Our second stay here (2019, 2023) Same good service, large comfortable room, spacious bathroom, walk in shower etc. As much as you can eat breakfast covering all possible tastes. Reception staff speak English fluently or will happily wait for you to try out your Polish. Always helpful with things like taxi or small faults in the room ( safe battery needed changing). Beds very comfortable. Very relaxing stay. Currently (2023) tons of road works building new tram lines etc so peak time traffic can be slower than usual BUT public transport is a few steps away and this makes it so easy to get into Warsaw centre if you want to sight see. The huge Lasienki park is a few steps away and should not be missed, red squirrels, lakes Chopin concerts on Sundays in the summer, all on your doorstep.. We booked through a third party to get a breakfast deal . It is fair to say that this would be our hotel of choice when staying in Warsaw.

Great value for money. I got less for more from many hotels back in the UK. Some people have unrealistic expectations (judging by their comments). As there are some small things that still need to be improved I'd give this hotel 4 stars for now instead of 5

We arrived early and sadly our rooms weren’t ready but we were permitted to leave cases in their care until we got back from exploring. We came back early evening to check In which was fast and our group got issued room keys with a description of all the benefits and times of breakfast etc. we were allocated room 360 which was huge and a massive bathroom containing a bath and a shower (was truly massive) Restaurant in the evening was dire mist if the group got their food but they seemed to forget about my order so after waiting and waiting I stormed out the restaurant and not even a sorry was given. Putting that aside breakfast was fantastic and probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen in a hotel with the choice of eggs freshly cooked off the Al a carte menu. Beds are comfortable but pillows are very flimsy. Hairdryer isn’t very fast and took me ages to dry my hair so if you need one take your own. The bath was love,y and wish I could’ve bought that home with me was a luxury to be able to fit in the bath with ample room. We walked to town in the morning and was a fresh brisk walk but it’s doable so you get to take In the embassy’s etc but if you don’t like or can’t walk fat then a taxi or Uber will do as it’s quite far out. We loved our stay and the group of 6 we all enjoyed ourselves. This would be definitely an option to return if the prices were right. Thank you for a wonderful stay

It's a beautiful hotel with all the facilities and amenities. The room are bigger with a nice view. Everybody are very nice and polite. There a nice bar where I have seen a match for futbol. Very nice. Thank you very much to Tomasz and Magda, they were so helpful, polite, cozy and so nice to my request. Definitely I will come back and very highly recommended. I often traveling around the globe and this hotel is a good option bit far away from the city center but you find the peace and the nature calm.

Poor performance in everything. The room is old. I have a lamp that is not working in my room for days and I have informed the receptionist about it. Thee steam in the SPA is not working for several days and no one seems to care. The elevator is not always working properly and takes them several days to repair. The room service don't respond and when you call the reception they just say "yeah they're busy call them later. Honestly I do not understand how is this a 5 stars hotel!! Not worth your money, believe me!

Went mid-october for 3 nights. Check-in was ok, except need to be proactive to have information (WIFI, breakfast, etc..) Room was big, nice decoration (but was surprised when I learnt that the room is done on request.....) Gym, swimming pool and spa are the the good point of the hotel, Breakfast was bad. First morning i arrived 30 min before the end and i have to go in the Lobby, food was cold. and even orange juice and some plates were empty. For the location, it's not so great even there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. If you want to walk to the old town count at least 30-40 min walk. At the end, hotel is not expensive but 4-5 stars is a bit overrated

not working sinks, blocked … shower not working, electricity plugs not working, lights not working… and so on … restaurant not worth the money … ordering takes hours as noone seems responsible to pick up orders or even pick ip the phone - picking up trays is a different story… all trays still in the corridor…

A vast room, very clean, comfortable bed. This is a perfect hotel for business purposes. Helpful staff. I will come again The breakfast buffet offers a vast range of products. I am only a little sad that the restaurant offers no choice of Polish food... this is standard Italian-international food.

Good basic hotel with superb breakfast. Good swimming pool. Expensive bar but would recommend except for the lousy pre arrival communication. Emails ignored for four days until complained to Hotel.com. Girl confused why two people needed two bath towels. Staff standoffish. Hotel tired and needs an upgrade. Isolated location and way out of the centre.
