The room was spacious and clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. I loved the restaurant, they offered some tasty experimental variations on Polish cuisine. The breakfast buffet was very good too. It's obvious - they have a very good chef.
Stayed here during the pandemic mid July. Takes the pandemic very seriously. Mask wearing enforced. Sanitizer everywhere. This was important for us as one of us had an operation while here. Wifi has different connections depending on what area of hotel you are in. 1 for room, 1 for hotel area, 1 for bar. We had no problem video calling and binging on netflix. Staff are lovely, rooms and hotel very clean. Food is lovely in the restaurant. Breakfast is what you expect. Eggs, sausage, bacon, cold ham, cheese, tomatoes and some polish choices. Pastries & rolls, variety of teas & coffees. Uber will deliver to the hotel room door. (We weren't venturing too far from the hotel). I'd definitely recommend a stay here. No housekeeping during pandemic (suited us and dont know if we asked would they clean the room), everything that isnt essential is removed from the room but a quick call to reception and they have whatever you want to your door. They are that fast, dont take a quick trip to the bathroom, you wont have time. They are at your door in lightening speed. Its impressive. You leave your rubbish or dirty towels etc outside the room door and the staff collect them. Used taxis to get into Warsaw (afraid to get on the bus or metro due to surgery) cost about 10e. Great social distancing. The Polish are definitely taking the pandemic seriously. Felt safer here than at home.…
i was there because we missed our flight and stayed there just for one night . hotel is clean , rooms are comfort , internet is not so good , staff are friendly , rooms and public area are clean . location is close to airport
The Pulawska Residence is 3star hotel. In my opinion hotel can add another star :) I was a little woried about to arrival. But I was very pleasantly suprised. Professional staff on the recption. Room are spacious with kitchen and living room. Everithing clean and in good condition. Breakfest fantastic. Variety of foods and fruits. There is no supermarket nearby. But on opposite street side is gas station and KFC
My husband and I stayed here for a night in July. The room was comfortable, clean, with a spacious bathroom. The bed was older, ok, but not the luxurious mattress I was expecting. There was a large and expansive buffet breakfast, with both hot and cold items. There was hot milk to make hot chocolate, but I never did find the cold milk! The nicest part for us was the bus stop only a 4 minute walk down the road.
My stay in Hotel Pulaeska Residence was absolutely fantastic. The place is very nice, extremely clean, and my stay was very enjoyable. All the ladies who work there, Sandra, Julia, Inna and Hubert, were etremely helpful in every way. The staff provided very helpful and full information on everything I needed to know. I cannot thank everyone enough for their wonderful service and help. They were also kind enough to let me leave my large suitcase in the Hotel while I did some travelling in other countries, before returning to collect them for my return home. Thank you everyone, I highly recommend you to all.
I have been in this hotel for two weeks in a row, accessible to the airport and transportation to the city center. Great breakfast. I went back to him for another night and this time the room was improved
First, I have made a reservation for 2 rooms ( 3 nights) in january. Had to cancel as plans changed. Ony one of rooms has been cancelled , second one has been fully charged. I complained to hotel , ansver was that I probably lost internet connection , while cancellig , nothing wrong from their side, but as goodwill they will offer reduced price for next booking. Month later I booked 2 rooms again ( 3 nights), got rack price. I thought that probably I will get free upgrade on check in - nope. Rooms was spacy, with kichenette , facing hight traffic street Pulawska , well sound isolated with FIXED windows and....no Air Condition. Actually , there is AC in rooms , but it is disabled You can enable AC if you find a switch in celling in the hall , but it will work with default settings as remote controls are removed ( see pictures) from rooms. Bed sheets had holes ( see pictures) . In the Lobby there is many airfresheners placed ( reason unknown) Poor breakfast, low quality products , some of them from previous day ( ham smelled funky, with some kind of sulfur-type odor) One evening I went to hotel bar , 5 minutes before closing , to get a drink: bar staff ( 2 persons) said theae bar is closed and they need to clean the bar tables , not willing to serve a drink I could have in lobby. This hotel is a part of Arche group , with aprox 50 hotels in Poland. But obviously Pulaska Residence is not a top priority for management. Maybe the reason is that this hotel is used by airlines , when flights are cancelled. ( hotel is situated nearby airport) , giving accomodation "ad hoc" for 200 passengers. I´m sure that I will not chose this hotel when visiting Warsaw next time.…
There is nothing really wrong with this hotel but also nothing special. It´s 15min drive from the airport and there is nothing around (if I don´t count KFC just accross the road which is convenient to grab something qick to eat). Rooms are quite decent size, ok furniture, clean, bathroom with toiletries, kettle, 2 small bottles of water for free but no character to the room at all. My room was cold (to increase temperature didn´t help) and I found bed to be extremly uncomfortable / they put tough plastic sheet under the bed sheet and with every move the plastic was making noise (it felt like being in a hospital, to be honest). I understand the purpose of this as I was working in a hotel but this was a bit over the top. If you are looking for a place to stay with a nice character, book somewhere else. If you need a hotel close to your office (like in my case), it´s ok to stay a night or two. Rooms are very noisy, you can hear people passing by and slaming doors in the coridor all the time. It felt like sleeping at the "motorway side". If you want a room with a kitchenette, I assume, you have to request an "apartment", my room didn´t have one (so not every room has it). Well, if you want to stay in this hotel at all... And if you stay, maybe book a suite...…
I stayed here for a week and it is very neat place for staying near the Warsaw airport. Room heating is better. Have kitchenette which is very useful for cooking my own personal food I carried from India. Have TV, free wifi, a table, sofa, a chair and cupboard for storage. Have KFC and a store opposite to the hotel after road crossing. Morning food is OK for me since I am an Indian, so Polish foods doesn't suit me much. Moreover it is better to stay for official or even with families.
