It's a beautiful hotel with all the facilities and amenities. The room are bigger with a nice view. Everybody are very nice and polite. There a nice bar where I have seen a match for futbol. Very nice. Thank you very much to Tomasz and Magda, they were so helpful, polite, cozy and so nice to my request. Definitely I will come back and very highly recommended. I often traveling around the globe and this hotel is a good option bit far away from the city center but you find the peace and the nature calm.
Poor performance in everything. The room is old. I have a lamp that is not working in my room for days and I have informed the receptionist about it. Thee steam in the SPA is not working for several days and no one seems to care. The elevator is not always working properly and takes them several days to repair. The room service don't respond and when you call the reception they just say "yeah they're busy call them later. Honestly I do not understand how is this a 5 stars hotel!! Not worth your money, believe me!
Went mid-october for 3 nights. Check-in was ok, except need to be proactive to have information (WIFI, breakfast, etc..) Room was big, nice decoration (but was surprised when I learnt that the room is done on request.....) Gym, swimming pool and spa are the the good point of the hotel, Breakfast was bad. First morning i arrived 30 min before the end and i have to go in the Lobby, food was cold. and even orange juice and some plates were empty. For the location, it's not so great even there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. If you want to walk to the old town count at least 30-40 min walk. At the end, hotel is not expensive but 4-5 stars is a bit overrated
not working sinks, blocked … shower not working, electricity plugs not working, lights not working… and so on … restaurant not worth the money … ordering takes hours as noone seems responsible to pick up orders or even pick ip the phone - picking up trays is a different story… all trays still in the corridor…
A vast room, very clean, comfortable bed. This is a perfect hotel for business purposes. Helpful staff. I will come again The breakfast buffet offers a vast range of products. I am only a little sad that the restaurant offers no choice of Polish food... this is standard Italian-international food.
Good basic hotel with superb breakfast. Good swimming pool. Expensive bar but would recommend except for the lousy pre arrival communication. Emails ignored for four days until complained to Hotel.com. Girl confused why two people needed two bath towels. Staff standoffish. Hotel tired and needs an upgrade. Isolated location and way out of the centre.
What a great place to stay! Good location, fantastic breakfast, huge room, enormous bathroom, and a gym and a pool/spa to die for. Couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but the choice of food was out of this world. Also, you can get a smaller breakfast and pay three times as less. Overall though, a lovely stay.
Firstly the hotel is situated quite far out of the main part of town so expect a long journey to and from the city centre and old town areas, it is situated quite near the largest park in Warsaw and weather permitting this is a must see. We were coming to the end of our stay in Warsaw and wanted a good hotel with good amenities to relax before the journey home. We had booked an executive room which gave access to an executive lounge. We paid a premium for this as it’s quite far from town there are not many places to get cold drinks nearby we felt this would be a nice end to a great stay. We visited the lounge in the afternoon and have to say the greeting was amateur at best. “What do you want?” Just some sparkling water I replied. The complimentary nibbles were a small bowl of peanuts, some tired looking pears and a small jar of cookies. We left after a 20 minute wait for some ice for our water. The next morning we followed the instructions on the website “Club guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary breakfast served in the Venti-tre restaurant.” This is normal practice for an executive club class room and have enjoyed some great lounges around the world BUT NOT THIS ONE! We checked into the restaurant sat down to breakfast only to be then chased by the host to enquire if we had breakfast included. “Yes I think so I replied.”Another member of staff was then brought in to say it wasn’t. Not a problem. We finished our average breakfast and went to leave and pay at the door only to be chased by the host once again to come to a different cash register and pay the bill. Zl 190 Or £35 for 2 breakfast. We paid and went to front desk to enquire about our executive club status and what this entitles us to. Apparently as we booked through booking.com you are not afforded the same perks that are detailed on the hotels website as a direct customer. In summary the hotel is nice, definitely not 5 star that I am used to or visited around the world. Staff speak little or no English. The rooms are spacious but tired and in need of renovation. They are very clean. Pillows are ancient and urgently need replaced. There is no mini bar in the room and you need to request this which again for a 5 star I find puzzling. We stayed in many 5 star hotels in Warsaw in executive club class rooms. If it’s a choice the intercontinental or Westin are far superior in every way do yourself a favour book into these hotels as they are professional, courteous and make you feel very welcome… unlike the Regent Warsaw hotel.…
Foremost I’ve encountered very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and at the fitness area. They’ve come across all my needs and resolved problems very fast and professionally, Rooms are spatial. There’s variety of the delicious food and fresh juices at the restaurant.
Very large and comfortable rooms. Nice lobby and restaurant area. Clean and well situated with walking distance to many attractions. Freindly and helpful staff. Good choice at breakfst, however it was extremly hard to ge a coffe. I got it after 30 min and three requests. It gives a bad feeling about the whole stay and coffee at breakfast is alifeline to me. Very dissapointing, one mistake is ok but three... not good. There is a newl refurbished spa and gym that I did dont try out
