breakfast on the mezzanine each morning was absolutely incredible... Seriously one of the best parts of the hotel was breakfast...

Awesome hotel right at the heart of Warsaw downtown in front on the subway metro, close to malls, restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and professional as well as house keeping staff... Very good restaurants inside the hotel...

...I arrived very late after midnight and the reception was obviously not busy and I got a room on the 27th floor... This hotel has a lot of business travellers and the restaurant during breakfast was very busy... The buffet breakfast was good with a good selection of food and has enough seats for everyone... A good choice for a hotel when in warsaw...
