Great location, staff were so friendly and helpful, recommendations for food/booking taxi's etc. Weather was -15 degrees when we arrived, hotel is lovely and warm, comfy beds. Highly recommend staying here. Not suitable if you need a taxi right to the door as taxi's cannot drive to it...2 minute walk from taxi drop off...also there was no lift to our...

Excellent location close to Royal Castle. Great views from the room. Amazing service, super welcoming and helpful staff. Antique room design with modern touches. I would love to stay there again! Highly recommended!

Wanted to be in the Old Town square, and be able to just walk and have fun. Castle Inn is like staying at a friends house. Small, intimate, friendly. Breakfast included. Close to everything in Old Town. Lots of great restaurants nearby, that share an outdoor dining area. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Warsaw.

This place is not handicap accessible at all. Cars cannot get to the hotel as it is in a pedestrian area. You have to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs just to get to the desk, then up more stairs to get to the rooms. Rooms and bathrooms were very small. Hard to even brush your teeth, with...

Thank you, that you have appreciated our staff friendliness and helpfulness. We have the best location, which is our great advantage especially during the Christams time – just few steps from the most beautiful Chrismas Tree in Warsaw. Perfect location in the Old Town, near many attractions means also some regulations we cannot overcome. It is a pedestrian zone, so...

We booked this hotel from hotels.com just by choosing the location we wanted in Warsaw. Hotel is small and cosy, rooms are clean and nicely decorated.Price was low in our point of view. We also pre-ordered taxi to airport from the hotel, it was in time and cheap. We will definitely choose this hotel again!

We stayed here for one night in Dec 2016 but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel and room themes are very unique and comfortable. All of the bathrooms had ample room and the beds were nice and large. The location was excellent, close to Christmas markets and all of the little tourist shops and food places. Great place...

This hotel was so quirky and full of character. I went as a couple and it was the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The room looked onto he main square and was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, answering any queries pre arrival. They even arranged the warsaw pass for me and my partner. I love staying in...

This hotel was quirky and adorable. I loved my "marine room". Waking up to the bells from the nearby church was amazing. The bed was comfy and the location was perfect. Breakfast was okay, but I enjoyed the little window store selling waffle things on the left side of the hotel more. The staff was unbelievably friendly, and all that...

This is very central to the old town (yes you do have to walk across the square as taxis cannot cross it - hardly a hardship) and staffed by friendly, helpful people. It's sign is discrete but it is on a corner and easily found. There isn't a lift and although I have a knee injury, I was able to...

Castle Inn was amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed for one night as we backpacked through Europe and we couldn't have imagined a better place, location or experience. The staff was friendly, the inn was on the main town square surrounded by incredible old-fashioned cafes and restaurants, and of course the christmas markets at this time of year were just...
