The hotel is nice, tidy and the staff is decent and the Spa is good considering the pandemic situation. However, food wasn’t the best. 7 pieces of cold, not freshly made goose meat Pierogi costs 37PLN!!
Definitely restaurant needs improvement, they had a very limited menu. But just to be fair, it looked like they shortened the menu just because of the pandemic restrictions but it was worth to be said.

Location is good if you travel by car (right next to the highway but far from the city center). The hotel is clean, food is good and the staff is friendly but bed was not conformable and the spa area is a bit run down. The place should have maximum 3 stars.

Bad location and rude girl in Restaurant that raised the voice to me when I didnt understood her poor English. The rooms are okay and the Spa and Gym is good. I like the people in Reception. They are nice and serviceminded. Concerning the price I think this Hotel is average. You get what You pay for, not more.

Best hotel not only in Poznan, but I think in the whole Poland. Great breakfast, big room with wide bed, swimming pool, sports gym, sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price of a room!!!! Fantastic! Very nice playing place for kids in the restaurant.
And when you are staying while Corona time there is a shop 5 minutes from the hotel where you can buy nearly everything to eat and to drink

Actually Stayed here 2011 not 2014. Very nice friendly hotel.
The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed the use of the swimming pool area and facilities.
Unfortunately we had to leave 1 day early and the receptionist actually offered to us that we could return for free ANYTIME to use up the unused day. In my life i have never known a hotel offer anything like this before. (anywhere else would just say thanks and goodbye).
So its a big massive thumbs up to the Hotel Twardowski.
Genuine friendly staff and service.
This hotel is slightly out the way of the centre but its Easy access to the centre of Poznan by bus and trolley bus.

Excellent hotel and excellent staff we were staying as a base while we worked doing humanitarian aid to Ukraine, everything we asked for qas provided amd more, only thing was the food menu was a bit static and set in stone but other than that the rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable. Staff were friendly always saying morning goodnight asking about our day, cannot fault them at all.

We can’t really complain , but also not dance of joy ! Staff was nice and professional, rooms are clean but getting old. Same for the bathroom. There could be little more service in the rooms such as toiletries, little better airco . Breakfast was ok.

This hotel and restaurant has its won secured parking spot, which gives a safe feeling in Poland ;-). Hotelrooms are clean and neat. Take your shorts and swimsuite, because there is water and Sports inside the building. Friendly servicedesk, but lady running the tables does not understand English enough. That gives Falthy Towers effect... Dinner was oké. Breakfast tomorrow will be Good I expect.

This hotel is not to bad but who invented star ratings as i dont see it as 4 stars.
Rooms are ok, bed was good so was the shower.
But why are the curtains 30cm shorter then the window ??
I hate to much light in the room, room was also out dated but clean.
Breakfast was ok for what you pay.
For just a night it is ok for the rest i would prefer to be more downtown.
