Stayed one night to be near the airport. It is about a 5 min drive to get to the airport from the hotel. It was 14.50 Zlty from door to door. The hotel is a quality stay for a reasonable price near Chopin Airport. What I liked: 1. Quick check in / out. Payment was made upon check in with invoice provided allowing a key drop off at the end. 2. Breakfast was better than most HIE I have stayed at. Good bean to cup coffee and lots of choices. 3. Room is a cookie cutter HIE room. At least it is consistent. Has a small work station 4. Had a kettle for tea and coffee 5. It had USB ports by the bed. 6. Bed was comfortable Things to improve. Honestly nothing. The area. Easy walking to convenience stores and fast food and Indian restaurant. No way you would want to walk to the airport. It is doable but not recommended because of the four lane traffic.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, kettle in the room with supply of coffee and tea. safe in the room. smooth check-in and check-out. Amazing breakfast- plenty of choices, staff constantly refilling food, everything is fresh and simply delicious. Hotel is not far from airport and walking distance from shops and restaurants. i would say that this hotel is more than 3 stars... Highly recommend.

Having been a big fan of the now closed Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Airport, I wondered if here could live up to the high standards there! I need not to have worried. From the moment I stepped in the door, I knew I made the right choice. The hotel was decorated nicely inside and outside and I was given a very warm and genuine welcome and really felt valued and given all the information I could need. On arriving in the room on the 4th floor, I was greeted with a large, spacious room of the most recent HIE Room design (more muted colours, less red), with a big window with light shining in. On the table was a personalised welcome letter, with some sweets to thank me for my stay. and membership of IHG, a nice little touch. As for the rest? A supremely comfortable bed, with good pillows, a smart TV that allowed you to watch YouTube, effective quiet air conditioning (which was not centrally controlled, well done IHG!), comfortable chair that could rise and be lowered, sturdy table, excellent provision of sockets including USB, Iron and Ironing board and bottles of water and tea and coffee making facilities. Another nice touch, if bottle of water was half finished they'd still leave another full one, some hotels simply don't do that. Onto the bathroom. Excellent shower, good water pressure and plenty of room, good quality towels, hairdryer and good quality soap and shampoo. I have to say I love the design of these bathrooms with the stylish sink and also the lighting is spot on in here as well, which is something that a certain other brand I've reviewed recently could take lessons on. Breakfast was great, trays provided (not many HIE do, nice touch), a wide range of choices, and what's more, the quality was excellent and always kept well topped up. There were multiple areas to grab each food item from and you could tell that the staff took pride in their work and making a good breakfast offering. Everyone I spoke to, from cleaning staff, to front desk, to reception staff were so customer focused, it was very much appreciated. This was a great experience and is now my favourite Holiday Inn Express, I'm so glad that after the closure of HIE Warsaw Airport, there's something even better to replace it. I'll certainly be back next time I am in Warsaw, and to everyone who works here, thank you for everything you did to make my stay so pleasurable and all the little touches you do to go the extra mile.

Breakfast ok. Nice and professional service. Didn't like · Horrible , super hard pillows ! I haven't slept in a hotel like this in a long time. Apparently, this is not an unknown problem, the receptionist said that many people complain about it. My neck hurt after waking up. The entrance to the underground car park is also bad. If you drive there with a five-meter car, you have to be afraid of abrasions with a badly profiled entrance. Narrow and unpleasant.

10 minutes drive from the airport and equivalent of Euro 6 for a taxi. In business district but okay for one night hotel stay. Room comfortable and well appointed though no chair, good size for airport. Restaurant surprisingly really good. Frienff do Louis Tomlinson staff and good service

This was my first international bed in a long time. After a long haul flight. This hotel is a little higher standard than I'm used to. And the breakfast was amazing. Next time to Warsaw, I'll be back here.

I was for 3 weeks in this Hotel and ist a great solution. In one of the night I arrived from office at 11:02 pm and even having everything closed and arranged for the next day Anniah received my request and managed to get me a hot meal. This was not her dutty after 11pm but it was very appreciated. On 7th of July me and a colleague decided to take some beers on the bar down stairs and the staff was amazing.

Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Mokotow The hotel is located in a very quiet office area only a few kilometers distance from the airport. We had difficulties in finding the hotel as for some reason Google maps was not able to find it. But once we had found the hotel we were very happy and enjoyed our stay there. The modern room was very spacious with a large bathroom. Because of a misunderstanding the hotel had reserved a wheelchair accessible room, that’s probably why the bathroom was so big and had so many hooks to hang towels or clothes which was in fact very convenient. There are many English channels on the TV, and there is an iron and iron board. There is an underground parking at 10 euros per 24 hours but if you come without a car, the public transport is really very good. Only at a few minutes walking distance from the hotel you’ll find a tram stop from where tram number 17 will take you right down to the center of Warsaw in less than 40 minutes. And if you arrive late at the hotel it’s good to know that there is a nice Indian restaurant “Bombay Masala” at the other side of the road near the same tram stop which is open till 22.00 hrs.

I was traveling to Warsaw and was looking for a place to stay. I was only there for a short period and was flying in and out so decided to stay near the airport and that is when the Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Mokotow came into my search. I did some research and found that this hotel was relatively new so given that I decided to go ahead and book it. It was very easy to book the hotel through the IHG website or app and easy to manage through the both. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the airport by car or also a 10 minute train ride plus 10 minute walk - the walk from the hotel to the train does involve some steps and is somewhat lengthy so would not recommend it for those with lots of luggage. The hotel is located in the Mokotow region which is a suburb of Warsaw. The main entrance is on a side street while on the back there is a tram stop directly in front of the hotel (backside). One or two stops away from the hotel is a big mall with lots of services and shops - the city center is about a 30-45min tram ride from the hotel. If you take the train or the tram, you enter the hotel through the back parking lot and have to walk around the hotel to the main entrance which is the only entrance - my suggestion is that the hotel create an entrance to the back that guests can access with their key card. As you walk up to the main entrance there are many seating areas outside - this was very nice in the Spring/Summer months when its really nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. As you enter into the lobby, there are some seating area to right and straight ahead is the check-in desks. Further into the right is the kitchen and more seating area. This is also where breakfast is available in the morning (more on that below). Check-in was easy, received my key, and proceeded to the elevators on the left to head to my room. As you entered into the room, the first thing you noticed is how large the room is. As you enter, on the right is the bathroom which contains a sink, a shower, a toilet, and a towel warmer. There were no individual bathroom toiletries but rather refillable bottles - one by the sink and one in the shower; they both smelled really nice and of high quality. The bathroom was standard and was a decent size. As you move further into the room, also on right hand side was a narrow open closet - given the size of the room not sure why the closet was so small. Next to the closet was an open area with the coffee maker on top, safe and fridge down below; again great amenities but given the size of the room not sure why it was narrow. Further into the room, on the right side was a desk and a chair next to the wall - this would be a great working space and there were additional plugs and USB ports to make working in this area easier. The table/desk was not connected to the wall so it could be moved and that was helpful as you could move it closer to the bed since there was some distance between these two areas. The bed was also on the right side of the room with one side really close to the window - there were mini nightstands on each side of the table and above each nightstand were plugs and USB ports. Next to the bed was a large window which let in light during the day but also were blackout curtains which were helpful since the sunrise was very early in the morning. Across from the bed was the TV mounted on the wall and underneath was a ledge which contained complimentary water - with gas and without - as well as a bottle opener and other items to enjoy your time there. The ledge was a smart idea as it provided more space to store items. The bed itself was nice and comfortable and a large size for Europe. Amenities at the hotel included complimentary wifi, connected parking facility, complimentary breakfast, and access to transportation. As I mentioned earlier, right behind the hotel was the tram stop and a 10-15 minute walk was the train stop to the airport. Wifi was complimentary and relatively fast and the complimentary breakfast was decent - it was medium size but generally had a good selection with something for everyone's appetite. Overall, it was a nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express. I was not sure what to expect since HI Express can vary but this was clean, modern, had great facilities, and overall provided a good nights' rest.
