The hotel is situated in a very center of the town with a free private guarded parking at the side. The staff was really responsive and kind. Rooms were comfortable and spatious, bathroom clean, breakfast rich and tasty, everything was just perfect. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is centrally located, with free parking, a nice room and good breakfast. If you want or need to stay in downtown Łódź and the price is not too high, this is a choice I recommend. You can also find plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

We stayed overnight on our way to Kraków. The accommodation is situated on beautiful Piotrkowska Street, entry to Reception is down an alleyway. Reception was on the first floor, it was efficient. There was a coffee machine and mini muffins at the front desk. As mentioned by others, there is no lift so come lightly packed or ready to heave luggage up, in our case, two flights of stairs, three if you count the outdoor stairs to Reception. No help was offered. Room was large, clean, with windows that open for fresh air. It was air conditioned. Good firm bed. The fridge did not chill, so it does not work. WIFI worked well. Bathroom was nice and big. Toiletries provided.Safe in room. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was adequate and we went early. Location was good, lots of choice for eating out nearby and it was a flat walk to the Fabryczna Bus Station, with luggage. Okay for one night.

This Hotel is right in the centre of the main shopping street, lots of bars and restaurants. The parking is in the back and is included in the room. There is no elevator, so just bring the necessities. Check-in was fast and smooth and is on the first floor. The staff are all lovely and willing to help with everything, including your bags if required. The room was nice and clean, the bed was a little hard as seems to be in Europe, with the large pillow. Room had a TV which was OK. The bathroom was a little small but clean and the room that we had did not have air-con. Breakfast was nice, but a little limited. All in all, a nice hotel and would stay here again if and when in Lodz.

This cosy accommodation is ideally located. It is close to Piotrkowska Street and its main attractions. I have had a pleasant stay. The staff is really friendly. Wifi is working well. The rooms have air conditioning, which is convenient in hot summer days. The breakfast is tasty. There is no lift, so be careful if you have difficulties going upstairs.

Perfect location, which outweights all the minuses :). No problem with parking. Lively Piotrkowska Street with lots of restaurants just around the corner. Small, but nice and clean attic room. Good choice at breakfast. Room on 5th floor and no elevator, which was a bit of a problem for my older companion. So ask for a lower floor, if necessary. Crowded at breakfast and we had to wait the waitress to bring food and drinks, which were running out, so maybe some additional help at breakfast would be ok.

Advantages: I don't regret that I've chosen this hotel. Very good location on the main street of Łódź, kind and very friendful staff, tasty breakfasts and perfect cleaniness. Also big thanks for the fast process of check-in and the possibility of late check-out. Disadvantages: In our room the refrigerator was too weak - it didn't chill properly.

I reached Lozd by train after long trip all the way from Salzburg Austria , It was raining and I did walk all the way to the hotel, The hotel is located back side of the main road , I was wet tired and sleepy, no elevator to reach the hotel ( make sure you don't have heavy luggage with you. The worm smile of the pretty girl at the reception give me energy and full power I had apple and fresh cup of coffee, room was clean worm and quite.
