    Poznan visit
Helpful and friendly service. Reception, restaurant and cleaning personeland spoke good English which made everything for me. One person room. Bed was comfortable. Shower was 1st class. WIFi was not the best but there is a internet socket next to the phone connection which worked just fine. Because of the Christmas period with very few guests, everything was available but the warm foods at breakfast, but eggs were prepared as you like them on request.

    Service assured
I have been staying at the Vivaldi for a week on and off over the last few years. All the personnel; cleaners, waiters, manager and receptionists (special thanks to Agnieszka) are professional, friendly and attentive. Start the day with a good breakfast, there is enough to choose from, or ask the cook for an omelet.

    Wonderful hotel
This hotel was a wonderful surprise. As my flight arrived in Poznan early, I decided to use public transport to get there which was really easy (159 and 169) The Hotel Vivaldi is in a fantastic location. It is easy to find the city centre (under major renovations at the moment) but the real treat for me was the park across the road. It covers 10,000 acres altogether and is fascinatingly interesting. Poznan is a very authentic city and you feel more like a local than a tourist which I really liked. From this hotel, you can easily get to the main train station by tram (can purchase the ticket at hotel reception) Regarding the hotel, I cannot speak highly enough about it. I requested a room in a quiet location and it was perfect. As well as the quietness and comfort, it had a good proper kettle, a super little reading light over the bed and the rest as on the website. I had 3 blissful night’s sleep. The members of staff are wonderfully friendly, professional, and efficient while creating a real feeling of home. Bartosz at reception gave me some great advice and thank you also to the boy who sorted out the phone adaptor for me. The food in the restaurant is super. There is a very extensive breakfast menu and the roast sea bream for dinner is so good. You would have to taste the asparagus soup to believe how good it is. As a solo traveller, I also felt totally safe. Polish people are very friendly, kind and helpful. Language is not a barrier to being helped find places. I enjoyed my whole experience so much (went to beautiful Wroclaw on the second day) that I have already booked to go back at the end of August to the Vivaldi hotel in Karpacz and finishing it up back here for the last two days. Dziękuję to the hard working, caring wonderful staff.

Very good value for money in Poznan. The room had a great view on a forest. The aircon worked well in the summer. The bed was comfortable. The shower was also good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mini fridge had drinks at affordable prices. We will come back for sure if we have to go back to Poznan.

A really lovely hotel with nice rooms, great service and very tasty food! No problem at all staying with several dogs, and no problem getting gluten free food. Thank you for a great weekend, hoping to come back in the future. Really recommend this hotel!

Easy access, quiet, clean, polite personnel, free parking, sumptuous breakfast, excellent value. Close to nice parks, old town, and highways to other cities. A great stop on the way to Warsaw from Berlin by car.

Dear people, This is a fine hotel. Rooms are big. Shower is great. Beds are better than at home. Restaurant is... People are great. Menu is not oké On their menu not much choice. I agree to prefer litle choice and good above large choice and bad. But This was to little. Close to the old town. 25/30 min of walking. Reception very helpful. Regards, Martijn

A fair walk to the old town but is doable. Perfectly placed though for the Park Cytadela. I am a vegetarian, and was very pleased with the breakfast options - far more imaginative than offering vegetarian sausages. I enjoyed my stay here.

Stayed over with family; room rate was amazingly low, accommodation very good quality and breakfast superb where ordering extra off buffet wasn’t a problem - such as eggs benedict and omelettes. Chef was a real star morning of 7th August and the restaurant staff. Shame had to pay for car park which is not always norm in Poznan hotels - checkin and departure was effortless late at night and first thing in morning. Great quality for great value prices.
