I was lucky enough to spend at these apartment around 3 months, and oh boy this was one of the best apartment I've ever been. Not only because of the rooms itself but the staff was amazing. Not to mention that the location is perfect. You can walk to the center or use public transportation easily. The rooms equipped wit basically everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, dishes, stove, refrigerator...) Small shops (4pcs) and restaurants (Italian, Vietnamese, Sushi..) are located around the block of these new blocks where the apartments are located. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Warszaw.

The receptionist welcomed us nicely and with a smile on his face. After a long journey, our apartment met all expectations. Fresh towels, bath cosmetics, a welcome set including water and coffee were prepared in the apartment. Additionally, we received discounts to fantastic restaurants such as sushi and Korean. We parked the car in the garage under the building. We recommend and will come back!

I’m here for the whole month of September to get a tattoo done and made a huge mistake by not requesting a room with AC. I was extremely stressed and unhappy with myself because I sweat easily and risk infection on such a huge tattoo but I was instantly relieved a day after!

Very good apartment for a long weekend in Warsaw. Everything you need. Washing machine for a holiday in midsummer very good. Check In hassle-free, all well secured with door code and two locks. Nice, modern environment with large residential complex and many good restaurants and shopping. Very good connection to metro, tram and bus.

Sometimes when traveling, I go for hotels and sometimes I go for serviced apartments and for the first stay in Warsaw a reservation with GO Apartments was made (5 min from both Radisson Sobieski and Golden Tulip).
The previous day a very I received a nice email requiring information from an associate as per when we estimated the arrival time.
We did arrive on time but what hadn't been said as which entrance (because it is a laaaaarge complex and there were A - F entrances or something) so after almost 30min of panicking because you're in a country where you don't speak the language and you can't expect that the older generation would be able to communicate in English) we managed to get hold of the really friendly associate Joanna - she told us they're building/furnishing an office there on site.
Anyway; the flat was like a junior suite with the added comfort of being able to feel like you were in a home with access to washer and very fast wifi.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again but I'd make sure to ask which entrance and which flat before leaving the wifi/hot spot when going

Disgrace! we mentioned in our booking form the exact time and date of arrival (3-AM on the 9th of March), yet the owner expected us 1 day later! we booked 2 rooms and followed the instructions on how to get the keys upon arrival. when getting to the security desk at approx. 3-AM we have met the security lady who does not speak English and she refuses to give us a key! bare in mind this is the middle of the night, we had no network or data as we are in a new country for the first time. I asked a someone for a phone call and called the owner to his cell, he then replies that he thought we are coming the next day and that the best solution he can offer is TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL FOR 1 NIGHT! we did. and paid for each room 250PLN. we didn't ask for the money from the hostas as we came to have fun and not to fight. the next day we arrived at 2-PM to the office to pick up our keys. there we met Johanna, a nice lady who actually apologized on the owner's behalf. she asked us NOT to use the shower in apartment 122 as they just put new silicone to hold the glass door of the shower. I was amazed, after a whole night with no sleep, 500PLN paid to a different accommodation, I can't even take a shower when I get my room finally, but I have to wait for the silicone to dry. I asked Johannah if its ok if we left at 1-PM on our last day when checking out (2-hour delay) which she immediately agreed. getting to the apartment, the shower reeks with an acid smell from the fresh silicone, cant open the windows as it was freezing, so we left the apartment to let the smell go away. approaching the end of our stay, I messaged the owner asking where do we leave the keys and told him what time we will leave. he then replied that it is NOT possible for us to check out later than 11 and that he doesn't believe my words that Joannah did, in fact, approve it. I was shocked, how much worse can this get?
on the last day, I took pictures of the whole apartment as I always do before I leave an accommodation to have proof that all is well when I left. and thank god I did!
while at the airport I got an email from booking stating that I owe money to the owner for damages!! the owner illegally saved my credit card details and charged it for another 500PLN! without even sending an invoice or a proof as to why he charged me!
when I landed in my country, I messaged the owner, and in reply, he shared pics of a broken shower door, the one they had fixed with new silicone when I arrived.
as of today, I have proof to show that the owner lied :) I have digital photos with a digital timestamp and nothing can change that.
the owner got himself to sabotage the shower just to get a new one for free, knowing that the guest will not be there to say otherwise. well, think again!
YOU, the owner, Committed a crime by falsely charging a credit card which was illegally charged, and you will be accountable.

We would like to inform our guests, that comments above are not true. These guests destroyed our apartment. Because we have taken actions upon this incident we have been threaten and scammed. We will take legal actions to protect the good name of our brand as we trully believe that behavioir should be punished. Furthermore regarding to case with check-in/check out time : Official check-in time is from 2.30 pm and check-out till 11 am. If guests would like to arrive night before check-in time, apartament should be booked.a day before. We had not confirm early check-in time or late check-out because it depends on availability of apartments. Additionally we would like to noticed that all this opinions were made at the same time from different users ( the same country) Is it possible that so many people we had threaten so bad ?
