On the plus side was the service at the hotel. Upon check-in, they were checking proof of vaccination for Covid. Unfortunately the hotel is not new and needs a refresh as it wants to be called luxurious ... The room was very dusty in every possible place .... damaged headboard, stained wall, damaged and poorly cleaned shower. These are not the things that should appear in a "luxury hotel".
Not a big hotel but very comfortable. The service is exceptional while taking extra care due to COVID measures. Very friendly staff. While the title says luxury there are some amenities that are sadly missing. There are no rooms with a bathtub, no microwave in the room or for guest use. Very close to city center and everything one might need during a visit to Poznań.
Visited Poznan with group of friends and this hotel had best value for money. Location was not so good, especially when you are first time in the city. Staff was ok, room nicely decorated and clean...
Nice place in not so good location, not so good for walking. Staff friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is limited with choice but you will find all the basics. Good value for money while visiting Poznan.
Arrived for 4 nights stay, family with 4 children. Got what is called a family room but is actually 2 rooms with a connecting door. Everything is new and well kapt. The staff is very helpful and efficient. Centrally located, about 15 minutes walking from the old town square through a very nice street, and good transportation. Huge parking for who may come with a car. Were surprised it is only a 3 stars hotel.
We stayed here for a couple of months at the end of June. It was red hot outside so the AC came in handy. The room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable and big. Really nice bathroom with everything you would need for a couple of days (except from standard body wash and shampoo, they also provide you with toothbrushes, comb, shaver etc). Breakfast was continental and quite tasty (shame there was no cornflakes but not a big deal). Staff was friendly and helpful. TV with some extra channels in different languages. It's close to town centre but not in a noisy neighborhood. I really can't say anything bad about the place and we'll definitely stay here everytime we're in Poznan.
I stayed at the hotel for a week for World Rowing Cup II. The room are clean, wheelchair accessible, bed comfy, staff Amazing friendly, bar & restaurant good. Secured parking in the back! top place to stay! Walking distance to The old city, shorter distance for a Mall and supermarket. Highly recommended you to stay here.
Very good hotel with nice personal and very good Italian restaurant located in walking distance of Poznan centre. Rooms are very nice and clean and breakfast included in room price was very good. We arrived by car and had no problem to park in spacious parking lot.
Thiss hotel was a GREAT suprice, the hotel looks realy like a luxery hotel but with a regular pricing,👍👍👍 th reception, the people working here, the room, the elevator.... Everything felt so great and the room had own separate aircon and a smal fridge, just great . Big comy bed, god water presure in shower, and it make our stay exelent 😀, even a parking place for our motorbike was ready for us when we arrive, short walk to walking street and old town in end of walking street can absolute recomend this place, and if we go back we sure know where we will stay 😀
just a few minutes walk from the old town, very nice and clean rooms, own parking plac and italian restaurant. unfortunately I couldn't taste the probably delicious breakfast, but the nice Lady from the reception together with the service lady organized me two fresh ciabatas with original italian ham, "to go" thank you! for sure one of the best hotels in Poznan Area.
