Overall poor experience! Upon arriving in my room, in a. Hotel that was meant to be 4 star, I couldn’t believe how dirty the room was. Curtains and carpets were stained and dirty, and generally bad cleaning. I rang the desk but there was no answer after several attempts to call. I went down to reception and the person on the desk was quite rude, making faces as I explained the issues. I was given another room and upon going to that I found that it was equally as dirty. More stains on the carpets and chairs. I went down to explain that I would not be staying in the hotel to which the same person on the desk was generally rude and condescending as he finalised the bill. Considering that the price I paid was 60ZL more than a 5star Westin hotel (unfortunately they were booked out), the standard of cleaning and staff is very poor. AVOID!…
Visited for 4 nights whilst working in the city. Quiet well appointed rooms including an iron which was most welcome. Breakfast is outstanding with dishes and freshly cooked items for all nationalities. Ideal location to walk to the train station or shopping centre. Transport links available outside the hotel (tram and bus) or taxis are inexpensive to the old town.
Great for a weekend break exploring Warsaw. Breakfast very high quality, but hot buffet was only lukewarm. The room was a good size, but let down by having two single beds pushed together. Very noisy outside the hotel room in the side street.
This hotel has a nice location. It is not up to the level of most Radissons but it is a solid, good place to sleep. My superior room was spacious and comfortable. The room was clean, but worn. Carpet is heavily stained in the rooms and has many rips and dirty stains in the hallway. My bathroom was just fine with a good sized shower and good lighting. The food in the restaurants was not very good. The room service dinner I had was terrible except for the soup. Breakfast consisted of a large number of items - but all the hot options were cold. They did not taste good. Cold options are better. Service was very nice and polite. Like others reported I also had my key card stop working. This meant a trip all the way back to the front desk to resolve. When I asked for extra bottles of water there were some sent to my room very quickly. So overall there are some issues - but still it would not stop me from staying here again.…
Close to the center of Warsaw, with easy access to transport facilities and restaurants, this hotel offers excellent accommodation conditions. The staff is very professional and efficient and the housekeeping and cleaning are of the highest quality.
Stayed for one night there. Only two staff members out of five were working at the reception, so we all had to wait for almost half an hour to be checked in. The waiting time got even longer as some other people were given priority by the receptionist, thus everyone who was patiently waiting in the queue for was let behind. The room was fine (comfortable, spacious and quiet) however some Furniture elements must be fixed. The breakfast offer was very good however some plates were empty and were not refilled during 30 minutes. So it was a bit disappointing to see the old good standards not being met.
A nice hotel, comfortable room, good quality of breakfast let down by the "hot" option often being cold. Can't fault the "visible" staff who were very polite and friendly. However, reception staff sometimes seemed grumpy. Although my room was cleaned daily, some items were persistently missed and this only improved after I wrote a formal complaint (to which I received a thorough and appropriate response from the Front Office Manager). The thing that caused most inconvenience was the problem with key cards, which often would not work in the lifts or the bedroom doors. This went on for several days. Eventually the problem was resolved but it would have been so much better if the hotel had displayed a notice next to the lifts acknowledging that there was an issue and that they were attending to it. …
Good location, value for money, good rooms, dirty carpets, our 1st night we slept in a very smelly bedroom stinking of cigarette smoke (it was terrible, had to sleep with open windows and freeze as it felt like being inside an Ashtray). Reception staff was helpful and helped change the room on the 2nd night
Had a one night at standard room. I arrived 1 hour earlier and it was not a problem to check in. Administration offered a bed for a baby, it was very nice. Very clean room, with all commodities. Beautiful view on the city square, but a little loud due to the tram. Breakfast are exceptional.
It started wrong front he booking, the booking desk does not even know the logic behind their ratings, they have two room rates Junior Suite and Family room, but rooms are exactly the same, although they charge you more for Jr. Suite, if you don’t ask why they scam you some money. Hotel is dirty for a 4-stars hotel, carpets are disgusting and a lot of green on the bath. The breakfast is good on weekends but on Monday nobody was there to make omelet and no menu for kids. Now the worse. I checked in on Friday and on Saturday evening when I come back to hotel I try to enter lift and can’t, go by stairs and can’t open door, go to reception, they try to fix my card and again ask me to go back to room, then again not working and they asked me to move to another room while I had an appointment on Saturday. I asked for help and the guy they sent simply opened the door of the room and left. I spent over 40 minutes moving rooms. I sent email and asked them to direct to management, no response. If you see other reviews there they give very template answers to unsatisfied guests, this shows that they don’t care for the guest’s opinion. The bath very often does not have hot water and technician had to visit me. The price is high for the quality of hotel and service you get. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel. You have plenty of good hotels nearby, don’t fall for this trap like I did, but if you still want to pay to see, go ahead, but make sure you feedback the community later to help others.…
