Charming hotel. Good breakfast served in a nice homely room. Our room was quite big with red/ black and white interior, and a lagre bathroom. The staff was friendley and helpful. You are in the middle of everything; restaurants and the old city. If you want to stay in a different hotel - a stay you will remember, you should... More

There are many fancy hotels made of steel and glass in Warszawa. Just the same as in all other big cities... But if you look for a quality, small and cozy Old Town hotel, Castle Inn will not disappoint you. This time we booked the Indian, Maharaja room. Very nice, quiet, clean and in perfect shape! Bring a nice wine... More

This hotel is in a great location in the old town next to the Castle. We arrived on Sunday evening just as it was getting dark and it was not easy finding the entrance - it is on the side, press button and door opens and reception is on 1st floor, but once we arrived it was no problem. Our... More

Perfect position in the castle square so a short walk to all the major sights and plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel is quite quirky in a good way: I particularly loved the automatic door opening with the dark purple curtains inside - reminded me of the Adams family house! Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast is OK... More

Location on the square in Old Town couldn't be more convenient for sightseeing. However, Small rooms, lack of elevator, no air conditioning, few other amenities make this otherwise charming hotel a no-go for me in future. Since we had to keep windows open for ventilation, the noise from outside on the square as well as the church bell that chimes... More

The hotel claim to be 5* it looks very attractive on the web. No elevator, room was very small. "Tween" bad is very narrow. WiFi in the room was so weak full with disconnections. No place to put suitcases. Table is small and low (like Tea Table) I would not rate it as 1*. Bottom line - It is over... More

Castle Inn is an Art Hotel in boutique style. Located in the heart of Warsaw’s Old Town, in the breathtaking townhouse of the Koscielski family, the Castle Inn is in itself a true work of art. This building was fully restored to its former glory. We never claim to be 5 star hotel. Located in historical building, we are not... More

Right near the palace, very central but no road access. The taxi left us 100 m. away. The reception is in the 1st floor no elevator... No so easy to get all the way with baggage. Only the rooms in the 2nd floor are ok. In the 1st floor they are just in the reception looby and in the 3rd... More

Lovely little hotel. Great position. Quiet and clean and helpful staff. The only downside for me was the lack of lift. It really is a long haul , nearly 100 steps, to the 3rd floor. But the price makes up for that. Breakfast is quite nice but about double the price of local cafes. Very nice hotel. I'd choose this... More

Helpful staff and relatively comfortable rooms. No Lift which can be a problem for older people or those with lots of bags and/or if your room is on the 3rd (=USA 4th) floor. Also no air conditioning (it was 30 C daytime outside when we were there in August) and no refrigerator or mini bar It also is on a... More

Charming, clean, and could not be better located. The staff was also helpful in helping me find out-of-the way little places to eat and drink. I wish they had known the Jewish Museum was closed on Tuesday, though, because I wasted a trip and a morning. Also the Internet connection was not so good. But otherwise GREAT!
