It was a wonderful place, the workers speaks good English, so it's well recommended for foreigners, the decorum and quietness was wonderful. The whole place was absolutely neat and beautiful. I enjoyed it
The building is not so new but inside the hotel seems clean and well treated. The rooms are little small and also the bathroom very small but confortable for a short stay. Restaurant and buffet of breakfast not the top but OK considering the costs.
Stayed 1 night with big grouo of tourists. I really admired design of hotel - nordic, no bright colours, nice lighting. The room was big anough, very comfortabke beds and decent bathroom - spacious and clean, looks like freshly made or renewed. Breakfast was very good, rich and diverse. Some things we missed: porridge in the morning is our saint cow! 😂 Needed that... And there could be some more bathroom amenities. All the rest - pretty good, friendly staff, good service, comfy beds - what else to you need for a night.. Recommend!
Our family vacation trip through Eastern Europe took us to Piotrkow Trybunalski in Poland. The Best Western Trybunalski exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, the rooms were very clean and updated, and amenities included bowling. The all-inclusive breakfast in the morning included a great variety of items, including many delicious transitional Polish foods! A great stay, and would recommend it to everyone for business or pleasure.
After attending an event at a nearby locality 45 kilometres away, I was pleased with my stay at this hotel for one night. The price was reasonable, about AUD59 including breakfast. Service from the girls at reception was pleasant and polite, and my room was a good size. I'm not sure if we got upgraded or not, because I'd ordered a Standard Room with 2 single beds but our room had a King Size bed in it. WiFi was free and the room was modern and clean. I was concerned and a bit offended to see a number of arabic channels on the TV. This is Poland, not the middle east, and perhaps the hotel can reassess its cable TV subscription to better reflect local standards and expectations. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh pancakes, though these did take a moment or two to be replaced once they ran out. Parking was free at the parking lot across the road. Renovated hotel, good value, did the job and I can't complain! Thank you.…
Great food, wonderful presentation, surprising for a Best Western hotel. Not often have I had food that really tastes as good as it looks but this was an awesome exception. Every entree made me want to order THAT next time. Attentive service too. Prices were another pleasant surprise.
I keep wondering where some of these nasty reviews come from? The room was nice, clean, equipped with AD, the front desk staff pleasant. What else can you wish for? Perhaps, a mini-fridge would have done wonders. All in all, the right choice for which I did not pay through my nose.
If we had known that we could not have dinner in the restaurant we would have cancelled our reservation. We were recommended another restaurant but this was closed. Best Western had all our details and they could have emailed us or told us when booking in at reception. We are Platinum Card holders, some perk!!! The room is dark and needs the lights on even on a sunny day. The room is OK for an overnight stop to Katowice, parking is in a worn down carpark with no security. The approach road to the hotel is dug up and you have to drive through deep sand. There is nothing in the town worth stopping for.
We booked two rooms, on for myself and partner and the other for my brother in law and his family. Both rooms were clean, modern and satisfactory. Our room was small as it was just two of ours but my brother in laws room was much larger. We didn’t dine here in the evenings as we were staying here only to visit family near by. We had breakfast booked and it was very good. The little restaurant is very modern and they provided a good selection of breakfast items. Our only issue we had was that we had made a reservation with one of the night team receptionist for the bowling alley the following evening. The bowling alley is in the Avocado club which is part of the hotel. When we showed up for our booking for bowling we were told the reservation had not been made and there was no space available as there was a party booked in. We were told this party booking was booked well in advance so we were not too happy about that as the receptionist in the hotel confirmed a booking for us. This was not really ideal as we had promised my young niece that we would take her bowling, it was the last night off our trip and this was a disappointment. Despite this matter I probably would stay here again. …
The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the train station. The service was ok, check in and check out was fast. Standard rooms are very small. View from the window to the courtyard or to the street - from my room was the street view and therefore when window was open there was quite noisy. Small dining room, average breakfast.
