Excellent hotel and excellent staff we were staying as a base while we worked doing humanitarian aid to Ukraine, everything we asked for qas provided amd more, only thing was the food menu was a bit static and set in stone but other than that the rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable. Staff were friendly always saying morning goodnight asking about our day, cannot fault them at all.
Location is good if you travel by car (right next to the highway but far from the city center). The hotel is clean, food is good and the staff is friendly but bed was not conformable and the spa area is a bit run down. The place should have maximum 3 stars.
It was great! Room was clean the apartment was nice and very good SPA! Good food I had a Risotto and great staff ☺️ I enjoyed staying there for two nights and felt comfortable. I also took a day to go to mall right next to it
The hotel is nice, tidy and the staff is decent and the Spa is good considering the pandemic situation. However, food wasn’t the best. 7 pieces of cold, not freshly made goose meat Pierogi costs 37PLN!! Definitely restaurant needs improvement, they had a very limited menu. But just to be fair, it looked like they shortened the menu just because of the pandemic restrictions but it was worth to be said.
Best hotel not only in Poznan, but I think in the whole Poland. Great breakfast, big room with wide bed, swimming pool, sports gym, sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price of a room!!!! Fantastic! Very nice playing place for kids in the restaurant. And when you are staying while Corona time there is a shop 5 minutes from the hotel where you can buy nearly everything to eat and to drink
Check in they didn't give me the room I requested with a double bed had to get it changed when I got a next room didn't have fridge, garbage bin, broom, iron, now it's ok I should be able to request these items right? On July.8.920pm I called front desk and they called me back and I was lost for words the young lady tells me to come for my items because the runner is out and she doesn't want me to get pissed off I was shocked. That's not it room was invaded with red ants and I told her so nothing was said or done about it. I'm still in this room wondering why I'm getting such poor service my second time here and last.
We can’t really complain , but also not dance of joy ! Staff was nice and professional, rooms are clean but getting old. Same for the bathroom. There could be little more service in the rooms such as toiletries, little better airco . Breakfast was ok.
I booked two rooms for my boss and his wife and the another couple on 13.12.2018. Firstly the hotel found the available room pretty soon as it was just one available room on booking.com. Secondly the cost of the breakfast was included in the final cost for staying. I highly appreciate their kindness, hospitality and professionalism.
We stayed here for two nights when we were visiting the sights of Poznan. Its located on the edge of Poznan but with easy access to a main road that goes straight to downtown and the old town. There was a wedding going on in the hotel when we arrived so parking was a bit difficult as the parking lot is not overly large. Because of the wedding the restaurant was closed to the public. This was a bit inconvenient as there is not much within walking distance. It meant having to drive to a restaurant. The hotel and the rooms are quite nice, clean and well maintained but a bit dated. The buffet breakfast was pretty good but the staff seemed a bit disorganized. We arrived right at the time when the breakfast was supposed to start but there was no one around for a good 10 minutes. The pool and spa were ok but quite small...much smaller than the photos make it look. Not sure if we would come back, maybe if the price was right!…
Our tour group stayed at this hotel for one night because it had a large number of vacant rooms available when another hotel the company had wanted had been overbooked. This hotel is about a 30 minute drive from Poznan and its attractions. It is located off the main highway, isolated from restaurants. Fortunately, the tour company had arranged a group dinner at the hotel restaurant for us and, since we had an early evening arrival, it didn't matter that there was nothing to do after dinner. When we arrived at this hotel we received our key cards, but they didn't work for some of our rooms due to an error at the front desk that mixed up the room numbers and who was occupying those rooms. Our bare bones room was cramped with a bathroom smaller than those on cruise ships. The shower cubicle was particularly narrow. I felt sorry for larger people using it. There were no toiletries, just a bar of soap. The bathroom was tiled, however, and clean. The room had no safe and no minibar/minifridge, but it did have a coffee service and complimentary water. The AC was weak to nonexistent. We came into a room that was hot - the curtains didn't shield out the hot afternoon sun - and didn't cool down in the evening. We relied on fresh air during the night as the windows did open. We had dinner and a buffet breakfast at the hotel. Dinner included tomato soup; the meat was a chicken leg and thigh. Both were good, but the dessert was not. The buffet breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold foods as expected on a buffet - cold cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage, deli bar with a selection of cheeses, deli meats, tomatoes and salad things, a variety of breads to slice, juices, and fresh fruit. I noticed that one of the serving platters had a long crack in it. The dining area was spacious with tables set for 2 and 4. There was a small patio outside, but the area around it was very neglected. To me the hotel felt like it had been built around the 60's. It certainly was unlike other Polish hotels we had been staying in, probably the worst. The tour director received many complaints about this booking.…
