Three cheers for Hotel Bellotto. I booked a trip to Poland back in September of 2019 for the spring of 2020 never imagining that we would have a world wide pandemic. I booked and paid for the entire trip in full. Hotel Bellotto is the only hotel that was that offer us a full refund without hesitations. This trip had 5 hotel's that was booked and paid for and the only one to give us a full refund. Thank you Hotel Bellotto for your understand. We will book with you next spring when hopefully, the entire world is healed.

I selected this hotel because of it's good location to the old town and I wanted to stay in a good quality hotel. The location of the hotel was indeed perfect, the old town is just at 3 minutes walking distance. The building of this hotel is huge. It really feels like you stay in a palace and in the same building is also an italian restaurant, casino and coffeeshop. There has been put a lot of thought in the decoration of the room for sure. Everything within style of the building. With that also comes a downside.. the chairs in the room look nice and match the room but are not very comfortable to sit in. The armrests are too high for comfort. Also the matras in the bed seem to have some layering that doesn't breathe and makes it not comfortable to sleep on. When you lay on it, it will start to stick on you after a while like sleeping on plastic. This seems to be a trend in hotels nowadays (maybe because it's easy to clean?). The housekeeping was very good at they did a great job of keeping the room clean. The italian restaurant downstairs also serves breakfast. Their service is very slow (both during breakfast and dinner). Both in the evening and in the morning it took them nearly 30 minutes to prepare my food (pizza in the evening, omelette in the morning) while there were only a few guests. The pizza was fine but the breakfast was dissapointing for it's price. I opted to have breakfasts in different hotels the other days. All in all a great hotel with a nice vibe to it with a good location. If you visit warsaw as a tourist and want to stay in style this is the place to go. If you want a bit more comfort and don't need to be close to the old town I would suggest the Radisson.

We only stayed here 2 nights. This is a beautiful hotel with lovely big clean rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is only round the corner from the Old Town so good location. Apparently there is a lift in part of the hotel but not the room we stayed in which was a bit annoying as my husbands legs not that good. Surprised for a 5 star hotel that they had no sweeteners anywhere and my husband is diabetic so could not use sugar. Unfortunately the breakfast buffet was quite poor and we waited an hour for the hot breakfast which was an underdone egg, tiny sausage and crispy bacon. We complained and got an overdone egg, two tiny sausages and the bacon (see photo below). We did complain at reception and said we didn’t want the breakfast the next day and the hotel arranged a refund for the next days breakfast. However don’t let this put you off. It is a lovely hotel, the staff are lovely and we would stay there again but I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast.

A two night stay was comfortable and restful. It’s a pleasant boutique hotel with all necessities. Location is perfect, service is discreet. It was really pleasant to stay in a place where I felt almost at home due to the small room numbers provided.

Hotel located in a magnificent period building in the center of Warsaw. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Historic Center. The hotel restaurant is a bit small, with luxurious decoration and a good breakfast menu. However, it is not included in the price and 25 euros exceeds the quality offered, which is rather average for a 4 or 5-star hotel, nothing extraordinary. It also has a good pastry shop (although with inattentive staff). The room is luxurious, with a serene and elegant decoration and a suitable and clean bathroom. However, it is a hotel with only 20 rooms that seems to be used more for events than for accommodation at that level. So, considering the value and level, one would expect more services and more careful attention. There is an impression of insufficient staff. A luxurious building with service that does not correspond to its status and cost.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, we loved our stay very much. We were looked after from the moment we stepped through those magnificent heavy doors. Our bags were carried with a smile and we were given all the information we needed. The room was a huge treat, at the very top, spacious, luxurious and with great views. The lighting was just so lovely and the huge bath was plenty big enough for two. We loved coming back to our room after long days of exploring:) Breakfasts were great too, hot& cold alike and i enjoyed my daily cream cheese pancakes absolutely guilt free! Thank you Bellotto, we will be back & will definitely be telling our friends about this great hotel.

We chose this hotel for it’s proximity to Old Town - - it is less than 5 minutes away. Very fancy elegant former Archbishop’s residence. Very attentive and skilled staff. They were very helpful. The restaurant staff was equally good. But, the building has NO elevators and gigantic, sweeping staircases that are terrible for less than absolutely agile guests. Our room was on the first floor above ground and it was 45 stair steps up or down. Furthermore, the bathroom in our room had a high sided, very slippery tub and an equally slippery bathroom floor and very few grab bars. Again, for a less than agile guest, we considered the bathroom to be dangerous. We would not stay here again.

Good location if you are interested in the old town. The wonderful Christmas illuminations started right in front of the hotel. The Italian-style restaurant and café were in the same building. A good breakfast was offered in pleasant surroundings. The lobby bar was not cozy. We had already dreamed of a bathroom with a shower, but we got a bathtub. The wardrobe and kitchenette were a nice surprise in the spacious room. The Irish pub next door ruined our last evening and night. Loud live music continued until 1am. Taxis are cheap, a ride from the airport to the hotel costs about PLN 50. The minimum taxi fare is PLN 15, and I still traveled quite a long way.

Nice hotel and cozy room with all facilities you need. However, check-in and check-out a weird experience. Uninterested and clumsy staff. Upon checking in, which in itself took ages, the keycard didn’t work up to three times even though I was accompanied by a staff member. Upon checking out they asked me twice about the minibar and I said I hadn’t consumed anything and then they told me I needed to pay for some stuff. Instead of trusting me and while my taxi was waiting they needed to call housekeeping to verify: for an alleged orange and something else simple. Then they didn’t give me an invoice without asking. Also weird, I didn’t see anyone else in the hotel or the bar at any point in time. All in all apart from the room a deception. Wouldn’t come back as I didn’t feel welcome or at home at all.

A wonderful palace right in the center, 5 minutes walk to the old city, very nice rooms and good breakfast. Only fault was, that I ordered a car to the airport the night before and it never showed up, the Taxi they then called needed 30 minutes to arrive, so my clients nearly missed their plane. Breakfast is good and served outside, when the weather permits this, so I do highly recommend this hotel.
