This hostel is very small andlocated on third or fourth floor (cant rmb) lots of stairs no lift. Not very clean the kitchen was very dirty and messy, the breakfast items were put on a very small low down table which wasn't very hygienic. Only has two showers and kitchen is very small. The staff were not very nice, one male staff was rude. The other staff I encountered were ok but they didn't look happy and the one in the morning was emotionless just listening to music with headphones. We asked for check out and she didn't even say anything. The room itself was average a bit hot and cold when windows open. It was winter but room was too warm. Also, you need to be careful when you book this hostel because I know they block and delete some bad reviews on some booking websites to make themselves look better. I know this cos I can see it on one friends accounts. And not my other friends account. The main thing is, it is a below average ok hostel but the way they block review and hide things from other potential customers isn't nice and fake. This review has been reported many times when I don't see anything wrong with it, just telling the truth.

I stayed just one night as needed to transfer. The price is really great considering the location. It's also very clean in the hostel. From the drawbacks: no room just for girls, I felt really uncomfortable in a room with 5 guys. It can also get really hot in the summer as there is no AC and it's only a tiny window in the room. If the window is open you can hear the city bustling at night, pubs, etc., which might be annoying for someone without earplugs.

I had a brief and relatively pleasant stay in this hostel. I was very impressed by the 24-hour reception service (since I arrived from another city at about 4am), and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The free, efficient wifi was also very welcome. The room was very large and had many other people in it, but it was quiet enough, and the bunk beds were relatively comfortable. There were plenty of charging stations on each of the beds, which were very useful. The lockers were quite small and not very easy to access. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, but the lights were temperamental; they were sensitive to movement and so plunged me into darkness a couple of times while I was taking a shower! The showers were also not separate, lockable cubicles, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. It was pleasant enough, and good value for money, but I will not be rushing back. The location is excellent, though; just a short walk from the Old Town centre. The staff also speak very good English.

We have visited Warsaw in February 2018 during the -15°C temperatures. So I have to say that what we appreciated a lot were warm rooms and hot water in the shower. Both high demands were hundred percent done. We stayed in the room with 10 beds, honestly I was a little bit afraid of that especially during night..more people, more noises..but the room was divided to 2 parts - 6 and 4 beds - so the night was fine. The hostel is nice and clean. They also offer a breakfast for a prise 5 zloty/person. The price is really cheap and normaly you will not get even coffe for this price. The breakfast is only in the sweet version - coffee, tea, toasts with nutela or jams, waffles or cereals with milk. Nice sweet start of the day! I woud definitely recommend this hostel for a short stay!

Really nice, spacious rooms and clean common areas. Some of the staff seemed a bit moody at times but other than that everything was very nice. The kitchen and sitting area is a bit small so we had to go sit in our room when we were hanging around.
