Castle Inn is an elegant art hotel situated in the heart of a picturesque and vibrant with life Warsaw Old Town. It is located in a beautiful XVI century tenement house on the most pituresque Warsaw's Square. We are on literally every second poscard from the City. Our guests have the golden opportunity to admire the most important symbols of the capital city of Poland such as the Royal Castle which is placed only 10 meters from our property, the Zygmunt's Column or impressing St. John’s Archcathedral, from which we are only separated by the courtyard. It takes only 2 minutes to reach the second lanndmark, the Old Town Square. It is 15 minunes walking to get to the modern part of Warsaw city centre. All our rooms were designed by outstanding Warsaw artists, each interior is an individual and one of a kind artistic project. Inspiring and courageous, cosy and unique... - all of them fascinating, given the opportunity to make 22 journeys in time and space, which distinguish Castle Inn from the whole Warsaw accommodation offer. We offer 21 high standard rooms: single, double, triple, each one with a comfortable bathroom, equipped with LCD TV and complimentary access to Wi-Fi, as well as 1 hostel-standard room with charming, marine decor. There is also a chamber conference room within our property that can fit 15 people at once and which is a perfect place for the small conference meetings. It will be our pleasure to answer your questions concerning making a reservation or Caste Inn itself. Feel special in our interiors!
We only saw our room and it wasn’t that unique; just small. No chair, but there was a place to sit in the lobby of the floor. The 3rd floor is actually 4 flights up, take light weight bags. The location is super! The view from room 32 was very nice. We opened the windows at night and had a nice breeze. I suggest (and they supply) ear plugs. It gets quiet after 11 or 12. The attendants were helpful and straighten our room even though they don’t normally unless asked. It was pleasant to come home to a cleaned room. For the price ($110 for 3 nights) you just can’t hardly beat it! Maybe if you want a bigger room, pay a bit more. We were fine with it, but we don’t travel in style!

Due to the heat, we upgraded to a “deluxe” room in order to have air-conditioning due to the heat wave where it was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The room was spacious and the décor was complementary as if you were staying in a castle. The front desk staff was pleasant. The location is excellent, right on Castle Square. Even though it was on the square, it was still quiet enough in our room and we had no trouble sleeping. There are stairs without an elevator so you have to carry your luggage up.

The Castle Inn is right in the Old Town, right across from the Palace and to the Market Square. There are lots of great restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Be aware: there's no elevator! The rugs in the corridors are a bit shabby, but the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The decor is unique in every room, quirky and whimsical. The front desk is friendly and helpful. All in all: great location, great value, original decor. Quirky and bohemian more than luxurious.

The Hotel is so close to everything and for a good price. The rooms are lovely and very clean. There is a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a coat stand which is great especially as the weather is changing. I'd definitely recommend a visit here and to thr old town of Warsaw with all the history and little shops and restaurants nearby.

The service was nice and friendly. You can't beat the location as there aren't a lot of accommodations in or around the old town area. This hotel is literally inside the old town. That means you must walk to the hotel from the nearest street (it's not that far). The rooms are certainly quirky as other reviews attest. Parking can be a bit of an issue, as you will have to find street parking nearby (the closest lot was under construction while I was there). I was able to consistently find a spot, but sometimes required circling the block. The parking pay stations are pretty easy to use and don't really have any time limits.

My name is Andrea Barron, from Washington DC. I want to congratulate Castle Inn for the outstanding customer service I have received from the time I reserved a room on the phone until the day I left. I stayed here for 6 nights during my wonderful 12 day trip to Poland. Edyta, Magda, Amelia and Linda made me feel I was a VIP staying in a 5 star hotel. They helped me make train reservations, scheduled a covid test for me before flying home, gave me a heater to make sure I was warm, and did it all efficiently, professionally and with a big smile. This was my first trip to Poland, where my Jewish grandparents and great- grandparents fled from over 100 years ago, escaping poverty and anti-Semitism. I loved my experience here and will definitely return, and a big reason is because of the Castle Inn staff. My room was nice, breakfast was delicious and the location is superb, across from the Castle. But Edyta, Magda, Amelia and Linda are why I will come back to Warsaw and to this hotel. Already looking forward to my next visit.…

When you step out the door of this hotel, you are stepping into the postcard view of Old Town Warsaw. It is part of the iconic square so often photographed. On a previous trip to Warsaw, I stayed close to the main train station. The location of Castle Inn was much more enjoyable. The rooms at this hotel have different themes; no two are alike. You may be lucky and get a room that appeals to your taste. The staff here was friendlier than other hotels I have stayed at in Poland. They were also very helpful, especially with regard to obtaining the results of the necessary Covid test before going home. The breakfast was very good, although due to Covid, they are unable to do a buffet, so you can choose from either a selection of sweet items or savoury which they will prepare to your specifications. The only negative I have is that the shower in the room I had felt very spongy and not solid under my feet; really quite an odd sensation to have in a shower.…

Fabulous quirky hotel like no other I have stayed in... The decor is beautiful... We stayed in a room right next to reception and I was worried there would be noise from people coming and going. We didn't hear a peep... Opening the window there was a lovely bakery smell which made me very hungry... Its all very antique furniture but the bed was lovely and the roll top bath was so nice... I would never normally have a bath when on a city break but I did! The location is fantastic right in the old town... A few minutes walk to the square. Would absolutely stay here when I return to Warsaw!

Good hotel in the heart of the tourist sites and old town. Truly, the location could not have been better. For the most part the rooms are quiet, but you do hear footsteps from the suites above. Rates were very reasonable for the location and check-in and check-out was seamless. The hotel is a close walk to central city transit and tram lines and there are plenty of restaurant selections at your doorstep. Tip: Take the 175 city bus from the Warsaw Chopin Airport to Plac Piłsudskiego stop (end of the line) and walk a scenic 600 metres to the hotel.
