Well, the location is perfect and what is needed more when you travel on your one. Thd price is pretty low. The facilities are great-nice fully equipped kitchen, billiards, Lounge zone. Unfortunately i had no towel in my room and it was quite cold and the radiator could not be regulated.

We had a twin on the ground floor next tot he bathroom and opposite the reception. My heart sank at this thinking about how much I was going to be woken in the night. However, I needn't have worried, it was super quiet. As others have said, mainly older people staying here and no alcohol was permitted to be drunk in communal areas; perhaps this is why. Anyway, we had a great stay and really cheap too. Beds were comfy, radiators could be regulated in each room (too hot when we arrived) and windows opened! Free tea and coffee in the immaculate kitchen. A bit difficult to locate but just ask in the local Momo restaurant and they will literally point you in the right direction!

We arrived with a group of 7 persons on a Saturday afternoon and we stayed till Tuesday morning. We had 2 rooms for 2 persons and 1 room for 3 persons which was as requested when making the reservation. We had to share 3 bathrooms between 9 rooms but with a little bit of organizing this works out well. The bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned every morning and sound insulation between the individual rooms proved to be excellent. Large towels are issued on arrival upon request. Breakfast is also served upon ordering the evening before and at a very modest cost, one cannot complain about the selection. There are coffee and tea making facilities in the communal kitchen and one has to do the washing up afterwards of the dishes and cups/beakers. There is 1 large fridge/freezer in the kitchen where one can store your personal food items if you prefer so. In view of its central location near the historic old town and the vicinity of a pub/restaurant just opposite the entrance, this the ideal location for a low cost overnight stay. Oh yes, each room has a flat screen TV and there is a pool table in the basement and a large flat screen TV and computer for the guests near the reception desk. There is also free internet !

We spent 1 night in this place. It was clean and nice, but too noisy as I was with a kid. Good for young people who need a cheap and cozy place! Breakfast is only 2 eur per person - very good for this money!!!

I was in this hotel once, the second attempt to stay ended with an unpleasant incident. I booked the hotel about 5 days before business trip. On the day of departure (late afternoon) for about 1/2 hour to leave I received information that my booking was canceled due to problems with the card. I asked to try again to check the card. For what I got the answer that they do not have free rooms. I asked what to do, since I do not have accommodation and I'm just leaving. I got the answer for this, that this is my problem. Amazingly, in another hotel the same card worked perfectly. Well, but there were free places. If I had not read the e-mail before leaving, I would have landed at midnight in Poznań without any accommodation. That's why I rather not recommend the Moon Hostel.

The hostel is located in a new building in the center of Poznan, which is clearly open recently. Accordingly, inside everything is new and clean. The staff is polite. A whole range of gadgets for leisure time: playhouse, television, table games, billiards. Everything is included in the price, plus plus a kitchen and a washcloth. Without a doubt - I recommend!

The hostel had only been open for 2 weeks when we arrived. We stayed in twin bed room on top floor. Furniture was new and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple and cheap, only 10 zloty. There is no elevator. Location is excellent, 5 minutes from the main square. It can be hard to find the first time because the entrance is from a side street opposite the church. If there had been a air-conditioner in the room it would have been absolutely perfect stay!
