Not too expensive hotel. Very basic rooms. Furniture and layout make your room look like you’re in a monastery. Breakfast not fantastic. Walking distance to bus that takes you to the Old Town or central station Warsawa Centralna. It was just for one night stay and therefore okay.

Called ahead to make sure we got a suite. Used our sound machines to sleep in due to the construction across the street. Brought my own instant decaf coffee. Breakfast was good. Good location close to park. Will stay again.

Being a light sleeper I had asked for a silent room for 3 nights. They answered by e-mail they will try. What they did was the opposite. Two nights were okay and we slept well, but the third night was a catastrophe. The hotel had rented a hall downstairs for a big party which lasted until 5.30 in the morning. Heavy drinking and loud music which made it impossible to sleep especially because this hall was located right under our room! Also the guests were smoking, singing and shouting right under our window at the inner yard. I have never experienced anything like this: a hotel which organizes noise so the guests cannot sleep! So be aware, this might happen to you! The hotel gets extra money for renting this hall and they do not care about the fact that it means sleepless night for the guests. Extremely rude.

This hotel represents excellent value but don't expect any level of comfort or refinement! I would put it in the same class as a Travelodge. It is also quite a way off the metro route. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the room was very hot and when I opened the window (lovely trees outside as I was on the side of the building) kept awake all night by the security barrier to the military base next door (no cushioning) Shower tray didn't drain well, no hairdryer, spotlessly lean. Very grumpy and inefficient reception team. Good breakfast spread.

Huge room, perfect breakfast. Location very good next to one of the bigger parks of the town. Some of the the staff don't speak English at all, but all of them are very polite and willing to serve you.

The hotel is very well located, as it has own parking, and you can take Taxify or Uber just for 4 euros to get to the Old town. The Lazienki park is just outside. The breakfast was very good, and value for money was more then great.

I visited this hotel last week & upon arrival, it looked very nice. I visited with 6 work colleagues and shared a room for two. The breakfasts had lots to offer, but the same all week - scrambled egg & sausages for the hot dishes, but more choice for cold. Cheese & meats, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, boiled eggs (in half with mayo? on top) fruit, cereals & yoghurts. Bread/rolls were also available with jam/honey/nutella. We didn't have dinner at the hotel. At first the staff seemed a bit 'stand offish' but as the week progressed, some did manage a laugh or two. The hotel is on the outskirts & you would need a vehicle to access the city centre. The room was adequate, a nice bathroom and lovely shower, however, we had to request a plug for the sink as ours was missing! Bottled water was replaced daily, whether we paid for that, I don't know. We just had a total figure to pay, but, in fairness, we didn't ask for a breakdown of the charges. My biggest disappointment was that it appeared the bedroom wasn't vacuumed all week & our bath towels only replaced once. If I visited Warsaw again, I would probably decide to stay closer to the heart of the city.

No luxury but fresh, robust, clean hotel little bit off the city. God deal for this price we payed for two. We stayed one night, maybe two are also OK but I don't think the longer stay is reasonable. Nothing to do at the hotel. We were lucky with the weather - it was sunny and warm so it was fantastic to walk in lazienki royal park - only 100 m away. Particularly early in the morning before all tourists came. God breakfast, basic toilet articles in the bathroom. Wifi - OK.

I visited last time in May 2016. The place had a good spirit. This time, however, in November 2016, I was greeted and treated rudely. I have no idea what caused the shocking hostility at the reception desk, but I think people working at a reception should have some basic idea of their job and what it entails. Possibly my staying just one night annoyed the ladies. Clearly, I had no meaning for them. Anyway, if you agree to surrender to the brutal and icy treatment at the reception you will find a pleasant hotel, very clean, with a decent breakfast and decent pricing. Located in the back of a historic park, one of Warsaw's main tourist attractions. There is no elevator and the hallways are really long. Do not bring giant suitcases to this hotel. Even though I had a lot of baggage I was given the furthest room at the highest floor. That was the definition of service for them that night...I will not stay at this hotel again, but you are welcome to try it. I hope they will instruct their staff regarding basic techniques how to control their hostility towards people.

We arrived late at night by taxi and were greeted kindly at the reception and got the key in no time. We got a relatively large room, and although the furniture was very old-fashioned the beds were firm but lovely to sleep on. On the lesser side, the leader of dust on the chandelier and on the light switches told a different story. Everything else was clean though, so no real complaint about cleanliness. Trouble arose when we attempted to take a shower in the morning. There was no hot water, instead, the water had a temperature you would associate with the Vistula in October. I called the reception, and after a while I got through and was told it was a city heating problem (Warsaw has a district heating system). No solution, so we took quick iceberg showers. Luckily the breakfast was very nice, fresh and more than expected compared to the room. When we checked out we gallantly received a discount for the water trouble. We left our bags there for the day and collected them again in the evening. The friendly receptionist called a taxi for us.
