Travelled with family with two teens and had two rooms. Spend 5 nights. Our sixth floor rooms windows opened to stadion and river side. Had very quiet soundproof rooms. Excellent beds, rooms were clean and service was exemplary. Breakfast was good. The location is excellent for walk to all central sights and there is just 10 min walk to the restaurant / bar areas while hotel area is peaceful.

Such a great staff. I stay often at Motel One in Warsaw and have told many others to stay here, as well. I actually live in Warsaw but often stay at Motel One when my flat is being rented out for short periods of time. There is an excellent manager in Jirek. Hold onto him. Mateusz is always remembering my name. The bartenders of Jacek, Maciej and Katrina/Karolina or Christina (I think is her name. She is from Ukraine) all do a very good job. There is an excellent night receptionist. He has helped me at the airport in finding a taxi and always is most helpful. Quiet rooms and the hotel is in a good location. Bar area is big and comfortable.

Room Tip:All the rooms are so very quiet. Rooms on the front of the hotel face south. Nice for winter sun.

Good value and the usual excellent breakfast we've come to expect from Motel One. We stayed for 3 nights in June. Good location - I would recommend. Our room had a lovely city view and was quiet.

The hotel is in typical Motel one style: Trendy big bar, nice located directly next to the Chopin museum, functional rooms and cyan colored. Inside the room is no wardrobe, only a small regal. No coffee Maschine or glas. That’s the concept of this group. I like the design and concept and the prides are always very fair and most often cheaper than comparable hotels. The breakfast is 50Zloty and very good. I enjoyed my stay.

Positive things. Definitely location - very close to the central area of the city and famous pedestrian street, old town, president's castle - everything is reachable by foot from here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast working reception. Very clean premises. Three fast elevators. Not so positive things. Breakfast - for such hotel I expected much much more. Hotel parking - unfortunately, extremely small - around 12 places for ten (!) level building. At some moments we had no network for cell phones in motel premises. If you have room with windows to the facade side, street noises from loud cars and motorbikes, unfortunately, are disturbing, especially, when you try to sleep.

Nicely located, close to the city center. The rooms are very silent and breakfast is decent. Room was very practical although vathroom could be bigger for a family room. Staff very helpful and overall, good value for money.

I thought this hotel might be a rival to Ibis chain, but quite surprisingly, it is way more than that! Great location, close to Palac Kultury. Check in was quick, I asked for a highest room possible upon booking, and I certainly got it. Though a little bit small, it had everything you need - comfy bed and pillows, great simple but stylish design, TV(but no english or music channels) or curtains that dim the room completely which is a plus for me. The bathroom is very modern, with heated floor! Only downside was weak shower head and no amenities - just hand wash and shower gel - very basic to my likings. What I found interesting is the 24/7 lounge bar, open all night and with very pleasant baristas. I was laughing in my head when I saw the lounge, and I was wondering who designed it - it is like a maze of different style chairs and couches, but it kinda works. You definitely will be seated! Worth mentioning: fast elevators, cleanliness, excellent coffee in hotel lounge For that pricepoint, I definitely recommend!…

Perfectly functional and inexpensive hotel in a centre of Warsaw. Within walking distance to all attractions. Room small but great bed and good shower. Coat hanger to hang clothes. Nice bar which is open very late. Overall recommended as a cheap hotel in a centre.

This is a decent hotel, well-located close to both the Centrum as well as the old city, its cathedral, castle and the University. However, transport connections are at a distance, which becomes a drag in the winters. On the plus side, the hotel is clean, rooms well maintained and bed linen clean and pristine. The beds are firm and comfortable, albeit the room that we got had no view at all. On the minus side, the rooms have no tea-coffee making facilities and the hotel expects guest to run to the breakfast nook for their morning tea and coffee! Not what is expected from a hotel of this class. Besides, the breakfast served is basic, repetitive and mostly consists of cold cuts and bread along with some fruit, tea, coffee and packaged juices. No effort to serve a hot and decent breakfast in the midst of snow is visible − not even hot eggs! Vegetarian and vegan options are extremely limited and lacking in every respect. Last, there is absolutely no food available in the hotel through the day. So, if one is snowed in, one has to starve or go out in freezing weather to find even basic food. …

We booked this hotel having previously enjoyed other Motel One hotels across Europe. This chain does not disappoint. On entering you will find a modern hotel with friendly staff and a huge, ultra modern bar and lounge area which is perfect for relaxing after a long days of walking, or chilling whilst waiting for your taxi to begin your day. We've always found the bars in Motel Ones to be of great quality, and this is no exception. Cocktails and service are absolutely on point and amazing value - in fact, I'd recommend a stop over even for non-residents! We heard one person complain the lights were too low, but we loved the dark and cozy environment of an evening. It's very swanky! Up to bed and you'll find the room is very well appointed. Modern, clean, upmarket. The bed was super comfortable and we had two great nights sleep- in fact we were so comfortable we didn't leave the room til midday both days - and the late check out is another big win for Motel One. One thing the room lacks is tea making facilities, which would be handy in the December climates. Location wise, I was slightly apprehensive however you'll find the old town is a very pleasant 15 minute walk. Perfectly doable. Ubers are super cheap in the city, should walking not be an option. I'd highly recommend this hotel and massively recommend the bar. The price is unbeatable.…
