I came with small baby, but I had to wait for a parking, because on the way was a laundry car. the card to room wasn`t work, I can not go by lift and make a coffee... When i had departure the card from parking doesn`t work and I was waiting 15 minutes for help from reception. The room was small and wasnt body lotion. The view from window- ruins...I really not recommend this place. My son wanted Playstation- the say that is broken. No jacuzzi

Fantastic value for money at puro hotel Poznań and very helpful staff who were attentive to us all during our stay in May 2022. Quiet rooms and all very modern. Will definitely stay with puro again. Location is also great in the heart of the old town.

Facility, staff, food, room cleanes is good. The garden is even better... (no body lotion but hair conditioner) However comparing the price with other similar level of hotel in Poznan, it is higher when I book...Ah~! the shower water is very strong~~ ^^

The Puro hotel is a beautiful modern hotel in a fantastic location, only around the corner from the square in the old town. This hotel offers great value for money. The staff are very nice and helpful. Guests at the hotel can also borrow bikes to explore the city which is a great bonus.

Everything this hotel is and does is good. It started with an extremely friendly receptionist to welcome us and check us in, in a beautiful lobby. The room itself was modern and fancy with a great bed. I ordered flowers and Prosecco in advance and I surely was not disappointed. Both amazing. In the evening we had some nice drinks in the bar and the next day the simply had the best breakfast buffet I’ve had so far in a hotel. We could borrow their very good quality bikes for free to explore Poznan a little bit. A huge plus in my opinion. There is nothing the hotel could do to make our experience better, so it’s definitely worth a 5/5 in my opinion.

Very cosy, clean and nice place. It is located in a walking distance to amny restaurants and bars and is good if you want to see the old town. Nice personnel and comfortable rooms. I recommend it strongly.
