This hotel was easy to reach - just three stops on route 5 Zawady or some other routes - by tram from Poznan Glowny. The hotel is opposite the Ratajazaja stop.

Staff were friendly, especially a bearded male in his early 20s.

The hotel has two lifts but they can be slow when the hotel hosts a conference as it did on my second night.

My sixth floor room was generously proportioned with a very comfortable Queen bed, albeit with the usual two side by side doonas/duvets.

The wardrobe had a safety deposit box almost at floor level. Odd.

There was a desk and lamp but only one chair. There were two small round tables that served as bedside tables but they lacked chairs. There was lighting near each side of the bed.

The large TV had one English speaking channel.

The heating/aircon was unable to be changed from its set 20 degrees Celsius. This was suboptimal.

The small bathroom had a hairdryer. Hot water was extremely so but there wasn't a rainwater showerhead. The large mirror had good lighting at top which is important for applying makeup or for males, shaving.

The towels were not bathrobe size but were adequate.

Tea, sugar and a kettle were in the bedroom.

A carafe was to enable obtainjng water from the refill station in the hallway but it did not fit the dispenser.

A portable suitcase shelf was a handy feature.

Blackout curtains and WiFi worked well.

The hotel lacked a minibar.

Overall this hotel was a bit too minimalist - Scandinavian - for my liking.

Breakfast was available for PLN65 per person. I instead patronised the convenience store 30 metres from the hotel across the single tram track.

The hotel is very close to the Old Town that when I stayed had just commenced the annual Christmas markets.

Thank you very much for your review and additional comments which help us to improve our services on daily basis. We are very happy that you appreciate the stay with us and we hope to host you again. As a 3* hotel we deliver rather basic equipment and we do not have all the amenities that are obligatory for 4* (such as refrigerators or minibar). Anyway, from the above-standard offer, we provide our guests with tea and coffee making facilities, a private safe, and an iron and ironing board in each room. Hoping to welcome you back, see you soon. With regards, Justyna Kyder General Manager

Unreal place to stay at Poznań. Came to Poznań for the match and needed something cheap to stay at for the night so looked for something at good price, found this place and the price was very low compared to other places in the area , however the hotel quality is way above the low price with unreal , clean room that looked very modern, nice big bathroom, aircondtiioning working very good despite the warm weather and bed was very comfortable, also I was checked into top floor room with unreal view of the city, would highly recomend this place as it is very close to many restaurants and bars as well as old town is very close and its around 15 mins walk from the Poznan railway station but can take shortcut by tram that will take even less.Highly recomend this place as its unreal quality for the very low price in this area

Really nice hotel. I liked the fact you could open the safe windows to let in fresh air.

Staff at reception on arrival were excellent.

We paid for breakfast which was well attended by a very helpful young lady on the day of our departure ( Monday March 13th) and was good vale for money.

Special mention to the young man manning reception at 9pm on Sunday March 12th.
He priced and booked us a taxi for Monday morning which was really appreciated as we were not sure what to do.His name began with an M but couldnt tell you anymore than that!

I have just returned from a 3 night stay and was very happy with my experience. From the plane landing, to being in my room was less than 30 minutes. Check in was quick and all the staff were very polite and friendly. I was on the 11th floor, so it took a while to get up there, as the lift was very slow but the room was good. Being on 11th floor, the views over the city, to the south, were great, and the room itself was clean and tidy, with a big bathroom which, again, was very clean. There was a TV, a locker for hanging clothes, along with a desk and chair and 2 bottles on water. The bed was very comfortable but they do not clean your room, every day, unless you request it but that was not a problem. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star review was because the young lady who served in the lobby bar was so bad tempered and miserable. Both times I was in there, she never smiled once and she really looked as if she hated her job. She was not actually rude to me but a smile would have been nice, as well as saying hello and thank you, which she did not. The hotel is situated just under a 15 minute walk from the old town and the area is very safe, with cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Worked at an exhibition in Poznán and wanted to find an accommodation close by. The hotel has 11 floors (I was on the 11th) and two elevators, but they can be very busy and the coordination is difficult to manage between the two. Room was clean and quiet, but nothing special. Hotel does have a restaurant and lobby bar, serving an ala carte menu which was very tasty. I did not try the breakfast buffet, but heard good things about the quality. Parking in the old-town is difficult and unfortunately one side-street was closed for repairs during my stay, making it more difficult.
The hotel does offer outdoor parking, but it was overcrowded and very little space for maneuvering.

At Munich airport I notified them when I would arrive and they responded right away. Fast check-in and professional and very kind staff. I recommended them for the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, well fantastic service, the room is large and spotless like the bathroom, I checked thoroughly. The view is exceptional and the bed is very comfortable, as is the excellent air conditioning system. It's a really nice and well run hotel, great, keep it up.
I'll advertise, you deserve it. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the center of the city and everything is within walking distance, attractions, monuments, restaurants, night clubs etc,..... Excellent choice, I am really satisfied.

Stay for professional reasons. Very good working conditions and welcoming staff attentive to customer needs. In particular, the kitchen staff was careful to respect my food intolerances during the 3 days of the work meeting, with dishes adapted to my situation.

First of all perfect quiet location with a lot of places to eat and drink nearby. Fab staff, very clean hotel, cute and well maintained. Comfortable base to explore Poznań, close to all tourist attractions. Rooms are not spacious but with comfy bed, desk, closet, and flat-screen TV , very thoughtful amenities.
