The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly both during our stay, and beforehand during our multiple cancellations due to covid. The hotel is very close to the Centrum Nauki Kopernic Metro Station. Our room had a very comfortable king bed (slightly annoying pair of single quilts instead of a single King Quilt) with a couple of chairs. The shower was the main reason for 4 not 5 stars as it didn’t have a thermostatic mixer and when others used the water the flow could turn colder or hotter and you have to keep your hand ready to adjust the temperature. In October sort of during Covid they would only make up the room on request so don’t worry if its not been done. There was free bottled water (The tap water is totally safe to drink) and there wasn’t a plug in the sink but we have had this frequently enough to always have a rubber universal plug. We had breakfast in the restaurant as it was reasonably priced and it was 10 mins walk to anywhere else. It’s a buffet with a food choice that included enough for a gluten free vegetarian diet but was better if you are a meat/wheat eater. It was a lovely walk along the river to the old town (about 25 mins stroll) and about 10/15 mins to the main street in the City centre. There was also an excellent view of the Warsaw city centre from the upper floors where our room was located.…
My bed was extremely small. The facilities in the room were very basic, no box of tissues, no tea/coffee, no mini bar. There was no stopper/plug for the wash basin. The breakfast was unexciting with a quite limited range of food.
Great value hotel with stunning views of the river and national stadium, good tram, bus and rail links. Rooms very nice and cleaned every day. Good bar located in hotel serving good range of drinks and nice food. Just a little bit out of the town centre but only a short walk to most places of interest, I would highly reccomend this hotel.
The service is beyond its cost. Very close to tram, metro, bus stations although we could easily walked every tourist attraction. You can easily visit both old town, chopin museum and łazienki park from the hotel. Very clean room and helpful staff!
we stay in this hotel october 2018 is nice located near to the river bank room are clean but the bigest problem is lack of toilet in the room very unpleasant at the night ,breakfast not very good but you can find something to eat close to national stadium
I feel kinda mean giving this only 3 stars but im basing it purely on the room I stayed in. And up front - it was my mistake to not realise I had selected a room without air-con - a big mistake in the very hot and humid couple of days i was there. However the fact there was no air con is fine, im well travelled in asia and often stay in rooms without, but for there not to be a fan supplied I thought was a massive fail. There was a juliette balcony door which could open along with 2 large windows which fully opened but even with these left open all day, the room was unbearably hot. Sleeping was impossible with the windows open due to the noise of the motorway and train tracks just closeby and if I closed them, couldnt sleep as too hot. (closed the windows did a superb job of blocking the noise from outside) However... having said all that, this is an absolute corker of a hotel, very reasonably priced and in an awesome location - especially if your going to an even at the nearby stadium. The rooms were modern and clean and comfortable. The breakfast which was included in my rate was a standard but good quality european choices of meats cheeses yogurts and a few hot options too. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again, however if it was in summer, I would 100% advise you to take an air con room!!…
The staff were really helpful, good breakfast selection. Rooms were comfortable Rooms cleaned and fresh towels provided everyday. A really good budget hotel in a quite area not to far away the old town square.
We stayed for 2 nights and was a bad experience. When we arrived at the room, toilet was already dirty as you can see from the foto.In addition, the wall next to the room had ... human liquids (you know what i mean). The carpet was dirty too
It is not so easy to find a room with bathroom for attractive price in this area, actually centrum. It was one of a few options. Room was small, however I have felt well there. Breakfast was quite OK but nothing special.
For a one-star (?) hotel - absolutely satisfactory. (One does not expect every staff to be english speaking). Nice wiew to the river Vistula). Pleasent autumn temperatures , ideal for walking about town.
