I arrived for a weekend on Friday evening and since I haven’t stayed for a long time in a polish Radisson I thought about giving it a try. The location is pretty good with easy access to all kinds of public transportation. To the old part of the city it’s around 3km by feet but an easy and interesting walk. Room was quite newish with everything provided. Daily cleaning on request and free internet was fast and reliable. But, my average stay must come from something so let’s explain. Point one: I am Radisson Rewards Gold member and recognition at this hotel was nearly zero. I have read in old comments that breakfast is free then, that’s not anymore and it will cost 80PLN. At checkin there was absolutely no mentioning of my status so at the end I asked if my room was upgraded. First answer was that they don’t know and the room has been pre-assigned. Further investigation then shows that it’s a premium room with a nice view. One category above standard and yes, it was more spacious. So except the room upgrade, nothing else was provided. According to official rules there should be a welcome amenity in the room but no, there was nothing. No welcome note, no fruits or whatever, simply ignored. I’m member at several hotel loyalty programs, usually staying in the Hilton in Warsaw, what is provided here for members in terms of recognition is at the lower level. Warsaw offers all hotels from different chains with lots of choices. Seems that competition or attracting their guests is not on the list. And another point to add on my review: We are in times of a pandemic. Hotels do a lot to let their guests feel save and even advertise it. Polish law is requiring masks within buildings but here, they don’t care. 90% of the guests are not wearing and no one is reminding them. Hey guys, I don’t want to share the elevator with these people and I expect a hotel to provide a safe place for their guests. Enforcing the law is a minimum! Yes I know it’s annoying telling the people over and over again but we never get rid of this s….

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel in November 2021. This was my first experience in Warsaw. Pros: Excellent staff! When I was checking in the Front desk attendant saw how excited I was to be in Warsaw and he made sure that I had a view of the city center! Every time I had a question the staff was incredibly great! The television in the room was really new and really large! The housekeeping service is at request due to the pandemic but they are able to clean your room every day, And they do a really good job Nothing bad to say about this hotel. The furniture is a bit outdated, but for the price point and how close you are to center it’s really worth it! Was able to enjoy how beautiful Warsaw truly is

The room was dirty, they haven’t cleaned the toilet before us, there was dirt on the chair and on table. We didn’t leave just because We were very tired after a long drive, but would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The price is higher than average do they should look after their rooms, especially in these times. The reception haven’t even asked how was our stay so I haven’t had a chance to tell them. Poor :(
