At Munich airport I notified them when I would arrive and they responded right away. Fast check-in and professional and very kind staff. I recommended them for the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, well fantastic service, the room is large and spotless like the bathroom, I checked thoroughly. The view is exceptional and the bed is very comfortable, as is the excellent air conditioning system. It's a really nice and well run hotel, great, keep it up. I'll advertise, you deserve it. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the center of the city and everything is within walking distance, attractions, monuments, restaurants, night clubs etc,..... Excellent choice, I am really satisfied.

A perfect spot for 2-3 night. Close to the railway station and the old town. Tram stop next to the hotel. In the vicinity there are plenty of shops, restaurant, etc. Descent room, nice stuff. I recommend it.

The location of this hotel is great. Easy to get to from the airport (15 min drive for about £5-6 in an Uber) and a short walk to the market square. The rooms were spotlessly clean as was the lobby and bar area. The service however was terrible. Check in was one of the most painful hotel experiences I’ve had. First he told me there was no booking under my name despite one of my friends arriving earlier and checking in fine (so clearly there was a booking under my name). I had booked and paid for 4 rooms in my name yet he decided to check them in one at a time which took in total about 15 mins. We then realised he had given the same room twice. So back I went. He said I was sharing with the person in that room which was why he had given me the same key. I was not. He said there was one more room under my name. He just hadn’t bothered to check us into that one or give us that key. He then spent several minutes arguing that someone from one room hadn’t signed a form. He was holding all 4 forms in his hands signed by one person from each room whilst arguing with me. The air con in one of the rooms wasn’t working. We informed reception several times. It was not fixed and no other room was offered. It was a 35 degree heat wave during our stay. We were there for a big birthday celebration and one of our party had bought a bottle of fizz to drink in the lobby before we went to dinner. The hotel wouldn’t give us any cups or glasses to use which was a bit miserable of them especially considering the other issues we had.

I have just returned from a 3 night stay and was very happy with my experience. From the plane landing, to being in my room was less than 30 minutes. Check in was quick and all the staff were very polite and friendly. I was on the 11th floor, so it took a while to get up there, as the lift was very slow but the room was good. Being on 11th floor, the views over the city, to the south, were great, and the room itself was clean and tidy, with a big bathroom which, again, was very clean. There was a TV, a locker for hanging clothes, along with a desk and chair and 2 bottles on water. The bed was very comfortable but they do not clean your room, every day, unless you request it but that was not a problem. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star review was because the young lady who served in the lobby bar was so bad tempered and miserable. Both times I was in there, she never smiled once and she really looked as if she hated her job. She was not actually rude to me but a smile would have been nice, as well as saying hello and thank you, which she did not. The hotel is situated just under a 15 minute walk from the old town and the area is very safe, with cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Really nice hotel. I liked the fact you could open the safe windows to let in fresh air. Staff at reception on arrival were excellent. We paid for breakfast which was well attended by a very helpful young lady on the day of our departure ( Monday March 13th) and was good vale for money. Special mention to the young man manning reception at 9pm on Sunday March 12th. He priced and booked us a taxi for Monday morning which was really appreciated as we were not sure what to do.His name began with an M but couldnt tell you anymore than that!

Unreal place to stay at Poznań. Came to Poznań for the match and needed something cheap to stay at for the night so looked for something at good price, found this place and the price was very low compared to other places in the area , however the hotel quality is way above the low price with unreal , clean room that looked very modern, nice big bathroom, aircondtiioning working very good despite the warm weather and bed was very comfortable, also I was checked into top floor room with unreal view of the city, would highly recomend this place as it is very close to many restaurants and bars as well as old town is very close and its around 15 mins walk from the Poznan railway station but can take shortcut by tram that will take even less.Highly recomend this place as its unreal quality for the very low price in this area

Just back from a four night stay in the Altus Hotel in Poznan. There were five of us in the party - we were in Poznan for a family wedding. The hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The hotel is spotless and breakfast was very good - I would have liked a few more fruit options but that's just a personal thing. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Thanks to them for all their assistance.

First of all perfect quiet location with a lot of places to eat and drink nearby. Fab staff, very clean hotel, cute and well maintained. Comfortable base to explore Poznań, close to all tourist attractions. Rooms are not spacious but with comfy bed, desk, closet, and flat-screen TV , very thoughtful amenities.
